    Yeah, and it's also always an unsettling thought when you encounter a Trainer way beyond your current Level and think "F*ck, if I use a potion and he still beats me, I'll have wasted it". Of course you could somehow take the edge from the challenge by having a Pokémon with Pickup in your team, but why would you?

    Difficulty: 6.5/10(approx.) Imagine this: All the stores are sold out, not a single potion available, every store owner is on vacation! The only additional rule for this challenge: Don't. Buy. Anything! I'm currently doing this on my Ruby Edition and I'm having a blast! I am in the range where playing Vanilla is too easy but I still suck too much for doing a Nuzzlocke or Wedlocke challenge.

    If that's of any interest, I'm doing a challenge run in Ruby right now, where I forbid myself to buy any items, which means I can only work with what I find. Add to that the fact that the internal battery is exhausted and thus me being unable to farm berries, and it's harder than one might think.

    I find the idea that each gym leader has six Pokémon a great concept, but in reality it makes gym battles just tedious. Especially the first one when you have only a few Pokémon yourself and can't really adapt your types really well yet.

    I really like Quilava! It's cute and cool at the same time while also having decent stats and moves. Gen 2 had the best starters in general IMO.

    Now that's a great idea! I like this concept! Combines the Arenas from Dewford(As mentioned), Fuchsia City(The Ninja Theme) and Ecruteak City(Traps 'n Stuff), all of which are some of my favourite arenas.

    Well, what is there to say? I play lots of Dark Souls, am impatiently waiting for Fallout 4 to finally be released and like to watch Anime of most(No Yaoi!) kinds. I work as a Programmer(still in Training, second of three years) and thus spend much time in front of a computer. One of my "bigger" fandoms is My little Pony(If you can't or don't want to deal with it, you're free to ignore me, just don't start hating), but I am also a great Star Trek nerd and have started Dr. Who a few weeks ago.

    Hate me all you want, but I absolutely despise Pikachu! It is literally everywhere! Hell, even when not talking about Pokémon you can't escape from it!

    As you can see in my signature, I'd probably be a Steel Type. My Arena would be in an old warehouse, filled with conatiners which have to be moved with cranes in order to progress under, over or through them. All of the cranes would be operated by trainers you'd have to defeat first before they clear the way for you.

    Kanto: Major Bob, definitely. Johto: Whitney, with her stupid Miltank Hoenn: Norman really gave me hell the first time around, and remained a challenge in latter playthroughs. Sinnoh: Fantina. I just hate Ghost types. Unova: Drayden. In Gen 5, dragons were still OP, remember? Kalos: Valerie. I just can't wrap my head around the weaknesses of Fairy Pokémon.

    It really grinds my gears when my Typhlosion gets frozen. FROZEN! It has f*cking flames shooting out of its back, how is it supposed to get frozen?!? Sturdy is also annoying, just as Arena Trap is.
