Did you check if both murkrows still have brave bird? And if im not mstaken both parents know brave bird before you left them in day care? Maybe the eggs you got was the ones where the mrukrows till know brave bird.

Oh, I haven't heard about random egg moves, I may be the one who is wrong, I'll look it up.

Egg moves are inherited so if both of them don't know barve bird then its not possible for the baby to be ale to learn it.

Is the male another mons somehow? If yes, probably the male learned brave bird while levelling up in the day care

I think it only holds a pretty wing and lucky egg can only be obained by buying all stolen pokemon in 7th street and talking to DJ Arclight. EDIT: I just checked and it has a rare chance holding a lucky egg.

I think it's not time-specific: PokeSnax: vendors in North Peridot Ward and Beryl Ward (650), Sweet Kiss Candy Shop in Obsidia Ward (and 7th Street vendor opposite to the Move Tutors (400), Pickup ability (levels 1-40) There's some in the first floor dept store too.
