Different character names have nothing to do with it. It seems I made another typo causing the randomizer to actually turn off? No clue how it even happened, but it is fixed now (you will need a new save).
As for the inputting a seed, I decided to leave that out for now but never updated the Changelog. My bad~

It seems I've made a few typos in the code! This has now been fixed, make sure to download it now and replace everything!

These bugs should be fixed in the next few weeks, with a way to reset the seed to fix these bugs. I'm surprised at some of them, but no worries! Everything will be in working order!

Unfortunately I do not have a time slot, as I had planned it to be released before this weekend when I went on vacation, but it refused to actually work, so I decided to disable it until I figured it out.

Hey y'all~This time, I'm bringing to you a Randomizer option for Version 12 of Pokemon Rejuvenation!Huge thanks to @Amethyst and @andracass for some technical workings inside the code and shoutouts to Rei over at the PokeCommunity Forums for the basic concept.All credits and instructions on installation are included the README file included in the download.Features:-
Fully random generation of Pokemon -
Seeded generation of Pokemon, Movesets, TMs, and Abilities. -
Rift Pokemon, Two special Pokemon, and Legendary Pokemon stay true to their original formes, but may have different moves and abilities -
You can now nickname your Pokemon directly from your Party -
Any Pokemon with special effects in battle, such as Crests or Mega Evolution will be randomized to a separate Pokemon with a Crest or Mega Evolution, respectively -
Mono-Type runs! Let your run be restricted to only Pokemon of a specific type, or multiple types if you desire! -
Options to set the run to only catch Pokemon that apply to your settings or to just fill your entire PC with your selected typing(s).

Combine the randomization of Movesets and TMs (The way they are coded makes it so it's extraordinarily tedious and difficult to separate them. If someone wants to take the time to do that, good on them, however I will not be doing this). -
There will be 3 NPCs who will display your seed. One will be in Gearen Laboratory, one in the Grand Dream City Central Building, and one in Eclysia Pyramid (After the events that occur there). This NPC will also give you the option to reset your seed (SEE BELOW). -
For people on the first version of the randomizer, you may reset your seed ONCE in case there are any errors you may have that aren't automatically fixed by this update.* -
The options for starting a randomized run will be getting slightly reworked:-
Moves and TMs will be getting combined -
Adding an option to only randomize player encounters

Pokemon will no longer have duplicate moves. -
Multi-turn attacks now function properly. -
When learning a TM or a new move, all visual bugs are now fixed. It will show the proper move description and display a move when teaching through a TM or leveling with Rare/Reverse Candies. -
Rift Pokemon no longer randomize. -
Pokemon and Moves now properly randomize, meaning the Pokemon ID can no longer be 0, and Move ID will no longer be 0 or 569. -
The new Crest Pokemon are now included in custom randomization. -
Gift Pokemon no longer crash the game. -
Abilities can now finally be randomized!** -
You may now input a seed for each of the four settings, Default, Pokemon, Moves, and Abilities.*** -
Fixed an error where the game may crash due to wrong amount of arguments. -
Mono-types added! -
Fixed a pesky little bug that would keep options selected after selecting them. (Yikes!) -
The randomizer actually works again! Horray!
*This will change all TMs, movesets you already know of, and all encounters if you are running the game seeded. A Pokemon may have duplicate moves where there shouldn't be any move. For example, a Gligar only knows Poison Sting at level 1, however after randomization it has Frost Breath/Work Up/Work Up/Work Up -
When a Pokemon uses Transform, it will only copy the stat changes -
Any gift Pokemon (Including Starters, Eggs, and Static encounters) in a mono-run do not yet always adhere to the rules laid out in the start.

It seems crests in the [Items] pocket are infinite. You can't have more than one in a pocket, however you can have multiple Pokemon hold it. I've tested with 6 Pokemon.
EDIT: The only options for both are [Give] and [Cancel] so you can't get rid of the one in the [Items] pocket.

Heyy y'all, if you're reading this, you're in an outdated version of the randomizer and Rejuvenation! I recommend you update both. You can find the updated randomizer here and the updated version of the game here!
With the help of a script from the PokeCommunity, I have made a Randomizer option for Pokemon Rejuvenation V11 (Patch 1)!Instructions on how to use it are in the file named README.txt, so please actually read it. Randomized Encounters, Gift Pokemon, and Battles! -
Mega Pokemon will be randomized into another random Mega Pokemon. -
Crest Pokemon will be randomized into another random Crest Pokemon. -
Yveltal, Shadow Mewtwo, Giratina, Groudon, Kyogre, Rift Fights, and Pulse Musharna remain un-randomized. (This is mostly out of personally preference, however I felt that heavily story-related Pokemon should stay as is.) -
In the party menu, once you select a Pokemon, you now have the option to either nickname the Pokemon, or re-randomize it! -
The Randomizer can be enabled at any time by talking to the gate clerk at the Oceana Pier Gate.
Known Bugs:-
Randomized Shadow Pokemon have the original Pokemon's moveset upon purification. I don't know how to change this, so it will be staying. -
Rift Pokemon would randomize to a random Pokemon. -
It is currently impossible to progress past Marianette. -
The second Rift Gyarados fight is impossible to start. -
When you play as another trainer, the movesets don't match the current Pokemon.

When on the Inverse Field, Stealth Rocks work as if it was on a normal field.Me being silly was running the wrong version.

EDIT: Once the Gourgeist fainted, I became unable to do anything in the battle until after I made her Aegislash faint, and then the battle returned to normal.

So, when playing as Ana during the Chrisola Mansion arc, you get stuck as Marianette after changing sprites in the pool area.

For some reason, the game isn't pulling data from Game.rxdata anymore, but instead the most recent backup. This is really annoying as I have a few saves I'm working on, including my main save. As of now, I can only access my solo run save, as that's the post recent backup.

So, from the top!
- 689 = internal ID
- The next two are the internal name and the display name respectively.
- 070 is the function code, which if the Essentials wiki is to be trusted means that it is a one hit KO move.
- 1 = base power, which is meaningless as it is OHKO
- Dark = move type
- Special = move category
- 100 = move accuracy in percentage format, so it isn't a no miss move
- 10 = PP
- 00 = additional effect chance
- 00 = single Pokémon target
- 1 = +1 move priority
- bef = move effect flags (Protect/Detect will work against it, Mirror Move will copy it, 10% King's Rock or Razor Fang will cause flinch on opponent)
- Last is move description.
So, the safest way to go is a Sturdy 'mon or Tsareena with Queenly Majesty.
When did Jan give out the V9 PBS?
Also, Toxapex is a good option, as Baneful Bunker can't fail when used in successionif Baneful Bunker hadn't been fixed as of v10. -

If you really wanted to have a certain team member, you'd need to give yourself that Pokemon using RMXP, which is the reason why Jan gave us the "\Data" folder, encouraging mono runs and the like. But like @Zindril said, you should just go at it.
