Kinda overpowered, to be honest. Most matches exceed over 20 turns easily, even without stall. Every team will be forced to run a Royal Meteor user, and the entire metagame will be circling around removing the enemy's Royal Meteor user and getting your Royal Meteor up.

I got a 5-star Bartz by using the ten tickets. I'm pretty satisfied. The difficulty ramps up later on, so you'll have to keep using the rift (I think that's what it's called) to grind levels. The xp gained from regular levels is really not enough.

But trust me, this does more harm to the Pokemon than good.) Delta Regigigas: Rock/Ice Description: Regigigas fuses with the Regi trio. Its yellow rings turn into gray steel rings, and its grip claws become plated with steel. The black stripes become ice stripes. The "grass" on its body become brown chunks of rocks. Reason For Creation: Regigigas has always been screwed over by its awful ability, Slow Start. Today, I would like to change that. With a Triple-typing of Rock/Ice/Steel, it may look incredible on the first glance. However, this typing holds a fatal weakness that makes it prone to two of the most common attacking types - 8x weakness to Fighting and 4x weakness to Ground (Not to mention it also has 2x weakness to Fire and Water!). To play well with Delta Regigigas, you must remove the opponent's Mach Punch or Vacuum Wave user first, and then setup on a Pokemon that can't touch Regigigas.
