Found it, thank you. I thought that would still be route 3... Is it possible then that it can only appear during night? Or do you need some item to find it, Because I never found one there...

I beat Ciel in the arena fight, so I am right at the end to episode 15 (should be the latest episode?), but I didn't realize where and how you can go to route 4 until now.

Is there any way at the moment to access route 4 to catch a Phantump? Or can you only get it via the growlithe trade at the police station?
