  1. SmackQuake Marowak (M/F) @ Thick Club Trait: Rock Head EVs: 4 HP/ 252 Attack/ 252 Special Defense (or) 252 HP/ 4 Attack/ 252 Special Defense Adamant Nature - Double Edge - Earthquake/ Bonemerang - Smack Down - Swords Dance Easily one of the strongest Pokemon out there, Marowak can also take an impressive amount of damage. Smack Down to force a switch out with Dragonite and Skarmory, Double Edge to abuse Rock Head with, EQ for STAB power and Bonemerang for the same amount of damage as EQ, but with Sash breaking capabilities, and Swords Dance to skyrocket Marowak's attack in either the 1,000's or the 800's, depending on the EV set that you used. Pure power, excellent for a Trick Room team, or one with Wish support.
  2. DJ, that be the least helpful thing I've read about Mewtwo in a while. Rain Specs Murder Mewtwo (N) @ Choice Specs Trait: Pressure EVs: 4 HP/ 252 Special Attack/ 252 Speed Timid Nature - Aura Sphere - Ice Beam - Psystrike - Thunder Now, as the set title suggests, this is a great Mewtwo set for use in the rain. With over [I]600[/I] special attack, Psystrike will hurt almost everything, and hits over 60% to Chansey and 70% to Blissey. Ice Beam gets almost hilariously close to ohko'ing Giratina-O and Thunder will fuck up everything that it hits neautrally. After that comes Aura Sphere, ohko'ing Dialga without Spec Def and HP investment, and severely hurting Ferrothorn, twokoing always. The Mewtwo set that I am literally the most terrified of.
  3. Sadlies, I don't have a way to make a vlog. :/ So, I'm stuck with this longer version of facebook's status crap. Oh well. It helps me vent and stuff. Please note that the original post will be the one being updated with my blog additions.

  5. Hey guys, APC here, and I was wondering if it would be ok for me to make a suggestion? I was thinking that perhaps a single stage Poison Steel type with decent HP, good speed, and excellent attack with semi-mediocre defenses would be a good choice to introduce to the metagame. Abilities like Poison Point, Overcoat, and Sturdy. Just as a suggestion, of course. Got another one, Rock Dragon. Amazing defenses, good HP, decent attack, absolutely terrible speed and special attack. Sand Rush (I was thinking base 25 speed, so 326 speed at maximum) Aftermath, and Rough Skin.
  6. Just an edit here, Winter, but Hi Jump Kick is actually 130 power.
  7. In case the Jask couldn't get off the dance, of course. That and it's in case the Ninjask fainted beforehand.
  8. January 2nd, 2011 2012 Holy crap, don't you just hate that? Been writing out a certain year number for a year, and then the year turns over and it's a different year, and you forget to change the year that you're writing, or you write the wrong year out of habit. Anywho, I'm listening to Boulevard of Broken Dreams which is ironic to me because, well, the past three days have been fantastic for me. Although now it's the past four days. Date rolled over. I met someone after completely forgetting her 4 and a half months ago. Now I wish that I had never forgotten her. She's awesome, kind, caring, and makes me forget about the past 13 years of my life so easily that a coma-inducing sledgehammer hit to the head couldn't do better. Oh, I also brought over something that I was writing in Kirby Palace before I moved over here. The Sign of the Eagle. Starting out good. I'm hoping that it'll get better. But one can only hope. Still writing down some ideas for future "chapters" in it. I will try to update this blog at least once every two days, and I'll try to update Sign of the Eagle at least once a week. No promises. Peace out for now, System and Steel 4 Life. January 2nd, 2012 Passed out at around 7 AM. Woke up, did nothing but rage at how stupid the random teammates that I get on MW2 are. I'm 8 levels away from another prestige token o MW3 and they are dragging me down to heeeeeeell. Last game, I went 5-10. Because we're playing on Hardcore. And these multiprestige