A player can store up to 3,000 of their own Pokémon in the application. 100 boxes, 30 Pokémon each. It is also used to transfer Pokémon using only the 3DS; If a player accesses Pokémon Bank while playing Black/White or Black 2/White 2, they'll be able to store their Pokémon and bring them into X and Y using Poké Transporter.
