    i have drillbur , azumarill, and pawniard . i can give you any of above , but while none of them have 5 iv , they got pretty good iv. since you have no plan to breed your vullaby . i don't think its worth for me to breed the 5 iv one specifically for your random iv vullaby. pm me if you interested.

    I got defeated a lot by kiki (don't know why for some reason he got counter for all my pokemon T.T) and Shade's Correy ( he hits hard and pretty fast for my team .

    yes i mean in game trade . In one of your post i see u say vulpix and other starter isn't viable to use because they are un-atainable . Vulpix is from the agate circus . There are clown looking for the stunfisk and willing to trade vulpix for it. The starter u can get at this point is totodile and turtwig while the rest is unavailable due to unable to go back to reborn city. totodile can be gotten at the the ice mountain (ametrine mountain?) here is the video and turtwig can also be gotten at one of the circus by solving the puzzle where u get dive . (next to ice cream vendor)

    umm not really pro here but , u can get nine tails, and a lot of starter (like Turtwig, pilpup, chikorita, totodile, delphox, squirtle, tepig, Chespin) from event u know like trading, an doing task .

    you can get both of them later in game . Rhyhorn in the wild, sneasel as event pokemon .

    i bought mine like 4 green shard today. doesn't really matter tho , as u can get as many shard as you want from the repeatable battle with clown indra. and don't know why as far as i know using ability capsule always result hidden ability for my pokemon

    you can defeat it by using prankster meowstic and light screen. prankster will ensure the light screen to be set up before arceus attack, and It will cut his attack by half thus ensuring your team able to take the hit from his sp attack.

    1.piloswine learn them using move re learner. need heartscale. 2.reaper cloth i kinda forget but some where after 10th gym . need surf. 3. sachet at lapis ward sold for 1000$ 4. evo stone can be gotten from mine . but its all rng this will help http://www.pokemonreborn.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=16315 in addition water stone can be gotten from magma/aqua quest at lapis ward.

    i use meowstic with prankster to set up light screen and defeat almost everything using politoad

    u need to talk to the iron pole if i remember right . the tynamo should be at the top of the iron pole sucking electricity.
