I know it says [18.3], but is there a chance of this mod working on 18.4?
Oh yeah it should work for 18.4, like Edo said above. Fixing the title.
I thought I'd be notified if someone posted here, might have unfollowed the thread by accident... oh well !
In other news, I'll probably work on that stuff again soon.
I'm considering adding a non-Game-z variant for the battle bars in bonus content, because I'm not sure how permanent the font placement is.

Updated PZR (Battle UI again, Summary UI tweaks, trainer card !) and updated the screenshots album as well.
EDIT : I kinda forgot to mention it, but it has SWM support now (box multi-select, item finder, type display, stats changes) !
SpoilerUpdated PZ, now compatible with the new engine/executable ! Boxes are still not done yet, so you will see inconsistencies between backgrounds, but I had to at least push a fix for Game-z.exe.
Some tweaks to the battle bars has been done in the process.Spoiler -
Hi !
Made some changes to PZR in v0.4 (BattleUI, Party UI ball) which are now available ! Also updated the screenshots album, including the new stuff.
Still working on PZ boxes, and I'm going for something more detailed so... it's taking more time. Sneak peak :

Hey there,
Some new stuff for you Rejuv enthusiasts out there, available in v0.3 right now :
SpoilerAlso, I was supposed to bundle the PZR update with some Reborn stuff but it's taking a bit longer than expected, here's a sneak peek :
Spoiler- 2

PZ v1.11 :
- Updated the online UI stuff
- Removed the trainer card background logo
- Small improvements to the "party ball"
(changes on : tradebackground, tradebottom, onlinewaiting, partyBall, partyBallSel, trainer card)
Spoiler -
Hey there.
For those of you who aren't aware, I started a variant of my texture pack called "PZ Rejuvenated", that I "stealthily" released in a very-WIP state here.
I just updated it, now with Summary UI alongside Battle UI tweaks.
Also fixed a biiig oversight in the PZ Summary UI, I don't know why I didn't notice it until now.
Below some screens of what to expect from PZ Rejuvenated :
SpoilerAll summary screens have a different main color depending on the original UI's icon color, I'm just showing the "Info" one to not clutter everything.

New update !
- Last iteration for the default, amethyst and sapphire theme trainer cards [trainercard.png]
- Steel icon tweak (Battle buttons + box background) [box13.png, battleFightButtons.png]
- New battle command buttons [battleCommandButtons.png]
Concerning the new battle command buttons, there's a variant with a sword instead of an explosion-thing, in Bonus Content/Misc.

Amazing pack, love the Amethyst version, though I wonder if for future updates you could put the modified/new images in another folder, so it would be easier to update the texture pack if we have made some changes ourselves to some files? Thanks and I'll be looking forward to future updates (especially that new trainer card in an Amethyst version :D)
Thank you !
Concerning your suggestion, I won't do that, because that would make it confusing for new users.
What I can do, however, is mention in the changelog which files I updated.

Little update with some improvements :
- New iteration for the trainer card ("neutral" by default, "team meteor" in bonus content)
- New battle status display
- Minor changes to the battle bar
- Trainer cards for Cobalt & Amethyst themes, but they are based on the old variant
Currently planning on renaming the "Cobalt" theme into "Sapphire", and make small changes accordingly (new pokegear gem, some color tweaks).
That and upgrading the themed trainer cards to the new variant I came up with.

Great stuff! I was thoroughly pleased with the UI changes, especially within the battle interface. The Pokegear Amethyst version gave me VA-11 Hall-A vibes which was a welcomed surprise as well. Will be looking forward to future updates of your texture pack.
Glad you're enjoying my pack ! I'm actually planning on extending the bonus themes to the newly added trainer cards, so if you like that theme, there's more coming.

v1.6 update :
- Trainer card !
- Badges !
Spoiler- 1

v1.5 update :
Custom shinies are now opt-in.
I'm well aware that my spritework is a mixed bag, so if you don't want them, you'll be relieved to know you don't have to manually remove them after every update.
If you do enjoy them, they are available in the Bonus Content folder.
I had a good chuckle reading the reactions of some people, unaware that my stuff changed some shinies, but I guess it's better this way for the end user.
It won't stop me from working on them or making more though, because I like all of them.
SWM support is now opt-out. If you use (or want to use) SWM Modular Modpack, install it first, then my pack.
If you don't, SWM will overwrite my content for it, and you'll have to do everything manually like before.
- Finished the Clefable custom shiny (that wasn't supposed to be in yet because no backsprite).
- Small improvements to the Milotic custom shiny.
- Probably some other things I forgot.

New update, was finally able to make an Imgur album again, so everything is there. New additions include a complete rework of the Pokemon information windows, custom shiny tweaks, and a fix for the purple theme pokenav jukebox.

