Fam I wouldn't worry too much about EVs/IVs. The fact that you got here shows that your team is more than capable. Now it's about finding specific pokemon to KO her pokemon and training your pokemon if necessary.

Hey Guys I need some help with Valarie. One thing I'm having trouble with is the fact that the field halves the speed of grounded non-water types, making my starter, Infernape, practically useless. I have tried haxing with emolga but Politoed, Lanturn, and Rotom are just way too bulky from what I've seen. Here's my team: Emolga Level 44 Nature: Lax Ability: Static Item: Zap Plate -Volt Switch -Nuzzle -Electro Ball -Acrobatics Infernape Level 45 Nature: Hardy Ability: Iron Fist Item: None -Mach Punch -Close Combat -Flame Wheel -Fire Spin Duskull Level 42 Nature: Naughty Ability: Pressure Item: Quick Claw -Shadow Punch -Shadow Sneak -Will-o-wisp -Hex Altaria Level 41 Nature: Hasty Ability: Cloud Nine Item: None -Cotton Guard -Round -Disarming Voice -Dragon Pulse Mightyena Level 42 Nature: Serious Ability: Intimidate Item: None -Bite -Assurance -Rock Smash -Snarl On my bench/rotation I have a Pangoro Level 35, Mawile Level 32, and Fearow Level 28 Training up a new pokemon wouldn't be an issue, but there seems to be a limited supply since I'm on Tejamaru Island. Go back to the Underground railnet and get the Ralts in the corrupted poke ball. From what I can see, Gardevoir has been an immense help to a number of people who have played reborn, and with a dragon gym coming up it will definitely be useful. I don't think you really need Gallade since you have Blaziken and Krookidile as major physical attackers. Whether you pick Gardevoir or Gallade, both will be useful against special attackers as well due to their high special defense.

Or just use flame burst and burn the field

I feel like Victoria could be featured more. She has so much potential to be involved in the fight against Team Meteor like Cain, the player, and the Orphans are. I'm kinda intrigued by her character and want to see if she'd willingly kill someone, especially after Cal betrayed her.

I feel like blizzard should transform this field into a cave if glaciate does that