IDIOTS don't have the simple state of mind to put on Cold fucking Blooded. So, I'm running around with two people who insist on following me. Predator missile. They follow me again. Harrier shoots both of them, and catches me when moving from one of these idiots to the other. So, I stopped playing. Now I'm hungry, realize that my league team is only 2/3's finished, and I want chicken. :/ January 3rd, 2012, 5:17 AM Kso, it's right before I'm about to go to sleep. The past 4 hours have been only me playing MW3. I've ha great games (12-2 with AA-12 and Dual Skorpions), bad games (4-18 (they were EVERYWHERE. I didn't die once facing the bastard who killed me.)) and excellent games with a new weapon, and great games with a returning one (16-11, first use of the Mk. 14, and 23(New record)-0 (Also new record) with the L118A (No weapon switches, two misses, 2 two-shots.)). And I woud have continued to about 5:30, but a problem occurred. My left hand is in a numby pain. It feels cold, but it's that kind of cold that you know is only existing because you hurt something that isn't normally hurt. Either way, because of the distraction and lowered reaction time due to the pain/ cold thing backing up my reaction time, my last game went 12-19 (New high deathcount). Other than that, since the entry of the last blog, nothing much has really happened. Oh, fought my first GL on here, got scouted, and was 4-0'd. Gonna try again later tonight. For those that have read what currently exists of The Sign of the Eagle, please note that I'll have the next chapter up by midnight, Thursday night. Kthanks, peace. January 5th, 2012, 12:56 PM Two days late on an update. Haha. Yeah, sorry. Anyway, I've decided to catalog the various personas of my various moods out of sheer boredom and lack of pretty much anything else to do. They will be posted up on here (in spoilers) by Saturdayish~. Also, Sign of the Eagle won't be updated for a bit longer. Yeah, sorry about that, I was wrong about it. Sign of the Eagle was updated yesterday and will be updating (hopefully) on a regular basis. Also, I now have two badges and am taking the league by storm. February 2nd, 2012, 10:38 PM It's been too long since I've updated this. Anyway, I'm starting up a new story and will continue with the Sign of the Eagle, updating the both of them when I can. In fact the new story is up. In other news, rather than type up long, boring, complicated descriptions of my fursonas, instead, I decided to tally up the total Ko's of each Pokemon that I've used in the league to acquire my 9 badges. All across 13 battles. Unfortunately, I only have logs up to my second battle with Samson, my 11th battle. So I'll update these when someone stops being lazy updates the logs. 6. Tentacruel: 2 ko's 5. Lickilicky: 4 ko's 4. Garchomp: 7 ko's 3. Typhlosion: 10 ko's 2. Scizor: 11 ko's 1. Gallade: 20 ko's No. I'm not making that up. Gallade had 9 more ko's by the the end of my second fight with Samson (seeing as 5 of the ko's were singularly from him, no big surprise there) than Scizor. Other than being the biggest surprise on my team, I can only think of one way to describe Gallade. MVP. Most Valuable Pokemon. At least on this team. The next 8 Gym Leaders had better watch out, or Gallade will rock you.... like a hurricane.
  9. BatonJask Recipient Kojondo (M/F) @ Life Orb Trait: Inner Focus EVs: 4 HP/ 252 Attack/ 252 Speed Timid Nature - Drain Punch - Fake Out - Rock Slide - Swords Dance And unusual enough set, Swords Dance is there in case the Substitute passed by the Jask stays up. Following a quick Fake Out, Kojondo Dances, and then Drain Punchs everything to death forever. Except for Golurk. Rock Slide for coverage with Drain Punch, not to mention it helps take down irritating flying types like Sigilyph and Xatu after a single Swords Dance boost. A high hitting monster sweeper behind a sub passed off from Ninjask, with speed EVs to help it take down almost any other fast threat.