Bag : Cobalt Theme
Pokegear : Amethyst Theme (I failed my screencap but it's okay, you've seen what you need to see)
Another update ! A new custom shiny (Empoleon), a rework of the bag UI, a new Pokegear theme, and some little changes here and there.
I don't know if the new shiny will stay, it was an one-off thing for the lulz. If it doesn't fit I'll remove it.
EDIT : I just noticed that the shade of purple used for the amethyst theme was too dark for the jukebox menu, will fix next update.

INCOMPATIBLE WITH 19.5, IT WILL CRASH YOUR GAME.
This is currently being integrated in the base game, so I will not port this mod to Reborn 19.5.
----------------
Pyrolusitium-Z2 is an UI overhaul for Reborn, with a tech aesthetic.
Type in battle is from SWM modular modpack.
This is NOT bundled into this mod, I'm just using (and providing) new assets for it that fits my mod better.
PLEASE READ THE Q&A SECTION BEFORE REPORTING CRASHES.
Thanks in advance.

- Updated Reatomized compat so that you guys don't have to replace a file by another for some type displays
- Updated custom shinies with a new entry : Golisopod ! The default Reborn shiny was shipped with v1.5 for some reason (which is not mine) and I decided to fix this by making my own.

SpoilerInstallation :
All you have to do is extract the content of the archives you are interested in, directly in your Pokemon Reborn installation folder.
Most of the time you will be asked if you want to replace files that already exist, accept.
If you are lost on how to install all of these, here are some guidelines :
- As a rule of thumb, ALWAYS install Pyrolusitium Z2 FULL or LITE (not both !) before installing anything else on this page.
- If you want to use my SWM modpack textures, install SWM first, then install my compatibility pack after.
- If you use Radiation Reborn :
-> Radiation Reborn -> SWM modpack if you want it -> PZ2 FULL/LITE -> SWM compat pack if using SWM -> Appropriate PZ2 Radiation compat pack
Q&A :
Q : Types in battle don't appear or look vanilla, wat do ?
A : You need THIS. Install "SWM - TypeBattleIcons" first, then install my compatibility patch "PZ2 SWM Modular Modpack Compat".
Q : Help, I installed the FULL version and font is weird, wat do ??
A : You forgot to install the mods provided in the archive. The "Data" folder is not a "Bonus Features" folder, don't ignore it.
Q : I only installed the LITE version and the game crashed, wat do ???
A : The texture pack hasn't been installed properly.
Make sure you or your operating software (especially if you are a Mac user) didn't delete the whole graphics folder before installing.
This isn't a total graphics folder replacement, it's meant to replace only a handful of textures. So if the game can't find files, it will crash on you.
Q : ClockHud crashes with a NoMethodError exception, wat do ????
A : Make sure Reborn is properly updated, with the updater.exe file at the root of your installation.
ClockHud uses methods that only exist since the Pokegear Time & Weather menu exists, which wasn't ready for the initial community release.
Q : Every time I update, the stats display in battle is reverted back to vanilla, wat do ?????
A : Don't panic, it's normal, just reinstall Pyrolusitium-Z2 (or just its statdis1.png file in Graphics>Pictures>Battle) and it will be fine.
Q: Chrome says Clockhud and the Pokegear mod are dangerous and blocks them.
A: Files are absolutely safe, there's nothing that can be executed by itself in these archives. Chrome is just seeing a Ruby script file extension and panics.
Force the download from Chrome's downloads list and you should be fine.

Spoiler[9/7/2022]
- Changes to the summary UI :
- Page 1 :
-> Has a proper HP display, with a bar and numerical values, that has been moved on top

-> Displayed stats are now total stats, gauges have been split in 2
-> A bigger gauge for total stat comparison with the highest possible for level 100 or level 150 depending on current level
-> A smaller gauge displaying base stats like it used to be
-> Shifted green palette to turquoise
-> Nature effect on stats are now displayed on the right as arrows on both page 3 and 4 now

- Due to popular demand, gender display is back !
- Small tweaks to font placement to minimize overlap when using a very long Pokemon name in capslock
[8/31/2022]

- The main mod is now split between 2 versions :
-> FULL : Texture Pack + what used to be called Advanced UI Tweaks, in a single package

-> Everything has been dark theme'd.
-> The common part for all pages have been slightly trimmed down - gender icon disappeared to avoid overlap with very long names, font relocation...
-> First page (Summary) now also displays a health bar, ability name, nature, and pokémon gender.
-> Second page no longer displays nature, giving more space for capture trivia and personality.
-> Third page now shows the species' base stats in numerical and gauge form.
-> Fourth page shows nature influence on stats, total stats, EVs and IVs.
-> Both third and fourth page still shows ability description.
-> Move details and move learning pages have been reworked to have moves on the left, and descriptions on the right.
- Pokeball icons reworked to fit with the new summary. Subject to improvements.

