Aw man that sucks, I've been wanting to save getting a shiny Petilil until I get the shiny charm (this was before I saw Rhythm's response) & I'm Aqua so I'll have a look around the ward, it may just be bc I went in the wrong building Thanks for your answer!

Where do I find and battle Aster to get the HM for Waterfall? I've said no to Blake 3 times and I'm currently at the top of Ametrine Mountain where I assume I'm gonna battle him (Blake, that is). Am I too late or did I miss him? (I just wanna point out that the last time I saved was just before saying no to Blake so I can reset if need be)
