Lord Helix, Archeops, and Cradily. Always liked Cradily in particular, if it ever gets a mega I think it would be good.

iirc there is a girl in the Pokemon Center in Calcenon who wants to trade her Munchlax for something, but I would have to double check. Shell Bell used to be found on one of the rocks at the base of the Arceus temple under the Grand Staircase, but now it has been replaced by a Shoal Shell so as of now there is no Shell Bell in the game.

Yea, that's a viable strategy. Since Curse used by a non-ghost type reduces speed by one stage it benefits from trick room.

Any of her pokemon you are stuck on particularly? From what I see, she checks 4 of your mons easily, especially that Ampharos. (rip) So let's see: You can catch a Sealeo and evolve it to Walrein from the mountains connecting Calcenon & Ametrine (What I used and probably your best bet cuz of its nice stats) Head back to Ametrine, you can catch a Snover or Abomasnow. And if you surf on the water near Titania & Amaria's house you can probably find a Wailord or Wailmer iirc

Team looks good, but personally, I'd swap out Hydro Pump for Scald for that 30% to burn to bolster what little defense Dragalge has and to maybe ruin an opponent's mon.

My Serperior, ingeniously named "Superior," really comes through for me when I give em a chance to set up Growth or set up a leech seed for my team to benefit.
