does anyone know what the item "card key shard" is used for? i found it in the cave in nectar woods, wondering if any1 knows its use?

hey so i just beat the two team xen leaders on top of the mountain, got the final cut scence etc.. is that the end of the act or no? there was no message like last time but it doesnt exactly lead you on as to where to go next.

i found a dwebble inside a rock while using rock smash on route 2, didnt see it on the list!
