  1. Wait what, you can trade in this? Edit: I read the thread, they wont do trades unless you have 10 badges. :/ I've also tried copying the graphics from a newer version to the older one, but that doesn't fix it either.
  2. But I keep getting this error on starting up the game: Script 'SpriteResizser' line 149: NoMethodError I only have a pidgey on me at the moment, and I'm trying to load in at the grand hall. Any idea's how to resolve this?
  3. Quagsire lv 20, bibarel lvl 21, lombre lvl 19, pancham lvl 19, combusken lvl 19 was what I have for the end of the current episode. He's very beatable. Even IF you don't want to keep any of the pokemon you use against him that's fine, just use them temporarily to pass him them move on to (insert episode 2 here)
  4. I hate to be 'that guy', buuuuuuttttttttt Wheeeeen is desolation coming?
  5. Sent a PM asking, but, you guys still looking for a Storywriter? Got a story outline I wana run past you when your online.
  6. Tch, just a general trainer class? I used Elite as an superior alternative for Ace, now I feel all laaaaaame. Can't wait to (eventually) fight my monster creation!
  7. Ah, I had thought Delta's would have their own full custom movesets. Nvm.
  8. Might be a bit to much for a suggestion, but here goes. I don't know how in-depth you can edit the trainers, (like specifying ability's/IVs/EVs), and what items they can use, so take those suggestions with a grain of salt. This suggestion is for an endgame trainer, or maybe even a post-end game bonus difficulty trainer or something like that. Elite Trainer Freeda Items Used: Max Revive x1, Revive x2, Full Restore x 2, Max Potion x4, Full Heal x3 Pokemon 1: Charizard Ability: Blaze Nature: Adamant Moves: Flare Blitz, Fly, Earthquake, Dragon Claw Item: Life Orb IVs: 28 HP, 31 attack, 25 defense, special attack 10, special defense 22, speed 29 EV 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 6 defense Pokemon 2: Bisharp Ability: Defiant Nature: Adamant Moves: Night Slash, Iron Head, Giga Impact, Stone Edge Item: Shell Bell IVs: 30 hp, 31 attack, 30 defense, special attack 2, special defense 20, speed 23 EVs: 252 attack, 252 defense, 6 speed Pokemon 3: Lanturn Ability:Volt Absorb Nature: Modest Moves: Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Discharge, Signal Beam Item: Expert Belt IVs: 31 hp, 20 attack, 18 defense, 29 special attack, 28 special defense, 28 speed EVs: 252 special attack, 252 Health, 6 speed Pokemon 4: Blissey Ability: Natural Cure Nature: Calm Moves: Light Screen, Toxic, Rest, Double Team Item: Leftovers IVs: 31 Health, 0 attack, 0 defense, 0 special attack, 31 special defense, 25 speed EVs:252 Health, 252 special defense, 6 speed Pokemon 5: Trevenant Ability: Harvest Nature: Adamant Moves: Horn Leech, Phantom Force, X-Scissor, Poison Jab Item: Shell Bell IVs: 28 health, 31 attack, 27 defense, 20 special attack, 28 special defense, 28 speed EVs: 252 Health, 252 speed, 6 special defense Pokemon 6: Gardevour - Mega and Shiny if possible Ability: Trace Nature: Modest. Moves: Psychic, Moonblast, Lightning Bolt, Focus Blast Item: Gardevourite IVs: 31 to all EVs: 252 Special Attack, 252 Speed, 6 special defense Freeda will not move to engage the player, instead, the player has to interact with her. Opening: "..." Closing: "Huh." Player receives 0 money for the battle. After Battle Dialogue: "I'll admit, I haven't fought someone like you in a long time. You could say I've been in a rut for a bit. I usually turn away other trainers, crushing casuals quickly grows old, but something about you sparked my interest. I think, I need to get back to training. Tell you what, as a thanks for kicking my butt into gear, seeing as I don't have any cash, you can have one of my pokemon's eggs, I don't have enough time to raise it myself. Reward: Guaranteed shiny female ralts egg. (or if that's to much, random egg that inherits very high IVs. Freeda leaves the area.
  9. Trying out this version for kicks and gigles, however... My jaw dropped when I found a beautiful creature first thing... I had found my champion... One who will carry me through the game... One who will NEVER be removed from my team... Adamant, Hustle, good attack/speed IV, mother fucking Rattata. He will Hyper Fang ALL THE THINGS! Except Ghosts. Oh, and why does the trainer right in the opal ward outside the poke start area have a lvl 70 mega evolve rayquaza.
  10. Are delta's given there correct movesets? Was testing out Deltaverse. Examples: -Steel/Dark Tentacruel has Acid, poison spikes, water pulse -Water Numel has Magnitude, Flame Burst -Dragon Diggersby has Mudslap, mudshot, doublekick -Ice/Electric Gardivour has Disarming Voice, Wish, Magical Leaf, Heal Pulse ect... Also, Vivillion remains as a bug/flying despite deltaverse being active.
  11. Can confirm. I had a zigzagoon with me for an hour+ when i was farming decent IV pokemon. Not one proc for pickup. :/
  12. Its a darker pokemon game. Cults instead of 'Teams'. They kill people and do other things. The Abyssal cult leader was my favorite battle/character in the game thus far. Delta's have a plot reason for existing (Genetic experiments). You can choose between delta Bulbasour, Squirtle, and Charmander as starters. Each have their own unique types/sprites/movesets. You can find delta's throughout the game as special event pokemon. Delta Ralts (thus delta gardivour) is my favorite, shes an Ice/Lightning pokemon. She wrecks shit.
