Yes and no Huk. So Maris was sent with a fairly large escort to chase down the escaped princess. News of Maris' defeat has spread back to the capital by now through messengers but the common person/soldier wouldn't know. So it makes sense for Serene and Radburn to know since they were both in the host lead by Maris, it wouldn't make sense for some other branch of the military to know exactly that Saffron was leading the Misguided Children but maybe they will find out in the upcoming chapters.

"Well..." She wanted to point out the obvious, but after a long "Uuuuuhm" she decided not to say anything. Grumpy was not pleased with Luka in the slightest. As Luka jumped on his back the pegasus was about to kick up to knock him off. Saffron reacted faster and grabbed his neck in an attempt to ease the creature. "Down boy, down! Easy!" The pegasus calmed and settled down. Saffron sighed. "You'll have to warn me next time you want to do that, Grumpy doesn't like riders very much either. You have to climb up on him slowly." "The point is to look coooOWCH!" He shouted out in pain but did his best to keep his position. "That didn't hurt at all." He lied, his face contorting in pain. After it didn't hurt as much, Radburn responded. "I need to face danger so that I'll become stronger. It's the only way."
-
Grumpy snorted at Luka, but otherwise let him touch. Saffron simply giggled. "I call him Grumpy for a reason you know? He doesn't let Feri come near him, and almost kicked Keagan once. Pegasus in general prefer girls over boys. I wonder if he thinks you are girly?" "It is fine, fire mage! I was out cold so I couldn't take part of the action." Radburn looked at Serene for a second and his eyes widened. "I just came up with the best combo move ever!" He exclaimed. He posed himself into a fighting stance, holding an invisible sword. "So you and me fire mage, we are in the battlefield. I am holding my trusty wooden blade. You light it on fire and I rush in;" He runs forward a few steps and does a horizontal slash as if decapitating a foe. "Sure Kill; BURNING RAD BLADE!" He looked back at the two girls with a bright smile but legs shaking. Playing it cool, he pretended that all of his body wasn't in complete agony from his sudden movements. "What do you think?"
-
"What?..." Saffron was astonished at the notion of punching Luka but quickly started laughing. She laughed so hard that her stomach started to hurt and she was almost falling on the ground. "No Luka, I am not punching you in the face. Physical punishment isn't the type of punishment I want in my kingdom. However." Saffron approached Luka and flicked his forehead with her pointer finger. "Don't do it again please. I want you to speak your mind, but never be hurtful about it okay?" "I hope she is." Feri said, he gave a smile, but not as warm or genuine as his last one. "Please take it, the food is for everyone. I'll keep it hot so everyone can eat whenever they like."
-
"It's okay really... I know you didn't mean it. Just..." Saffron sniffed one last time, drying her tears for good and taking a deep breath. "Don't tell anyone I cried okay? I need to keep a confident and strong aura. If we find Snow, I'll be the first to save her. Until then I need to keep being grounded on reality and fighting for a future. Is that okay?"

"Swords are the coolest weapons! The go like woosh and slash and swordsmen look the most handsome." Radburn looked incredibly childish motioning slashes and attacks along with his sound effects but the grown man didn't seem embarrassed at all. "It's the weapon of a true hero. Maybe the Dragon King used a lance but every hero after him used a sword. I will follow in their footsteps and master the sword. You'll be glad to have me on your side!" Radburn joined the party "I'll see you later dear! Take care!" "Both my wife and I loved to help out around the castle. We did everything we could for the king." He was starting to serve the stew into bowls. "She left this world about 10 years ago. She couldn't handle the new king and... The events around that time."

CRAWLING IN MY SKIN

"Now there's a good question? I don't know Ian dear, what IS our relationship?" Anna said with a playful tone, arms crossed and eyes focused on Ian. "Business partners, and good friends." He replied, even a touch coldly. "Just friends huh..." She muttered, clearly disappointed with the answer. She sighed heavily before putting on her cheerful attitude again. "Well, when we get there you are welcome to join me Ecquis dear I'm sure the family will enjoy seeing you." "Hmm... I see." He examined Rosalyva's arm carefully. "While you are nowhere near as strong as I am, your small stature makes you nimble and dexterous. Fighting you would be a challenge. And your ambitions are to be the very best..." He rubbed his chin and slowly a grin started forming on his face. "Yes, YES! It all lines up perfectly! Rosalyva, I recognize you as my true rival! We will not fight for we are allies. But when both of us have reached the end of our journeys we shall duel! The winner will take the title of true sword master of the world!" Radburn turned towards Meredith. "I am Radburn. That is my whole name, as I do not hold the title of master just yet. If you will have me I would like to travel with Rosalyva and your gang. I will hone my skills and become a man who can protect everyone around him. My wooden blade shall strike down your enemies as well as mine!" Saffron took a step back at Luka's words. She looked like she was going to say something but her words caught in her throat. Only when Luka was finished did Saffron say something, in a weak tone nothing like her usual voice. "I do have hope. I hope and pray that the Goddess spared my Snow. She is innocent and did nothing wrong." Tears started to build up at the edges of her eyes. "But everyone is counting on me to be strong, I have to keep going and fight for the people. I don't fight for myself, I fight for them. I'd want nothing more than to go search for Snow but I need to fight for everyone else. I don't have time to think of myself." One of the tear drops that formed on the sides of her eyes started to stream down. She quickly wiped them off. "I'm sorry I did not mean to cry... The tears came out on their own."

