To confirm the selection just scroll down when selected them and press "Confirm"
The Seeded Randomizer does indeed randomize starters.
As for the rest of the bugs stated, those should all be fixed as well, so enjoy the craziness!

Mmmmmmmmm things came up and I'm suuuuuper sorry about not responding to any of this. Things should be fixed now? And to the person who asked for the opposite team to not randomize, that caused a bit of an issue implementing in the old one and a lot of excess code to implement. Sorry~

EDIT: Also, if I'm using random moves, how am I supposed to use the TMX moves without buying all the golden items? The TM number for each TMX move stays the same, but when you use it on a Pokemon, it teaches a move that is different from the one listed in the TM. Is there a mod like the one included in Reborn's randomizer where you don't need HM moves to interact with the field?
Could you send me your save for this? Both of those shouldn't be happening but it's entirely possible I could've missed them.

Also, sometimes (relatively frequently) when battling another Pokemon, it doesn't take its turns at all. I haven't seen any pattern with this, but it happens pretty often so I thought I'd mention it.
Also, if a Pokemon gets the random move Struggle, when hovering over the slot that it appears to occupy (top right in this case), this error occurs:
For the issue with Milotic's item, I can't locate an item that isn't defined, so the only thing you can do is debug the item off of it. If you can't do it/don't know how, just send me your save.
For the error with Pokemon not taking turns, I've yet to encounter anything like that on my own. Could you send me your save so I can take a look?
For the Struggle error, I'll work on a fix for that now. It completely blanked my mind that Struggle needs to be banned from the movepool.

The Rejuvenation Challenge Pack!
What is it? It's a bundle of various modifications made to spice up the gameplay that you can select from the start of a new save.

It seems crests in the [Items] pocket are infinite. You can't have more than one in a pocket, however you can have multiple Pokemon hold it. I've tested with 6 Pokemon.
EDIT: The only options for both are [Give] and [Cancel] so you can't get rid of the one in the [Items] pocket.

Heyy y'all, if you're reading this, you're in an outdated version of the randomizer and Rejuvenation! I recommend you update both. You can find the updated randomizer here and the updated version of the game here!
With the help of a script from the PokeCommunity, I have made a Randomizer option for Pokemon Rejuvenation V11 (Patch 1)!Instructions on how to use it are in the file named README.txt, so please actually read it. Randomized Encounters, Gift Pokemon, and Battles! -
Mega Pokemon will be randomized into another random Mega Pokemon. -
Crest Pokemon will be randomized into another random Crest Pokemon. -
Yveltal, Shadow Mewtwo, Giratina, Groudon, Kyogre, Rift Fights, and Pulse Musharna remain un-randomized. (This is mostly out of personally preference, however I felt that heavily story-related Pokemon should stay as is.) -
In the party menu, once you select a Pokemon, you now have the option to either nickname the Pokemon, or re-randomize it! -
The Randomizer can be enabled at any time by talking to the gate clerk at the Oceana Pier Gate.
Known Bugs:-
Randomized Shadow Pokemon have the original Pokemon's moveset upon purification. I don't know how to change this, so it will be staying. -
Rift Pokemon would randomize to a random Pokemon. -
It is currently impossible to progress past Marianette. -
The second Rift Gyarados fight is impossible to start. -
When you play as another trainer, the movesets don't match the current Pokemon.

This might have been asked before, but i'm not scrolling through 37 pages to find the answer. The 2nd gym says that the gym leader is "out to lunch." I assumed this meant the cafe, and these were the only special sprites in there. But talking to them does nothing, so is the gym leader somewhere else, or is it bugged?

Another large bug I believe, where it should've turned be back into the protagonist, it changed me into Melia's sprite, and is referring to me as Gray (me):

If it helps, my sprite is the Alternate Male.I had just finished playing as Emma, after talking with Aelita, it teleported me back to my cell but gave me the Melia sprite

If you can't find anything, you might have to watch a playthrough on Youtube until the part where you are at.
I was using RPG Maker XP, because I already had it, and I wanted to figure out where to go. Unfortunately, I tried looking on yt first, but none of them are the updated V9 Version. Only person I could find was shofu, but he's a lot behind.

there's an activation panel at the northernmost part of the cave which i've hit one of and and exit on the west with trees that need to be cut down.. some kid says there's treasure to be found if i activate all the activation panels but as far as i can tell there's only one....
Go north as far as you can, you should see a panel with 2 bridges on both sides. Take the one on the right, and keep going down until you can't. There should be another bridge, take that, and enter the doorway. Go down the stairs in the next room, go east, and then just keep going north until you reach the next town.
There are more panels, but you can't get to them at the point you're at in the game. Make sure you go back to where Melia's bag is to grab the room key, so you can go to her room in the lab and get the Exp. Share.
