  1. I'm with Taka and while I got Return and saw the murky water where Mirage Tower is supposed to appear, I can't seem to find even a single oasis. It's odd, because I looked at a walkthrough, and it seems the oases have already disappeared for me.

  2. I never really put much thought into it, but what if that 30% success rate that the Crystal Ball has isn't completely random? Maybe it's what happens in the special timeline and that's the chance of you getting it? Or there's 3 timelines? Maybe I'm just overthinking it and it's just some reference (I remember something like that from Danganronpa, which is what led to this epiphany).

I can't really have any real input here, since I've never used Aggron outside of a few matches using the online feature.   I just wanted to comment that you have good tastes, given the quoted section.  The adorable mouse(?) helped so much in Rejuvenation.

Well, I'll let the actual conversation commence now.

I kind of went off track there, but Pachi is actually the MVP of these games! It's fast and pretty bulky, so it can get a lot of work done before it goes down and it can dig up some Revives and Ultra Potions for you in between the boss battles to help you out later.

Forgetting the casual players, much? Not everybody follows pokemon sets, or tiers (uber, overused) and some don't even know those deadly combos (like rattata/aron low level killers). Although Reborn is great for this feature (pushing back the good stuff for later, forcing you to use underrated trick-ponies), it has become a little out of hand, lately, really... Ralts and Beldum are to be missed dearly, for a new Reborn Player, for example...

Isn't the game already much balanced, the way it currently is? Why should there be any need, for further encumbrance? Especially now with the updated AI and all...

No, I don't mean to leave the more casual players in the dust. I was letting the development team know, but I was also letting everybody else playing the game know, too. I mean, it'll be a while until the next episode comes out, so any casual player can utilize this strategy in the meantime.

I was just pointing out how OP this Pokemon is and not for the reasons people would think (although Aggron is pretty strong without this strategy, too).

Anyway, it actually slipped my mind that Bastiodon could also utilize this strategy, but I think Aggron is more OP anyway since you can get it early, much more easily, and just based off its sheer strength that, again, could be utilized when this strategy isn't being used.

  4. I started my millionth run of Reborn, to get the Reshiram path while also trying out new Pokemon strategies (exception being Pickup, Support Pachirisu (nuzzle to shut down fast Pokemon, charm to shut down OP physical attackers, I also used Super Fang to shut down bulky mons until this run) , I just can't give this Pokemon up).

Anyway, I noticed that Aggron gets both Sturdy and Metal Burst, so I slaughtered Goldeen and Seaking to make it max HP, max attack and defeat Arceus. Aggron as a Pokemon is already pretty strong, but without Mold Breaker or multi-hitting moves, there's actually nothing the opponents can do to stop a Metal Burst to the face.

I decided not to use it after the Arceus battle, mainly because I already used it as a main in another run, but also because it's way too good, but after getting swept by the fighting gym Meinshao, I grabbed it from the PC and put down that thing down in an instant. Having focus sash doesn't help either, since I can just setup some Stealth Rocks to make sure those hits kill. It's obviously not flawless, but it can be an easy bandaid for any difficulties you're having in the game.

Aw hell nah I ain't gon start a new game xD if it's truly a bug then imma have to deal with it and wait for a patch or smthng :// as sad as it is

I was planning on doing it anyway, this just made the plan happen earlier than expected. Anyway, I'm glad I did, because I got a Scyther this time! I just need a metal coat and whatever you need for trade evolution now...

This might take some time, so I figured I'd fill it in now.

  6. I just found out about this glitch, too. Whoa.

Sucks, too, because I was hoping to play a new game to get the good ending (It slipped my mind I can surf at Gearen, so I didn't get all the pokemon, worst part is I got the "it's getting late" text, which seems to be the main obstacle for most people).

Maybe I can start a new game while waiting for a patch.

It does. The only way to beat it is to PP stall, like the others said.

Just defeat 5 elite trainers then go out of the fight club then you'll be aproached by 2 thugs then u must defeat them then after that go to that cowboy gym leader dude then go to his old hangout place (the one when he gave u access to undergroud city) then u will find a small gang then u must figjt their leader after u defeat him he will leave u a deino egg

Oof, that's tough. Then again, I shouldn't expect any less for such a powerful Psuedo-legendary, especially when we already have access to the EV Training spots. Thanks!

  9. Does anybody know how to get Deino? Even just a small lead would be nice.

Also, I guess a side question: Where's the secret vendors? I got the guy who apparently sells evolution items, but I can't find him anywhere. According the Evie, he'd sell you the stuff for money instead of credits, which would be a nice change of pace considering I have enough money to make a downpayment on that mansion lol
