1. HAPPY BIRTHDAY ASHEN :D

2. Late next week? What about all this week (other than Friday, since you've already said you're gone)? Seems like someone's shirking duties.
3. I'm not surprised. The Japanese are notorious for having large numbers = large size. Just look at the OS-tans. More memory = hai bra size boostan.
4. Mmmm gijinka. I've seen better, but to do the whole 493 is pretty awesome.
5. @Ikaru: Favorite weapons...? Not really. Though I'm rather fond of the Malboro Wand because of Improved Debuffing II. Light's Enkindler with ATB Charge II is also really nice. Other than that... right now I've got initial equip on both Fang and Hope and the fully improved Axis Blade on Light (plus two Whistlewind Scarves, so I've got ATB Boost +15%). Since it's my second time through, I'm kinda abusing weapon abilities and such. They really do help!
6. Oh, so I missed your Miku phase? That's too bad... But I'm all for being BFFs. Now I kinda want to listen to some of those songs from NicoNico with Kaito in them...
7. @Ikaru: I usually use Light/Fang/Hope, since Army of One is delicious, and having a SAB and a SYN at all times is good. Also Hope's not too bad a MED, and Fang can hold her own as a COM. Also Combat Clinic is very much helpful after bosses use their stronger attacks. I was using Light/Sazh/Vanille for a long while, because SYN/SAB really REALLY helps. No joke. Some bosses and enemies I remember being really annoying (like Juggernauts) are cakewalk when you have a SAB and a SYN. @Kaito: I'll definitely be around. Some irony that you're named after the Vocaloid - Meiko happens to be my favorite out of all of them (well, besides Kaito).
8. @Ikaru: I've finished XIII before. Got to 30/36 trophies in the PS3 version before my PS3 ended up giving up the ghost. I'm planning on fixing it sometime either just before or during the summer so I can get back to it, though I have to buy all my PS3 games again due to selling them to buy a hard drive for my 360. But yeah, I know what I'm doing in FF13. I've been skipping cutscenes so I'm at the final dungeon with about... 27 hours on the clock? Still have to decide whether I want to grind for CP/Moonblossom Seeds from the boss-enemies or just make a bumrush to finish the dungeon so I can just head back to Gran Pulse and level up there before murdering the final boss (still, doubt I'll get Superstar my first time; Stage 10 Crystarium is almost NECESSARY). And don't feel like it's difficult to socialize just because I come from a different generation. Cross-generational discussion is what fuels our society and keeps us moving. Besides, respect your elders. ... j/k, it's all in good fun. @Octogonapus: It's a love/hate game. Plus it's not a surface game at all. It's very difficult to understand what's going on without really analyzing things. That's not to say it's perfect; there's some things the writers started that they never finished (one in particular I hate they didn't do anything with is the big sister relationship they started between Vanille and Hope and never resolved). But it's by no means a "bad" game. Not great, but not terrible. It was fun enough the first time around to make me want to play it two more times (in the case that I can't fix my PS3 and have to get a new one). And yes, FFX was great. It's in my top five. I could plug my Brown LP, but I haven't worked on that in months, so I guess we're even. @Bullet: Not just "hi," but "hi" with an emoticon! Walking a fine line there, sir.
9. Maybe it's her posting style? I dunno, something makes me feel like she's very familiar somehow. Could be all in my head. Also, if you want to get on Skype, Ame, I've done a little more work and I think you'll like it.
10. I know I recognize some of the people from MonkeyPro and a couple people like Icey. And for some reason I vaguely remember MissKitty...
11. 'Sup. </junpeihat> Also, good a time as any to mention HOW MUCH I HATE MY SHOULDERS. orz
12. I guess since probably no one but Ame knows/remembers me here, I should do an introduction instead of just randomly posting every which place. ... even though I've done that all of twice. Man, I haven't done one of these in a while. Well, I'm a college student, getting my degree in Psychology and Electronic Media & Film with a focus in Film/Digital Media Studies. After that, I'll be heading to graduate studies for Psychology, probably with a focus in counseling or research -- I'm hoping to work with either LGBT youth, children/teens with disabilities, or children/teens with emotional disturbances. I'll be turning 21 in a couple months. I've played games since I was little, mostly Pokemon of course. I've since branched out into all sorts of games and genres -- my current favorites happen to be ilomilo, Secret of Mana, and Pokemon Crystal. Oh, and I love Final Fantasy IX. I can't even begin to describe how much I love it. I even sat for 36 hours playing it for charity. I also code websites. I've been an admin on a couple sites, moderator on a couple more, op on some IRC channels, plus I've owned/worked on quite a few websites, including this one way back in the day. Other than that... I usually just browse the internet in my spare time. I'm working on getting a blog up and running, though I'm terrible at getting myself to start writing. I'm an avid tweeter (11k and counting), I hang out on Skype, I stream video games from time to time, and think I'm an all-around pretty cool gal. Nice to meet cha'all, and hope to get to know you all.
13. I'm fairly divided between Vulpix, Piplup, and Oshawott... I love foxes, penguins are cute, and Oshawott is just... *snuggle*
14. That's "Omengate Sanctum," Ame. But you were close! Hmm... Where to start... Well, I want to say I met Ame first on Epiphany Gaming, back when he was known as "Cyberian." Then he migrated over to Kobra's Realm, where as he already stated, I was a moderator, and then an admin. The head of the site and I got along really well back then, and we still kinda do - we just don't talk as much anymore. During that time, I tried starting Omengate Sanctum along with King Arthur from Lunatic Gaming (another site I was relatively active on; I think I might've gotten to mod status?). I was trying to make a lighter, more "pure-hearted" RPG making site, since all the ones I knew of were all dark and stuff. I still really like the theme I had going with Omengate, but I couldn't get the manpower, nor the content, so it fell through. Then came my continuing Pokemon craze. I ended up joining Smogon for a little bit, participating in their "training program," but that didn't last very long. Then I joined a group called "Hive," with a bunch of people from this one IRC channel. This one guy keep hitting on me in there, and I responded to that, plus I was able to do work on the site, which is always fun... He was a drifter, though. No idea what's going on with that site anymore. After that, I made my own website for just me, rather than a community like I did with Omengate. I called it "Healberry" after the item of the same name in Wild Arms. It was really just a glorified blog with a section for all my game making. But I also opened up my doors to other people, since I knew I probably wasn't going to use all the space that was allotted to me (plus unlimited bandwidth). So Ame (then known as "Euphorian") contacted me with his problems about his RP website. I decided to go ahead and host it. When that fell through, he asked about helping with a Pokemon website, since I was working on a Pokedex on my own site. I thought it would be fun, so I helped him with at least the forum stuff, from my memory, of Poke-Place. I wandered here and there for a couple of years, and then Ame finally finds me again a couple days ago (yesterday, as a matter of fact), and asks if Healberry's still around. I told him it might be soon, but the actual domain is long gone (though I still have much of the material in my possession backed-up). So he asks if I want to help with Poke-Place again. I said sure, and here I am! Don't remember not having any posts though... That's what happens when sites crash, I suppose. Also hi.
