Frigus looked at Soma. "Honestly I'm disappointed you feel that way. You've got more power than you give yourself credit for, and it would be a shame to see it snuffed out." He closed his eyes and shook his head, then turned back to Mirri with a cold almost unfeeling look on his face, a stark difference from the concern it held mere moments ago. "Arrogance, and a lust for power fueled by hate and rage. I honestly thought you could overcome the Darkness within yourself. I also thought you were actually trying. Obviously you're beyond any place where my words could sway you, but if you should survive I'll give you a closer look as to what you're actually doing to your Heart, if you should die...I'll be waiting in the next room to put twisted, blackened, remains of your Heart to rest." He glanced between the two of them, silently giving them the chance to retaliate or walk away.

Upon entering the room with Jun, Soma, and Mirri already waiting to take the test Frigus was left speechless. It took him a minute to actually register that yes all of them wanted to gamble their lives for a shred of power. Just as Soma is abiut to leave Frigus speaks up with an alonst painfully polite and concerned demeanor. "Mirri, Soma, I know Harry has probably already spoke to you, but please let me say my piece as well. I haven't known either of you long, but I want to know why you're doing this. Because if it's a play for power, frankly it's reckless and you're going to get yourselves killed. If you feel your abilities are lacking I'm sure there are people in the group that could train you. I'm confident that half the people here could learn the simple ice and healing spells I know if they tried. Even if you survive the Godeaters don't seem that much stronger than we are now, so you're risking your lives for very little payout."

Frigus nodded along in agreement. "Everything seems to line up more or less, even if some of the details are a bit fuzzy. In parallel to strong souls, strong Hearts can call forth various kinds of magic when give a focus of some sort. If deemed worthy particularly strong Hearts can obtain a Keyblade or even use magic without a focus." Frigus raised a hand up to his chin and held it the for a second. "I should make some foci at some point, I'm sure I could teach several people in the group how to use the same magic I do. You included."

Frigus thought in silence for several moments before responding to Kusuke. "Well, for starters we could both be 'proven' entirely wrong in the next world we visit. Now, what I have been taught and what I have seen in the few worlds I've visited reinforce the idea of something called a 'Heart'. They can exist in anyone or anything, though they tend to act differently on different scales, what I know the most about would be Hearts on the 'Human' scale." Frigus paused to gather his thoughts for a second, "I believe the best way to describe a Heart is as a massive and perfectly fused stained glass window. I know it may be an odd way to think about it, but please trust me. The colors of the window usually depict an image of the owner's life, something that sums up their greatest triumphs and defeats, and just like real glass if I came along with a hammer and hit it, it would shatter into a million pieces. But there are other ways to manipulate glass, small impacts that aren't enough to shatter it will leave cracks, fractures, or even knock a piece out, heat can be applied to warp and stretch the glass then cut it, extremely precise tools can cut a segment of the glass. I think everyone uses hammers in your world." Frigus stopped again, with a look on his face that said he was trying to see if he forgot to add anything. "Also, if the window is damaged, but not completely broken sometimes you can pick up the pieces and put them back, fix the hole by borrowing some glass from someone else, or live with a broken window. Either way, the window will never be the same."

Frigus looked thoughtful for a moment. "If you don't mind I'll come along with you. While I'm not interested in taking one myself I'd like to learn why the tests are so lethal, perhaps it's a factor we can help to mitigate in the future." Assuming Kusuke didn't object Frigus would follow him to the labs.

Round 3 Laver turns and moves toward Halley, hitting her upside the head and restoring 21 HP. Laver Bleeds for 5 damage, the bleeding stops. Liliya swipes at one of the flying creatures, despite the fact that it’s flying she manages to catch something vital and deal 23 damage. One of the remaining Beasts attacks Sachi, two attack Hiroki, one attacks Solomon, one attacks Lexiel, and one attacks Venus. Sach, Hiroki, and Solomon start Bleeding while Lexiel and Venus take 16 and 9 damage respectively, Sachi takes no damage, DT Beasts B gain two bonds. The first Bel Lahmu returns the favor and attacks Liliya for 9 damage. Sachi alters her Towerstance, she is now protecting Jade and Halley instead of Hiroki and Liliya. Between Bleeding and regen Sachi only gains 5 HP. Halley fires a bolt of energy at last of the first DT Beast, she deals 11 damage and it finally crumbles to the ground. Halley Bleeds for 5 damage and the bleeding stops The second flying monster also dives down toward Liliya, dealing 6 damage. The third flying monster does….something and seems to start glowing some, it starts moving faster as well. Lexiel summons three soldiers to defend Jade, Halley, and Venus then heals Jade, Hally, and Solomon for 5 HP each. The first and third spider-like monsters attack Sachi for 1 and 7 damage, while the second continues to attack the wall. The last archer of the first group draws and arrow and sends it flying at Lexiel, it deals 12 damage. The second group of archers readies a storm of arrows and looses it, killing Jade’s and Halley’s soldiers, dealing 7 and 9 damage to Liliya, and 0 to Hiroki. DT Archers B gain two Bonds and take 4 damage from counter attacks. Venus uses his healing staff of Jade, it restores 37 HP. Jade turns his weapon to the Beasts that just tore through his friends and fires a shot through one and into another, dealing a total of 40 damage, one beast crumbles. Jade Bleeds for 5 damage, the bleeding stops. Two DT soldiers attack Solomon for 14 and 9 damage, one attacks Lexiel for 13, and two attack Hiroki for 1 and 4. Solomon stabs at the second group of archers with his spear, dealing 12+6 damage, this consumes a bond and restores 2 HP to Solomon. Solomon Bleeds for 5 damage. More plasma from Hiroki, she deals 15 damage to each Lahmu and the DT Beasts, 17 to each Bel Lahmu, 12 to the DT Soldiers and Archers(killing the lone archer). She gains 6 HP form Bonds consumed. Hiroki bleeds for 10 damage. Leyline attack: Vines burst from the ground under the Archers and Beast, entangling and disabling them this round. Just as well an arc of lightning flies over the wall and finishes off Bel Lahmu A. Init: Status:

