My menu won't let me scroll up, kinda hard to show in just a print screen though. Anyway to fix this. I can't access anything in my back. this happened after the mega chandelure battle and when I went to the graves in amethyst cave.

On a side note if you use Light Screen and you have a dark type out it will say that it doesn't effect it.
