Stuck in Crawli's HQ after fighting and losing to the sharpedo clan, I go anywhere in his HQ but only through the walls and i can't exit the building

started the oshawott quest and tried to head towards grand dream city and got stopped by an oshawott that just says osha repeatedly and stops you from moving

When fighting garbodor for the second time in west gearen sewers and losing and returning to fight it. the game crashes and you are unable to move in v10.1, but v10 allows you to access bag and start menu but you still cannot move. the game also autosaved at the start of the fight so I am permanently stuck

the third gym leader marianette's Bewear will not take any hits from a physical attack and displays an error message when attacked with any physical attack. only special attacks land hits.