"Nothing then?" Frigus shrugged. "And I thought I was suppose to be the cold one." Either way he stood around for a few minutes converting the various materials he'd grabbed into Synthesis crystals. Afterwards he took a few steps over to Kusuke. "Did you ever figure out more about the GodEaters or the tests? I heard you ask Dr. Paylor about them before I left and remember he mentioned them being possibly fatal."

Frigus nodded to Tattletale then turned to leave the bus, Both Alyssa and the engineer seemed to have left. The latter he could see talking to Satomi near one of the large machines they were transported here in, "helicopters" they were called. He didn't see much point in interrupting so instead made his way back to the elevator and back down to floor 5. During the elevator ride he tried to piece together any sort of plan or idea to try and help Mirri with the Darkness. He wasn't exactly prepared for the task, the closest he'd come to actually helping with anything like this was simply being around Ignia, though she seemed to mostly work out her own problems with minimal intervention of the Masters or anyone else. Half the Masters were to busy with their own projects to notice there was even a problem until it was nearly resolved. What he needed was to find out what exactly was the source of her issues, she spoke of breaking her order's code of honor and of a massacre lead by a man named "Darth Vader", but either could be a face for something deeper, he really couldn't know for sure. He needed to see with more clarity, he wasn't going to get anywhere just skimming the surface for her Heart that much was obvious, and whatever was happening she needed to see it too. Finally something clicked and he had an idea of what he needed to do, he hadn't experienced a Dive into the Heart very many times, but he had a good idea of how to trigger one and it was made infinitely easier with a Keyblade. The elevator door clicked upon reaching the 5th floor so he stepped out of the it and took a look around, Dr. Paylor seemed to have left, as well as Harry, several of the others were working at computers, and a few were just standing around talking. He walked up to the group and said to no one in particular: "So did I uhh, miss anything interesting?"

Frigus nodded along in response to the first thing Tattletale said, but froze when she mentioned Mirri falling so fast. He slowly opened and closed his mouth, clearly trying to find something to say, he took a deep breath and sighed, shook his head, and looked down at the ground. "Alright, I didn't realize she was falling that fast." He looked back up at Tattletale with a much more grim expression on his face. "I estimated several months at least, assuming she didn't do anything stupid or get picked up by a dark entity. I'll....see if I can do anything." Frigus looked outside then back to Tattletale. "Anyway, there is an engineer outside who desperately wants to see how the bus works, but they're to afraid of you to approach. Just thought you should know, feel free to let them if you want I guess, though you're obviously better at filling in blanks or reading people than I am so....yeah" As he talked Frigus made his way to the back of the bus where most of the materials had been stored, he picked through grabbing a few things including some Timefucked metal, a small crystal vial of blue liquid, and some pieces of wood. With all the items tucked away seemingly nowhere Frigus started towards the door of the bus. "I think that was all I needed, anything you need or want me to tell the others or something?"

Frigus looked over to Alyssa and raised an eyebrow before turning back to the engineer. "We traded with a master inventor for it, and it was probably wise for you to not try and enter." He looked back up toward Tattletale in the bus. "Let me go talk to her a pick up a few things, then maybe you can take a look around inside." Frigus then proceeded to the door of the bus and(assuming nothing was amiss) entered. He called down the bus to where Tattletale was(or just spoke if she was right there.). "Hello Miss Tattletale, I don't believe I've gotten a chance to speak with you directly yet, but I have returned from the meeting with the leader of this place." He stepped the rest of the way into the bus and walked over to where he had left his notepad after they landed in this world. "It went fairly well and they don't seem to bare any hostile intent. My name is Frigus by the way, in case you missed it."

After the two entered the elevator and it started moving upward Frigus looked over the the "guard" standing next to him. "You must be new to the team. I didn't see you in while we were in Earth Bet, and I think a remember you talking with Mirri after the fight. Nice disguise though." Then the doors opened and they stepped out into the engineering room. "Well, looks like we're here." Frigus then looked around a saw the bus, and started moving towards it. There was someone poking around the outside of it, but otherwise the thing seemed fine.

