So, I take it you haven't done the Spyce quest yet? Well, in any case, it's not like finding the crush matters. You'd (apparently) only get treated to some funny dialogue.

If you had gone to the 3rd floor right after you got the Sweet Heart from the girl, the 'crush' would be in the computer room along with the girl talking about Fields and a Field read-out. However, the 'crush' would not accept the Sweet Heart and it would remain in your Bag to be used for the Spyce quest. So, if you've already completed the Spyce quest (thus using up the Sweet Heart), the 'crush' will not appear on the 3rd floor. (at least, that's what the information I found on the forums suggests)

+1 vote for a Gardevoir/Espeon. Also, if you won't be changing your other Pokemon for objectively better alternatives as suggested in the post above, I recommend getting yourself a Bronzong. (via trading or after getting the 8th Badge) It would provide Trick Room support to compensate for the low Speed of other team members, resistance to Ice, and a Steel-type move to use against Ice opponents.

Under the assumption that I'm unable to ask the being any questions, regarding the rules or not, I'd go for a selfless wish since I assume those are statistically less probable to have been used much before. So, I guess mine would be: "for everyone everyone else in the world to have 50 percent-more-than-the-current-global-average level of empathy." My logic behind that is that increased empathy would lead to kindness, which should lead to increased happiness in general due to everyone's newfound disposition towards sharing, connecting to one another, and uniting towards common goals. Well, at least that's what first comes to mind.
