I like the idea of Pokemon still obeying you if they go over a level cap during battle. From my viewpoint, during battles (especially gym battles) we have certain Pokemon that are either on or under level cap, but levels up over the level cap. That in turns gives the opponent an advantage making it a struggle in battle sometimes.

So I updated the game to 6.1 and put the patch. I still can't choose the starter that I want. They only yell their pokemon cries and that's that. Anyways, I think I will just use the randomizer machine until I get Froakie since I have no clue what's going on. I want to know if anyone is getting the same problem as I am, or is just me? Nevermind! It seems I had to restart my game! Extremely sorry about that!

So I have a question I asked earlier. Does anyone know why I can't choose any of the starters in the starter room area? They just make their Pokemon cry and that's it. Amaria still says to choose your starter. Thanks in advance!

Amazing update Jan The only bug I currently found was (other than load in crashes) is just occasional pause and frozen moments that last for about 5 seconds or less. I'm just worried something might happened to the game if it freezes, again. One thing I would like to ask is I don't know how to choose a starter. The Pokemon just make their cries and that's it. I talked to Amaria, but she tells me to get a starter and come back to her when I finish. Did I forget something?
