Is it possible to chain fish in Pokemon Reborn?

The lady with the Igglybuff and Cleffa that you save from Team Meteor is asking for her Igglybuff back... but I never did that side quest. What do I about that?

What Pokemon is it?

I found the kid who stole the rare Pokemon that I purchased for 1000 dollars in the beginning of the game. What do I do next?

I've thought of another one! False Security: The Pokemon with this ability is immune to all status effects, but it tries to make it's opponents believe it's not immune. For example: When it get's burned it's Attack doesn't get lowered and it won't take damage from the burn, but it'll still say that it's burned. When it gets paralyzed it's Speed doesn't drop and it'll never get fully paralyzed, but it'll still say that it's paralyzed. When the Pokemon get's confused every turn it'll say "[Name] is confused!" but it will never hit itself in confusion. When the Pokemon falls asleep, it'll always wake up on the same turn (or the next turn if it moved last).

After doing the side quest where you obtain a Riolu egg, is the Riolu guaranteed to be Shiny when it hatches or should I be freaking out?

I revisited the Poison Gym and when I got there, Aya's mom was talking about the Healing Machine being broken. When I repaired it with a Data Chip, a Budew and a Pidove Starly came out of the Healing Machine. What do I do with them?

How do I do the Vulpix event? I'm in the part of the game after you beat Ciel and use Fly back to Reborn City.

How do I get into the cave to get Eevee? There's a tree blocking the way and I don't know how to get past it.

Gardening: The Pokemon with this ability gains STAB from Grass attacks regardless of the Pokemon's typing. Pyromania: The Pokemon with this ability gains STAB from Fire attacks regardless of the Pokemon's typing. Soul Barrier: The Pokemon with this ability is immune to any Ghost status moves. Adrenaline: When any scaring moves or abilities (Intimidate or Scary Face for example) are used on the Pokemon with this ability, this Pokemon's Speed, Attack and Special Attack are boosted by one stage. Variation: The Pokemon with this ability will randomly gain any existing ability. This ability can only be used once in a battle.

Unease: Lowers opponent's Special Attack by 1 stage when sent out in battle (pretty much a special Intimidate). Eco Friendly: The Pokemon with this ability will get a slight boost in Grass, Bug and Water moves. But Steel, Poison and Fire moves are slightly weakened. Beginner's Luck: The first attack this Pokemon uses in a battle will most likely be a crit. Good Start: This Pokemon's Attack and Speed are boosted for the first 3 turns in a battle. That's all I've got for now :3

Just a random thought of mine. If you could create a new move or ability, what would they be called and what would they do? Here are a few ideas of mine. Abilities Sharpness: Any sort of cutting moves are more likely to get critical hits (combine this with Leaf Blade to make your opponent love you) Conservation: The first move used in battle will not lose PP for 5 turns. This ability can only activate once in a battle. All I can really think of are abilities

I went to the top of the Wasteland Wall, but I couldn't find the Key. Where do I find it in this version.

Does anyone know where to find the Shadow Ball TM? I thought it was in a cave near Beryl Cemetery, but instead it was Safeguard.

I'm currently fighting nightmare fuel Shade, and his Banette gets a crit every freaking time it attacks.