"Thanks then, I guess I'll be back in several minutes." Frigus then turned and started making his way back to what ever elevator(or staircase) they took to get to this floor in the first place and headed up to the engineering floor to grab stuff from the bus.

Frigus nodded and silently moved along with the rest of the group, he wasn't exactly sure about this whole "Science floor 5" thing or being put under the "supervision" of this man Dr. Paylor. Either way things would work out. "Excuse me." Frigus turned and spoke to Dr. Paylor after Kusuke finished, "I left some stuff on the bus that I'd like to go get.....is there anyway I could get someone to take me to it?"

Frigus steps forward after Kusuke with an equally cold and serious look on his face to the man setting across the room. "What Kusuke said is accurate. Our 'employer' has collected us from various worlds with the intention of helping them, either by trying to resolve their own problems or protect them from outside threats. However, our 'employer' mentioned that we may not be able to significantly help some worlds the first time we visit them and I fear that may be the case here. I cannot speak for the others in the group, but I believe the best course of action would be to assist you in whatever way we can now, by sharing tech and/or knowledge, and then return when we're better equipped." Frigus glanced back and forth after finishing his piece without moving his head, waiting for a response.

Sha'Tith glared about(his default state now), he wasn't exactly thrilled with the sudden appearance of a large winged....thing in the same room he was in, and he was even less so to be nearly thrown to the ground. But having little else to do for the time being, he leaned against a wall and watched the conversation with as much interest as he could muster. Needless to say he didn't look very interested.

Sha'Tith followed closely behind as most of the people in the first room moved deeper into the ship, they came upon a room with a massive crystal of some kind, he could feel the raw power emanating from it. Once he finished giving the crystal a cursory glance Sha'Tith's attention turned to one of the Skyfallers who was here when he entered the room, the one the others called "Vitor". He approached the Skyfaller and clearly addressed them. "You are from this world, do you have any idea what any of this is? or what we're suppose to do next?" The Lizard wasn't particularly rude, and though he wasn't exactly polite he hadn't been exactly polite to anyone thus far.

When the battle was over Frigus took a deep breath and proceeded to dismiss his armor and weapon letting them drift off as an icy mist. He took several steps over to the dead cat-thing, "Vajra" they called it. He raised his hand over the body and cast a simple spell, one that worked to draw out aspects of the creature to create a synthesis crystal, after a second he was left holding a couple blocky studs of pale-yellowish crystal that arced with electricity every so often. He briefly glanced over the material before putting it away. "Lilly, please don't do anything that will make us regret letting them fish you out of the bay." After speaking up Frigus remained mostly distracted as he wandered over to the only two "Ogretail" corpses that still had enough aspects to condense into something useful.

Sha'Tith poked around at the entry into the ship. "I don't trust it" He grumbled, mostly to himself. Eventually he decided to enter, cautiously and carefully while looking out for traps of any sort he could think of, and likely making it to the room with Aquila, Amelie, and the others shortly after Marisa.

Frigus: HP: 6/26 Ess:4, Con:3, Dex:18(6+12), Int:7, Res:3, Str:0, Syn:0. Cooldowns: Heave Edge: 2 turns. Blizzard(Blast): Last turn. Effects: If an attack would reduce Frigus's HP to 0 or lower, it instead reduces it to 1 unless Frigus was at 1 HP when the attack landed or the attack would reduce Frigus to a negative HP that’s absolute value is greater than his MHP. Every 8 Actions taken by any combination of targets from any side, Frigus gains +2 Dex for the rest of the battle, up to a maximum of +12. Each attack reduces Init of struck enemies by 1. Stun immunity only kicks in after the second consecutive turn. Frigus pulled himself up from the ground and looked around, the lightning beast had sure done a number on himself and his teammates alike. So instead of jumping right back in and starting to attack the thing again he took a step back and started calling several healing spells on the more wounded party members. On his first turn Frigus makes a Keyblade Attack against the Vajra, Combo+ activates, he deals 2d6+[Dex] cold damage twice. Frigus spends his next two turns casting Cure each turn on the two lowest HP party members at the time, this restores 1d4+[Int] HP to two targets with each use. Then with his remaining two turns he makes Keyblade Attacks against the Vajra(or whatever is left) dealing 2d6+[Dex] cold damage with each attack.

Frigus: HP: 21/26 Ess:4, Con:3, Dex:14(6+8), Int:7, Res:3, Str:0, Syn:0. Cooldowns: Heave Edge: 3 turns. Blizzard(Blast): 2 turns. Frigus took a half a step back, he quickly surveyed the remains of the flying creature, they didn't look like they were going to be getting back up any time soon. That was when he caught sight of the great lightning beast. Some sort of cat-like creature with long trailing capes(?) coming off the back of it's neck. Whatever it was it wasn't going to live much longer to terrorize people in this world. Frigus uses his first action to make a Keyblade attack against the Vajra, Combo+ triggers, he deals 2d6+[Dex] cold damage twice. Frigus uses his next two actions for more Keyblade attacks against the Vajra, he deals 2d6+[Dex] cold damage twice. With his last action Frigus casts Cure on himself and the ally with the lowest HP, this restores 1d4+[Int] HP to each.
