    My magikarp has 16 attack at level 19 with adamant nature, i decided to check on multiple IV calculators to see what ivs my magikarp roughly has, and they say that the max attack is 15? Can somebody explain this to me?

      I'm assuming EVs are screwing with the calculations.

      I don't think so. You'd have to feed it a bunch of kelpsy berries to reset the EVs to 0 so you can get an accurate result.