  10. Chapter ZERO: The Prologue Tony held the rifle to his shoulder, taking each breath slowly. About three hundred feet in front of him, his last target stood, a cutout, built in the most simplistic human shape possible. He squeezed the trigger, and the round from his M40A3 tore through the center of the target's head, leaving a spray of pink mist as the bullet penetrated the the Kevlar helmet, bringing Tony back to reality. He wasn't on a practice range. He was hidden under some brush, and he had to move fast, otherwise the enemy, the Russian Resistance Army, would find his position. He crawled back out of the brush, and turned, crouching, to face the road that was behind him. He looked left, and the right before starting, stepping back into the bush behind him, a truck rumbling past. He waited for it to go an adequate distance away before he ran across the road. Shouts called up behind him, the body of the assassinated Russian General having been found by his body guards. "Shit, shit, shit, shit, shit." Tony muttered under his breath, now sprinting with the entire length of his legs. He tossed the sniper rifle to the side, smashing it on a tree. Tony slid to a stop, turning around so that his ghille suit blended him into the snow of Siberia as he dropped to the ground. The snowfall around him had covered most of his tracks and the slide that he did. He lifted his body upward, pulling two stolen Skorpions out from under him, burying them in the snow in front of his body. He kept his head up, watching as a team of 5 Russian guardsmen scoured the area slowly. They were barely visible through the thickening snowfall, but they were getting closer. Tony's grip tightened around the submachine guns, and he waited as the guards passed, easily mistaking him as one of Siberia's low-lying bushes in the now dense snowfall. Tony sighed inwardly and relaxed, then steeled himself for his next action. He stood up and lifted both guns, pointin them at the guard in front of him, who shouted in surprise as Tony squeezed the triggers.... (Continued in Chapter 2) Chapter One: The Silence Tony squeezed the triger of his M40A3, the bullet tearing through the cardboard cutout's head. "That's five dead center shots in a row. At 300, 750, 1,000, 1,200, and 1,550 feet. I'd say that's enough." Tony's spotter said, chuckling to himself. Burt was a wise-cracking asshat as far as Tony was concerned, however, he also depended on him for his own survival. "No. Pop up the 2k, 2.5, 3k, and the 3.5." Tony said, reloading the next five rounds in his rifle. "You're joking, right? Even the Major has problems with 3k and up." "If I was joking, I wouldn't have reloaded. Now pop them up before I pop you." Tony growled, looking down his sights. The target at two thousand and fifty feet out popped up and Tony adjusted his aim, squeezing the trigger. The target's top half of his head sheered from the impact. "Too high, wasn't dead center. But at least it was a kill shot." Burt said, popping up the 2,500. "Take your time, this time. You're almost at half a mi-" Burt was cut off by the retort of Tony's .308 Remmington rifle. Burt checked through his binoculars. "Nice shot. You blew a hole in his heart." Burt said, flipping up the three thousand foot target. Tony sighed, and released his magazine, opening the bolt-action and removing his next round. He set the round back in the mag and set the gun and magazine off to the side, picking up the Army issue M24 to his left. He checked the round calibre, a .338 Lapua Magnum. "I missed my target with that last shot, I meant to hit his head." Tony grumbled, sighting the rifle. Burt covered his ears, the M24's retort much louder than the M40's. He squinted down at the target and grabbed his binoculars. "Holy.... The head is completely gone. Nice shot." Burt said, then grabbed the other set of ear protection from the table. As he slipped it over his head, he sighted the binoculars, the final target raising. "Three thousand five hundred feet out!" He shouted, gauging the windspeed through the binocs via a scarf around the target's neck. Tony squeezed the trigger.... And found himself in South Africa, an AWS (Arctic Warfare Silenced) over his standard AWM (Arctic Warfare Magnum) in his hands. He had just let off a round, the suppression system silencing the shot to a third of its normal volume. His target's head exploded, as did the right arm of the militiaman behind his target, falling completely off of his body. In the confusion after his first kill, he slipped away, evacing through some trees. "So, Ghost. How are you liking your job now that you're actually in the field?" His CO asked through his headset. "I couldn't be happier." Tony replied, relaxing in his chair. "The silence is killing me, though. I want to go into a real war zone, not clean up after PMC