"How is my little Anna doing? It's lucky that you are all going to Caelum because that's where Ian and I were headed. My family is having a little get together in the capital. It's been so long since I've seen my sisters I'm almost starting to miss them!" Radburn looked at Meredith and Serene speak, adding nothing to the conversation until Rosalyva appeared. He practically jumped up from his seat. "A lady of the sword eh!? My name is Radburn, and I am the future best swordsman in the world." He rolled down the sleeves of his right arm and flexed it. "Swordswoman, show me your sword arm! The proof of your skill; it is all visible in the arm." "Yes she was the personal chef of King Brandon, the Queen and the youngsters Lady Saffron and Sir Keagan. She also took some cleaning duties along with myself." He stirred the pot some more, and added a few herbs. "Just about all I know of cooking came from her. Bless her soul up in the heavens." "It was a life or death situations, if I had had the time I would have asked the owner for permission of course." Saffron starred at the ground at the mention of her pegasus though. "It's not about being worried. It's that I've already accepted that she is probably dead. My uncle must be enraged that my escape, the only person with a better claim to the throne than he. I wouldn't be surprised if he burned her along with all of my belongings. I have no trust for him, or any of his servants."
-
"I see..." He looked up at the sky for a while, maybe thinking of his dead comrades. Suddenly he jumped up on his feet and punched a knuckle into his open palm. "No use crying over spilled milk. Where's my sword!? The great Radburn needs training. I can't be going around fainting in the battlefield, I'll never achieve my goal acting like that." Radburn began by slowly stretching out his limbs, with various exercises. "You said you were the Undying? I've heard about you with the troops you are a legend. Oh and her!" He pointed towards Serene. "I've seen you before, you were traveling with us and the Commander huh? Were you with the forces when Commander Maris was defeated? I wish I had seen it... The Great Commander Maris defeated." "We will gladly accept your help should we ever need it." He gave a warm smile and turned his view back to the cooking. Feri was silent for a while, until he brought out a bowl and poured some of the stew into it. He handed it towards Terrin. "Would you care to taste test? I am not half the cook that my wife was, but I still make a good stew. I noticed you looking at the ring, it's okay to ask. The pain is long in the past now." "This old guy?" Saffron pat the pegasus side. "I stole him from the castle stables. When we made our escape, my personal pegasus was in the royal stables. In a rush we couldn't go get her, so I made due with what we could find. I don't know his original name but I've taken to calling him Grumpy." The pegasus snorted as if understanding the conversation. "He's old, mean, stubborn and of course, grumpy. But he's gotten me here and he's been as loyal as I can ask. So I make sure to treat him well. It is a lot of maintenance taking care of a pegasus, you need to clean their fur, their hooves, their manes, once in a while even their teeth. Their wings are delicate and require a lot of care to clean as well. But I'm used to it, I used to take care of my own back in the palace." "Good evening." Ian said calmly. "Oh hello there Mr. Customer! How are you doing this fine night?" Anna put the notepad aside and clapped her hands together enthusiastically. "Why yes I am taking stock! Ian can't do it so I have to pull the weight for both of us! Our stock is nice and light and we've made a good profit. We'll surely be able to restock at the next city and get some more high quality goods."
-
Saffron turned her head to look at Luka and smiled. "Hello Luka, and did I not? My apologies. I didn't mean to be rude." She was now working her pegasus mane, scrubbing hard to remove any vestiges of dirt out of it's pure white mane. "None of us mind it, in fact we welcome it. Feri is an expert historian but doesn't have much of a mind for warfare. I was never taught the subject, my father didn't see a need for a Queen to know warfare in peaceful times. Keagan is the only one who had wild dreams about what the Misguided Children would have been. He thought that a resistance movement would hide away the strongest and most apt warriors. No that you all aren't skilled, but... Not in the way Keagan was expecting I think." She let out a small giggle as she pondered what Keagan originally had imagined. "So in conclusion; I welcome your strategic input Luka. If you have the mind for it please keep guiding us and fighting in your own way." "Oh." He looked on Meredith with interest and then seemed to grip his forehead in pain. "Owch... I feel like I've been run over by five ox wagons and a dragon..." He sat down next to Meredith and after his pain mostly subsided he asked. "Who are you? Where am I?" "Good evening Terrin, this is bear and wild pumpkin stew. Keagan went hunting earlier and caught a rather large beast. More than enough to feed us all" Feri said keeping his eyes on the pot, stirring it very slowly. "You shouldn't be afraid of approaching Lady Saffron. She would be very saddened to know you won't approach her because of her status. But either way I have no qualms answering your question; Our first task upon reaching the border will be to evade the Dragao blockade. The merchant routes should still have safe passage and I'm sure Anna and Ian will be able to help us get through there. Afterwards we will cross the desert in the direction of the capital Natarjah. We will seek an audience at the palace." He brought his hand up presenting it to Terrin. On his ring finger were two rings, wedding ring, and behind it a golden signet ring, with a red dragon on it's front. "We will hope to gain audience with our proof of royalty. Hopefully the Ignis, Lua and Sol will listen to us. It is best to appeal to them first rather than the senate; Caelum's senate is famous for being slow and indecisive in their decision making."