  13. Kind of like the rule of two for star wars, except for pokemon. Like, 8 or more pokemon in a party? Or a fangame that does something wildly different than any other?
  14. Maybe it's just intense mode, but the whole game has been aggravating/very difficult to me since Keta. Not in a fair/challenging way, but a purely aggrevating/get one shot kind of way. It's been one whole boss rush. 1) Find a boss 2) Pokemon Breeder Train A)If still not enough, train a different pokemon (30+ minute process as you need to keep switching out, have to deal with disobedient pokemon, going to to center to heal, and back again) 3)Beat boss. 4) Small route or a few trainers later... (not nearly enough to gain your party a few levels) 5) Find another boss, its at minimum, 5-7 levels higher than your pokemon currently are. 6) Go back and pokemon Breeder Train 7) Refight boss and maybe win, might take many soft-resets. 8) Continue on. 9) Find a boss with pokemon all over the level limit your limited to to go with their field effect shenangins. 10) Repeat step A several times. ect... up until... ??) Get shipwrecked after prison (Madame X favorite character), head back to ship after hearing about tentacle fun. Fight Deoxys who is lvl 55 and 10 levels over my entire party one shotting everyone. Go back to breeder train... Wait... THERE IS NO BREEDER THIS TIME IN THE TOWN! ??1) Go back and fight again, win with 1 hp sturdy golem only pokemon left alive. Celebreate, then notice their are more Deoxys on the beech, and blocking the ship. /cry and rage on the forums. I will hear Audiono's death cry in my sleep.
  15. I finally beat this biiiitchhhhh. Led with Garbadour for toxic spikes, switched to Golem for Stealth Rock. Switched to Houndoom and SPAMMED Howl nonestop. Swept up to Gengar, Houndoom got lvl 41 off his sweep and disobeyed me, got killed by sludge wave (I was sooooo pissseeed). Misdreveous got one shot by gengar. Liepard got one Night Slash before dying, Trevenant got off Leech Seed before he died. Switch to golem, killed Gengar, switched to Garbador to give Poison Spikes poison time to whittle away at Spiritbomb. Switched out prior to a dream eater, killed Spirtbomb. Reactionarilly saved, went to hit screen cap, hit f12, FLIPPED THE FUCK OUT before I remembered I saved. FINALLY, DEAR GOD FINALLY. This one fight was the hardest thing in the game for me thus far. I litterally went through my entire box, trashed all none-event pokemon with crappy IVs, went out and soft-reset captured everything to have decent IV's (found a shiny Pansage, critted a shiny pidgeotto, FUCKING RAN AWAY from a shiny Trubish), trained a few pokemon, then tried my hand at her again. This whole part, from Keta up to now, has just basically been one whole boss rush, one boss event after another after another. Its been rough mang. Edit: Next we have Apprentice Nim, with no heal before the battle, with pokemon all magically 5 levels higher than mine. *sigh*, back to Pokemon Breeder Linda, again.
  16. So, I have an ethical question for this, and no its not about eating krabby's. Jar of Paint... Idk about this item being in the game.
  17. You, are, awesome. Though, is it possible to turn off the sparkle for Deltaverse mode? Having everything sparkle every battle every-time over the course of a game would eat up time/grow annoying I'd think.
  18. Since the option for all Delta's is already there, have you considered an All Delta challenge mode? Everything having different types, moves, and passive abilities would be quite the different experience. For added bonus, have regular pokemon appear with the ratio deltas do in normal mode. If it were to be added, remove the sparkle from deltas >.>
  19. So sprites aside, how hard would it be to make a fusion for EVERY pokemon generation? What # of pokemon would that be? Millions?
  20. I agree, way to spoiler-y. If we do get -spoiler- killed, then it should come at us with a big WHAM when it happens. Shouldn't be spoiled right at the start. Ah, so I must pray to RNGesus for a delta baring the mystery gift. I'm curious, do you share delta's with Insurgence/other games or are all the ones in this custom-designed? In the engine test, is there a way to just spawn them to inspect what they do? (I could spend hours doing that xD). Either way, VERY NICE with that many delta's, should be loads of fun to try to catch/breed em all! (Hopefully we have enough storage space). I noticed in the EV/IV screen there is Hidden Power / Hidden Power X, whats that all about?
  21. O.o, how many delta's do you have currently in-game? Like, far more than Insurgence? (Though I'm guessing rarer too) Also, just started the game, intro screen "Story of kid who let Red die." All my wats.
  22. Wont say I have a lot of experience testing, what would you want us to keep an eye out for in particular? I've gotten up to the first town (finally, a pokemart), haven't really seen anything that jumps out and screams 'broken'. Except for that puzzle thing in the cave, I've tried what people have said in the thread, no dice.
  23. So umm, leaving the Viridian City poke-mart places you inside of a lampost that you cannot get out of. RIP being able to buy pokeballs early. Edit for bugs: Weechu crashes the game when starting to evolve. Sadface, I really wanted my bug/lightning combo with shield dust, would have been siiiiick.
