Just 1 more question, are there enough dragon types available for a monotype playthrough?

Probably not but there are some members of the forum that are willing to help you with that by generating dragons for you from the start and then maybe lock mystery egg on to a dragon type as well. What I'm saying is that it's very possible. You can even do it yourself with the "Scripts" file that allows you to use the debug option when you press X.

  2. Hey man don't worry about it, every pokemon will be avaliable for you at some point during the game. Very nice position not knowing these games at all. First playthrough is hella fun, you don't expect what these games offer. Besides dragons tend to be a pain to level early on. Have fun mate!

P.S. one thing worth googling without spoilers is the mystery egg part, you don't want to miss that!

  4. Mate I'd recommend you to play the first run without any trade help. Game will feel much more rewarding. Otherwise you'd be suprised how useful some of those seemingly useless pokemon are actually of great help. Tell me, have you ever thought Arbok is a good idea to bring along with you without TMs, egg moves or move tutor moves? I thought it was garbbage until I played the game without power in my mind, only cool pokemon I haven't ever used in any game. Arbok is one of my top pokemon and I'll keep using it (currently at Shade's gym).

Good luck with finding those pokemon though, have fun!

I I sit idly all day long, using the internet, reading manga, playing games, etc. I even neglect my darlings (cats/dogs) and don't play with them, like before. It's nothing new to me, really, but this time, i seem unable to get unstuck, for a reason... I even closed my mobile and don't open my emails up.

Add jacking off and you got a combo for either sadness or the blank state you're at. Get the fuck out of your comfort zone. Short time span of a couple of months is enough to turn this thing around. There's no better place to start than to hang out with someone and tag along straight to the gym or any kind of workout. There's a reason why this generic working out works. Notice how the depression/sadness/anger/selfpity/blank whateverthefuck people do EXACTLY these things you've mentioned. You're a dopamine fiend and suddenly reached the point where this thing is not enough. Like a tolerance. I bet my cookie box you don't even enjoy these things anymore. It's basic brain chemistry.

Step out of your comfort zone and work on long term stuff. You'll fight your own damn brain during this perion, especially starting with it. You've trained it or yourself if you prefer with all these instant gratifications, basically screwing yourself up without even noticing it. Most do.

I'll suggest you to distract yourself with a job, it will give you less time to donkey around with pointless bullshit. As someone who played games daily excessively and skipped weeks of school for it, I've found out how much of a robot I am while playing some games I thought were my favorite. Turned out I don't like 90% of it anymore. Pokemon games are such a repetitive drag now. In fact I dare saying I understand the formula of games and how they get you hooked.  Second and this one is quite big and sometimes notoriously hard depending on a person - NoFap 3 months reset. It's quite alright to fail multiple times and yo the feeling is no bullshit. It's a wake up slap to the blank state. Of course the last one is training. There are a couple or really good dudes with quality videos on these matters, quite inspiring. Lots to learn for even experienced people in the area. Here's one with straight to the point and no bullshit https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC9459CRFjiCq52yKuiraD4w

Right, I spewed my mind above. Lemme tell you that I felt quite close to what you described until the end of this January. Now I'm feeling like I'm kicking ass and loving it, didn't even think it's possible. Reasonably obviously it was/is but damn it's tough once your thoughts start spinning.

Wish you well, do something for yourself and start growing. Digital trash is making you rot bro.

I have some leftover mons from me breeding for perfect shines, and I dont have much use for them anymore.

P.S this is my first time posting a topic.

And here are all the mons I have leftover.

20 Mareanie (12 bold nature, egg moves haze and stockpile, 5ivs x in attack) ( 1 with same stats just x iv in speed) and (6 with x iv is Sp. Attack, and 1 shiny with decent ivs)

18 Denio ( Modest nature, egg moves dark pulse and earth power, 5ivs x in attack)

18 Snorunt( Random natures, egg moves rollout, spikes, and switcheroo, 5ivs x in Sp. attack they were made to be for Glalie)

11 Budew 2 Roselia, ( Random natures, egg moves, extrasensory and leaf storm, 5ivs x in attack)

16 Skorupi ( adamant nature, no egg moves, 5ivs x in Sp attack)

6 Honedge ( adamant nature, egg moves destiny bond, 5ivs x in Sp. attack)

24 Gligar ( jolly nature, egg moves night slash and cross poison, 5ivs x in Sp. attack)

    And

30 A-Vulpix (timid nature, egg moves moon blast, extrasensory, and freeze-dry, 5iv x in attack, 1 is shiny but it has 24/x/31/31/31/31 spread.

    hope this goes well

Any chance you still have a Denio, Honedge, Gligar and a Mareanie to giveaway? I'd like 1 of each if you've got time!

  7. You gotta be more creative man. You are already deep enough to have a large pool of options for your team or better yet for this particular battle. Don't even know what's normal like cause I've only ever beaten the game on Intense Mode. Only thing about Angie that sucks is a potential miss on 100% accurate moves.

Never even tried to stop the field. Hariyama does so well there. I remember using Magneton too, there was my Arcanine, some water type or something? Lycanroc wasn't a thing back then but I'd use that if I were you. Maybe add another close combat. Infernape is cool if you picked that, maybe Sawk? I don't know.

The easiest 1v6 against Angie is a bulk up/double kick/blaze kick(or flare blitz) Blaziken. That's what I did in the latest episode. Decided to pick up Torchic just so I can check why is everyone praising it as the #1 starter. Keep in mind that you still may suffer from rotten luck if crits happen and if you keep missing your moves but yknow.. reset and go again! Good luck!

  8. Level up your team because it's really underleveled. Dark moves work very well there, in the past I've used Pangoro to win my 4th badge but that was before EP17. Surely it's still good though. Ampharos can deal with his Gengar due to the field and thunderwave (hopefully you have it). Mightyena's Crunch can dish out some nice damage, especially if you have Moxie ability on it. Your Charizard should be able to take out Doublade and Dhelmise. I'd recommend that you teach it Fire Pledge if you already haven't. Tutor is in the building to the left from the bug gym. Sandslash should be able to deal with his Mimikyu.

You could possibly to it without changing your team at all. Level up and come up with a strategy that may work, hopefully you can find some use from my text above.