fuck-ups." "Silence? Son, there were multiple gunfights raging around you while you sighted that bastard." Tony's CO replied, shaking his head on his end of the line. "Really? I didn't hear a thing. Must have been really focused...." Tony responded, nodding off to the sound of the rotor wings of the chopper. Chapter 2: The Run Tony released the pressure on the triggers of the Skorpions and ran passed the falling guard. As the other four turned toward him, he hid behind a thick Siberian fir, the thick trunk of the tree stopping the bullets fired from the others AK-47s. Tony waited, cowering as bits of bark and splinters from the impacts flew everywhere. As the last shots were emptied from the clips, he sprinted from cover, straight toward the nearest of the four shooters. He covered the distance in less than two seconds and tackled him to the ground, shoving both of his Skorpions in the man's mouth, releasing a single shot each. He then dropped one of them and snatched his AK, taking a fresh clip and hoisted up the now dead guard's body, putting him and his Kevlar vest between him and the other three guards. Tony grunted with each impact of the 7.62mm rounds, and even winced in pain as a few of the rounds tore through the remains of the guard's jacket and into his own under his ghille suit. He finished reloading the AK and fired off a few badly aimed shots, but managed to catch on of his assailants in the shin, dropping him to the ground. Tony tossed his meatshield to the side and aimed, killing the other two guards before they had finished reloading. He then walked over to the one he shot in the shin. "Sad, isn't it. That not even five of you can kill me." He said, firing one round into his head. Tony then dropped the AK and looked at his ghille suit, now completely covered in blood. "Perfect. Nothing I can do about it." He said, then turned and continued his run toward the evac zone as more guards crested the hill from the direction that he came from, bullets flying toward him. "This is Ghost, I have hostiles following me on foot, backup sent by the-" Ghost was cut off as a bullet snapped a rather large limb above him, dropping it rigt infront of him, causing him to trip. "Mother FUCK!" He shouted, scrambling to his feet and limping to cover. "Ok, the reinforcements sent by those assholes are closer than I thought, and I think that I might have broken my shin. Advise you leave now, over." Tony finished, checking the clip left in his one Skorpion. With only twelve rounds left, he flipped up the stock on it and rolled over, crawling toward the branch that broke his shin. He pulled out a small mirror and glanced over the branch. 'Three of them at least. This won't end well.' Tony thought to himself. He lifted his head up and the Skorpion with it, and released a three round burst, killing two of them as they lined up with their search pattern, two perfect headshots. As Tony turned to the last one, he saw that he was in trouble. A few rounds from the guard's assault rifle, pointed right at Tony, caught him in his uninjured leg, Tony shouted in pain and focused it all into nailing his attacker with the last remaining nine rounds in his carbine. Tony let the hose of death release and the last Russian fell. Tony sighed and rolled over carefully, now lying on his back. "Hoverking, ignore that last order. Come and get me, both of my legs are shot to hell. One of them literally." Tony said into his radio. "Over." "Copy that, Ghost. We're heading toward your beacon." Hoverking responded. "I'm sending some of the crew to your position right now." A few weeks later....... Tony laid in his hospital bed, watching a soap that he didn't care about in the slightest, when the door to his room opened. "For the eighth time, I don't want to get back in the fi- Oh. You aren't General Washburn." Tony said, looking at the woman who walked through the door. "I would hope not. However, I do have a proposition for you." She said, sitting in the chair next to Tony's hospital bed. (Continued in Chapter 3)
  11. Everybody, everybody! (Get up, yeah) S-s-s-stand up! (Don't be shy) People, people, people. (Get up, get up, get up) Everybody, everybody. (Testify) EVERYBODY! Get down, get down, now. S-s-s-s-stand up, don't be shy. People, people, people, corrupt, get up get up, everybody, testify! ~ We Started This Opera Shit opening lyrics. Hey, I'm APC, aka A Pink Cheetah. Little bit about myself? I'm a bi furry, and I'm flat out addicted to Skyrim. Currently singles (Ladies. Gents. ;3 ) Also, as you can see above, I like Repo! The Genetic Opera. Other than that, I'm a pretty decent battler in all tiers, however, I will prefer Ubers or LU/ NU over OU and UU. Not much else to say, other than I hope to have fun here and I wish everyone a happy New Year. (1 day, 5 hours, and 23 minutes late.)