[05/12/2022]

[05/06/2022]
- [Main] Added multi-select sprite and a trade background I missed
- [Main] Restored summary Pokerus indicator
- [Main] Minor changes to all pokegear-related backgrounds
- [Main] New shiny indicator
- [Main] New party hud in pause menu
- [Main] Window 11 now has a dark background by default, making the font white

-> Displays a stylized clock with time, day and weather on the top-left of your screen while paused.
- [PZ2G] New mod : "Pokegear Mod"
-> Requires Pyrolusitium-Z2.
-> Makes all the fake clocks on pokegear-related backgrounds functional. And some small changes. Only exception is the online stuff.

Oh. I'm a Veteran. Hi.
I never properly introduced myself on the forums as far as I can see from my activity history, might as well do it now.
I'm actually not too fond of revealing precise physical details to people I don't know, so I'll be skipping all the metrics and just say that I'm a French, blond-haired, blue-eyed, average 25 years old straight guy.
It's not out of insecurity, gender issues or whatever, it's just a "The less people know about me, the better" and "I want to be appreciated for what I do and not what I am" kind of thing.

Who are you ?
I'm mostly a semi-absent lurker. I often disappear, only to reappear once in a blue moon, when someone posts something on my stuff, or when a major update happens.
Needless to say, my interactions with the community are fairly minimal. So much that I didn't even try to get verified on the Reborn Discord.
What did you do ?
I'm partly responsible for the UI overhaul Reborn had since EP 17, since I'm one of the few crazy ones that tried to redesign it 1 week after learning about the game and playing it (iirc it was a bit before EP 16).
Amethyst changed them a bit on her side before integrating them, and she didn't take everything (like box backgrounds), so my original work is still available on this forum, if you're curious.
What can you talk to me about ?
Anything, I guess ? I don't have trigger words/subjects or something, but I doubt my input on anything would be significant, so... meh.
Closing statement ?
Now that's a weird thing. I'm used to just end these kinds of posts with "That's all" or "I'm done for now", but that's kinda out of place after that question, isn't it ?
If I had a closing statement, it would be this : English is not my native language, so feel free to correct me if I made & make mistakes here and there.
It's important to me, because I do enjoy writing from time to time.

First tried last night and there's one thing bugging me. The pokeball little icon appear on Hp bar on a pokemon that you had caught before is grey out. Isn't it need a bit more highlighted?
Well, I used the same color than the stripes immediatly next to the icon for consistency reasons (and I could see it just fine), but if it's actually hardly visible for some people, I can make it brighter.
Will happen next update, thanks for the feedback !
EDIT : Updated with the brighter pokeball icon. Too minor to warrant a version bump.

My ears are no longer bleeding when cycling through my Pokédex, thanks a lot !

It seems I had too much time on my hands tonight. Minimalist Rebirth now updated for Episode 17 !
- Updated bag
- Tweaked Pokedex a bit
- Color tweak on main screen
- Removed custom window borders
- Updated title screen- Removed field dex pages, they were no longer up to date

Okay so, EP 17 is out.
Pack should still be useable until the proper EP17 update, you'll just have to deal with the title screen still displaying EP 16 in the meantime.
Amethyst took some of my stuff, tweaked it and integrated it into the base game. It's intended, don't panic.
Minimalist Rebirth was my attempt to give the Pokemon Reborn UI its own identity, that fits with the overall tone of the game, without going too far from the original.
I probably took some liberties with the pokegear and trading interface, but other than that I think I succeeded.
As of now, I do plan on keeping this pack up to date if you like the way I did things more, eventually complete some stuff I forgot and fix some oversights.
But I'm stopping reworking anything on it, title screens being the only possible exception.
V1 will be the definitive version, no major changes will happen after that.

Will using the minimalist rebirth texture pack and the follower pokemon pack cause any conflict in the game?
I don't think there will be any conflict since you're only overwriting pictures by installing the texture pack. I'll check later if everything is fine, but you shouldn't have any problem.
Also a good portion of my stuff has been integrated in the base game and tweaked, so worst case scenario you already have some of it by default !
No clue for the follower pack though.
EDIT : well yeah ofc the title screen isn't the right one anymore will be changed soon

Thanks for this.I really like the design.
Why isn't this topic in "The Mod Market"?
In the Mod Market,It literally says that A back-alley bastion for all mods, add-ons and other downloadable improvements to Pokemon Reborn.
This texture pack is definitely an improvement to Reborn.
This thread was created before the creation of the mod market, and even before a subforum dedicated to non-writing art stuff.
That's why it's in Reborn Central and not anywhere else, and well, it doesn't seem to bother anyone (otherwise it would've been moved I guess).
I hardly consider this a mod though. A mod implies that one changed the code somewhere in the game, here I only changed .png files, and you have to manually copy paste them over the original textures, so it's much less practical.
Still, thanks for the feedback and glad you're enjoying it

Could you send me a screenshot ? I didn't reach that point in the game yet, so I didn't have the opportunity to test that, but I should be able to fix it.
In other news, a rectified variant of the Reborn battle UI is ready to be uploaded, since the font offsets have been fixed.
I just want to finish at least uniformizing the pokemon boxes before updating the thread though, so you'll have to be a bit more patient, sorry !
