I believe there are 3 specific locations for the oases, but they will appear regardless of the weather. Look around high and low and eventually you'll get to the tower. Just dont leave the desert otherwise you'll start from square one again @mopanda98

Also I have a new update for everyone!!! Once half of the giveaway mons have been traded (not "on hold") so a total of 60 mons, I will reveal the remaining Pokemon in each of the boxes. However, I will not specify whether they are shiny, 3+ IV, or have Pokerus, just to keep things interesting I'll keep a countdown on the original post so you all can see. As an extra bonus, I will allow anyone who I've already traded with to choose a third mon and if you already have not traded with me, you will get three selections from the start