  12. [quote name='A Pink Cheetah' timestamp='1325489503' post='22083'] With Rock Polish, run a Modest nature instead? You might be losing speed, but that's only for turn one. Even without the speed boost, after a Polish, it hits a massive 594 speed. It outspeeds Scarf Latios, in other words. [/quote] Also, you should have given it Ice Beam instead of Flamethrower. It really needs that coverage.
  13. Oh @ Phazer for the Autoto description. And that set needs a description. It's lifeless without it. The one that TripleRhu posted, that is.
  14. Wait. Autotomize halves your weight as well?
  15. With Rock Polish, run a Modest nature instead? You might be losing speed, but that's only for turn one. Even without the speed boost, after a Polish, it hits a massive 594 speed. It outspeeds Scarf Latios, in other words.
  16. Huge Work Up Azumarill (M/F) @ Life Orb Trait: Huge Power EVs: 252 Attack/ 128 Defense/ 128 Special Defense Adamant Nature - Aqua Jet - Ice Punch - Superpower - Work Up Azumarill is the third strongest Water Physical attacker period, under Crawdaunt and Feraligatr. This set is bulky enough to survive most unboosted SE attacks, and after a Work Up, it hits 654 attack, high enough to cause Aqua Jet to hit like anything else's Waterfall would, if not harder. With powerful coverage like Ice Punch and Superpower, things like Ferrothorn, Salamence, and Dragonite have a hard time coping with its power. A set based on pure power with the only thing in mind is to destroy its opponents. Nothing much else to say.
  17. Blizzard Spinner Cryogonal (N) @ Leftover Trait: Levitate EVs: 4 HP/ 252 Special Attack/ 252 Speed Timid Nature - Blizzard - HP Grass - Ice Shard - Rapid Spin Next to Claydol, Cryogonal is the best Spinner in the lower tiers. Thanks to Levitate, it doesn't take spikes or toxic spikes damage. Not to mention, with base 105 speed, it's also the fastest spinner in the lower tiers. In NU and LU, with Snover assisting with permahail, Blizzard hits always and forever. Ice Shard for anything that manages to survive Blizzard and HP Grass for Quagsire, Gastrodon, Carracosta, and Relicanth to name a few. Decent enough to have on a hail team, but no reason to otherwise have it on your team.
  18. Techno Charger Genesect (N) @ Water Cassette Trait: Download EVs: 252 Special Attack/ 4 Special Defense/ 252 Speed Timid Nature - Bug Buzz - Flame Charge - Thunderbolt - Techno Blast This set is the very bane of Fire Type gyms and teams. With the right Download boost, this Genesect will ohko almost every fire type with Techno Blast. Tbolt for additional bitchin' coverage when combined with Flame Charge and Bug Buzz, with a Timid nature to outspeed many fire types that would normally be a threat to it with Flame Charge adding on to that. Wise Sweeper Genesect (N) @ Wise Glasses Trait: Download EVs: 252 Special Attack/ 4 Special Defense/ 252 Special Attack Modest Nature - Bug Buzz - Flame Charge - Ice Beam - Thunderbolt With Wise Glasses, this Genesect still gets a boost to its damage without loosing precious life with each attack. Most for the additional damage boost and Flame Charge to make up for the relative lack of speed. Bug Buzz for a powerful STAB move with good coverage, and with a Download boost, it hits like a truck. Bolt Beam for more coverage with nothing completely resisting this set. A powerhouse with few downsides.
