      Sac something against it, then bring in Fighting/Fire/Ground-type holding Magical Seed. And that is how even field-boosted Excadrill is rendered useless.

       

      Something that I came up with afterwards and didn't have the chance to try was to use Shell Armor Escavalier (holding Magical Seed, of course) under Trick Room. Pretty much does what that Excadrill does, except it has now bulk, too.
