Sometimes you need to go a few backup saves back as they can corrupt too. However if that doesn't work there's nothing we can do.

NoMethod Errors are unfortunately a sign that save data has been corrupted. Hopefully you have some back up saves which you can use to fix this losing only a little bit of progress. You can learn about how to use them here

Unfortunately sometimes some back up saves get corrupted too which means that we can't do anything about it...
There's an option in the game to increase the number of backups that are saved which I would increase if I played again.

What's wrong with the file? When I open it you're free to move around in a pokemon center?
Also don't worry about the double posting this time given it was caused by dodgy internet. I've cleaned up the excess posts for you, but in general S. Paul is right in saying it is best to avoid.

Okay this isn't a perfect fix, but try this. Download this save file and replace your one with it, and also download this map and put it into the Data folder of your game download (replace the existing one).

Hi, I for some reason can't locate my rejuv fixing thing, but we do have a different thread for this kind of thing anyway. Post here and someone should fix it for you.

Long story short, got a hanging script error while using a soda vending machine in Agate circus.
I saved and restarted thinking it would have me back in front of it and ready to use the vending machine again, but when I opened it up I couldn't move or talk to anything, although some characters around me were moving.
Please tell me you can save me!!!

On a side note @Will69 and @S.paul, I really appreciate you trying to help out, but the purpose of this thread is for us to fix things without resorting to back up saves if we can avoid it. There are some circumstances where they are the only option, but unless if you're sure that they are the only/ best option it'd be great if you could avoid instructing people to use them, as we can usually fix it without forcing them to lose progress. Thanks for trying to help anyway!!!

I just made it to Ametrine City (The mountaintop one if I have the name wrong), and have just dealt with the house with the diary. Shelly ran off to confront Blake, and I am now supposed to meet the two of them in his apartment. When I enter, there's nobody there.
By looking at video walkthroughs, it seems that he's supposed to be at his gaming console and Shelly should be back one square and a few to the right, but there's just flat-out nobody in the apartment.
I'm unsure what all I need to give you guys in terms of information and whatnot, this is the first time the game's ever given me issues.

Okay, unfortunately your save file has become corrupted. The only way to counteract that is to use back up saves (instructions here). This means you'll lose a bit of progress but its all we can do in this situation.

Are there any error messages showing? If so what are they.