  19. Sand Tank Sweep Gigalith (M/F) @ Leftovers Trait: Sand Force EVs: 4 HP/ 252 Attack/ 252 Special Defense Adamant Nature - Curse - Earthquake - Heavy Slam - Stone Edge Pretty straightforward, this set is meant to cause damage at almost every turn and to take hits both Physical and Special. EQ + Stone Edge for the perfect type coverage, Leftovers for healing each turn, and Curse for attack and defense boosts. Heavy Slam for anything that either of the other two moves don't hit for SE damage. So, to recap, Gigalith tanks a metric eff-ton of damage and turns around and beats the crap out of its attacker with heavy damage dealing attack that leave your opponent's Pokemon broken and wondering how it got there, who it is, and why it isn't wearing any pants. That's Gigalith for you.
  20. Double Dancer Lilligant (F) @ [Leftovers] Trait: Own Tempo EVs: 4 HP/ 252 Special Attack/ 252 Speed Timid Nature - Giga Drain - HP Ice/ HP Fire/ HP Fighting - Petal Dance - Quiver Dance Lilligant's movepool sucks. Like, a lot. It has good special attack, good speed, decent special defense, but terrible everything else. It's offensive movepool consists of Grass, Grass, Grass, Psychic, Grass, Normal, and Hidden Power. And Grass. In fact, it gets so little coverage, that I recommend three different Hidden Powers depending on what you want to get walled by. The good news? Lilligant makes up for the extreme lack of coverage (Seriously, you can only go so far with Grass, Grass, and boost moves + random) by being unable to be confused by it's own Petal Dance. Also, there's the 180 power of said Petal Dance. It's a dominator in that field, and will stop at nothign to remove any threat in its path. With it's speed, HP Ice will take down almost every dragon that switches in after a Quiver Dance, and with HP Fighting, it stands a chance against Sweeper Heatran and it's choice Scarf. Lilli murders in UU, and, if you can find a good supporting Pokemon for it, can hold its own quite well in OU.
  21. So many Sand Forces, so little Sheer Forces. Sheer Terror [Landorus] (M) @ [Life Orb] Trait: [Sheer Force] EVs: [252 special Attack/ 4 Special Defense/ 252 Speed] [Timid] Nature - Calm Mind/ HP Ice - Earth Power - Focus Blast - Psychic/ HP Ice Landorus has such a terrifying reputation as being one of the strongest Sand Force users in the game with an appropriately terrifying movepool behind it as well. This is not one of those Sand Force sets. Landorus is the strongest Special Attacking Sheer Force user out there, and has an amazingly limited special movepool to back it up. That being said, the moves that benefit from it are extremely powerful, such as STAB Earth Power and Focus Blast. In fact, after a Calm Mind, Focus Blast is hitting almost 50% on Blissey's massive HP and special defense. Against walls like Tentacruel and Jellicent, Landorus laughs at them with it's power, OHKOing Tentacruel unboosted with Earth Power or Psychic, and twokoing Jellicent unboosted. After a Calm Mind, it can hit Volcarona for 67-79% damage, and follow up that with surviving the Fiery Dance to hit it again with Earth Power. With Psychic, you don't have to worry about Brelloms or Gliscors (A +1 Psychic from Landorus hits Gliscor at 89-102% damage) and with HP Ice, Breloom is still gone and it takes two to knock out Virizion after a single Calm Mind. With base 115 special attack and 101 speed, it outspeeds other common OU Pokemon like Salamence, Volcarona, Haxorus, Jirachi, Hydreigon, and Genesect, more often than not, ohkoing or twokoing these Pokemon, if it can. Even Dragonite can fail against Landorus if it comes in with Stealth Rocks up. With good speed, a great special attacking stat, and an ability that increases the power of Earth Power, Focus Blast, and Psychic by a full 33.3%, Landorus shouldn't be taken lightly if you encounter one out of Sand. You'll never know if that Skarmory you're going to send out will get git by Stone Edge, or a Focus Blast.