"Everyone, since we have merchants with us now I will distribute the funds that Samwell gave us. Please be mindful, not to spend all of it. These are our funds until we get a chance to restock or earn more money. Samwell and his companions put a lot of work into gathering this much for us so spend wisely." The party earned 2,000 Gold Dragons! "I am hesitant to ask for money from those who saved us but business is business as Anna always said. Please take a look at my wares, only high quality items. I make sure to that." "Welcome; WELCOME! Please come on in dear, welcome to Anna Marie's Super Special and Unique Once in a Life Time Never Before and Never Again Seen Jaw Dropping Unbelievably Cheap Deals! I deal in rare and exotic items that you will never see again! I only have one of every stock and watch out because deals fly off fast! I restock every once in a while bringing in new and wonderful items!" Those are our shop keepers and their shops. You have 2,000 gold to spend but you will earn more in the future. This will be added to the first page and I'll update it there and on a post like this one every chapter. Purchases will be made OOC, just state what you want to buy and I'll add it to your character sheet and discount the price from the list.

Hoshiko's first arrow hit the crystal straight on plunging into it's insides. Fire started to leap out of where the arrow struck in light embers. The second arrow shattered the crystal into a thousand pieces, each piece floating down slowly. At first each piece individually glowed yellow or orange, but quickly they lost their color and became black. Shrieks echoed in the hall, as if people in anger and pain were stuck with the flames and the broken crystals. But the voices subsided as quickly as they appeared. The church lit on fire fairly quickly and the bodies were the tinder that kept the flame fed. At the front of the church was Saffron standing next to the singing Serene. She refused to look away; these were burning people. They too were victims of the rule that she was trying to stop. It was until the church was well ablaze and starting to fall apart that she finally moved. "Thank you Hoshiko, Serene. I feel like these souls have made it to the heavens." She turned to everyone else, and raised her voice to make sure everyone would hear. "Thank you everyone; All of you. Moments like these are part of saving our kingdom as well." The princess took a glance at the church once and then turned for her pegasus. "Let's get on our way. We still have daylight; we will continue on our path." Later that day The party only stopped for camp when the sun was completely set. Tents were erected and the still unconscious surviving soldier was lain down in one of them. In the middle of camp, Feri had set up a fire and was boiling food in a large pan surely to be the food for tonight. Anna was next to the cart that the merchants owned, taking stock and writing it down in a small notepad. Ian was a bit further away, sat against a tree apparently not doing anything. Dash was next to the fire nose stuck in a large book. Keagan sat on a fallen over log, polishing his armor to a shine. Saffron was close to the tents, brushing the fur of her Pegasus. One of the tent's flaps came loose, a woozy and lightheaded Radburn exited one of the tents wondering where he was.

Akame Ga Kill [Contains Spoilers]
Pyon Pyon Kyuu!~ replied to Cool Girl's topic in General Discussion
I pretty much agree with everything Dobby said. Every character was generic. I was happy when most of the characters died, they meant nothing to me. I barely got to know most of them other than "Oh this one's a tsundere" "Oh this guy is camp" "Oh this guy is a total loser." Fight scenes were alright and some of the powers were cool. That's about all I have to say about the show =/ It wasn't as bad as some other shows but it doesn't deserve any praise in my opinion. Oh and Akame is one of the trashiest main characters I've ever seen. Literally no personality. -

Doesn't matter if it's too big I'll badly edit them so they fit.
