(For that matter, Alaris did attempt to visit someone via an NA, but said NA wasn't supposed to be valid for use on that specific night)

The Toucher can be lynched, as it is not necessarily a "killing" action. The Toucher cannot be killed by other means such as night killing roles or guns.

It has to be still together after the Day Phase ends, considering that the mission accomplish flag is triggered at the end of Day Phase.

Event 1.1
The House Guests were having a welcoming party near the poolside. It was late into the night and most of them were pretty much drunk, as they opened the bottles of alcohol in the fridge. Some of the House Guests, Nicki, Lykos, and Nano, were lying on the couch while others, Bean, Jace, and Yahen, were just sprawled out on the artificial grass, having no energy to crawl back to the bedroom.
Lía, on the other hand, was strolling beside the pool. She was tipsy from all the liquor she had taken in. She wasn't much of a heavy drinker, but the alcohol was a little far too strong for her tastes. Because of this, she didn't see Kiet push her into the pool.
She was drunk and didn't notice the water surging through her throat. She tried to breathe, but it was difficult. She was slowly sinking to the bottom of the pool. Fortunately, the Big Brother House team noticed this and she was immediately rescued from drowning.
Unfortunately, she wasn't in a state to continue playing in the competition any longer.
Kiet shot Lía. She was Bok Choi, the Naïve Cop, Shaman, and Cabbage.

Jason Grace: Here is some footage during the Nomination Night which occurred last night.
Dragoknight: Nomination time! Alrighty, I'ma nominate [Bean] for peeing on the guests and calling them his pet and [Nick] for hoarding all the greek yogurt and refusing to remove his toga well after the toga party is over.
Jelly: nominate alaris. i dont like how he's stared at my ass the entire time we've been here
Yahen: I nominate Nick. By his opening, i can see that they're really confident, i might try and eliminate a strong participant before they get unstoppable~
Just a guess tho~I nominate Nano too. Knowing Nano for some time, i have a feeling that he'll end up shooting half of the house if no one eliminates him, well, i'll give it a go~

Opening Night - Night Zero (Interlude II)
Jason Grace: Earlier, we heard the opening statements of nearly half of the House Guests before they entered the Reborn Big Brother House. For this episode, we will be going around the House to know what the House Guests want to say to the audience.
Oh, look! They're all gathered in the garden area near the pool.
Let's begin then, shall we?
Bok Choi: Everyone lynch, kill and silence Kiet at the same time evil face
Walpurgis: I didn't come here to make friends, I will collect my children's bones.
Bean: YOU CANT DEFEAT ME. I HAVE THE POWER OF ANIME AND GOD AND BEAN ON MY SIDE

As for me, i don't intend to win, as long as Yahy is happy, my purpose is fulfilled. I'll just try to have fun as long as i can.

Jason Grace: Well, there we have it. If you thought the first few House Guests from the pilot episode were edgy, you haven't seen some them yet.
During this period, we also took the time to interview some of the House Guests for a few questions.

Nicki: My goal is to get laid.
Amber: Mine is to dominate the competition cough cough Sorry, I coughed too loudly. My goal is to have fun with people and keep you entertained

Jason Grace: Interesting. Now, you've seen the other House Guests. Who do you think is the most attractive among them? Why?

Jason Grace: She's not a House Guest though.

Jason Grace: Aside from yourself, who do you think is the most attractive?
Nicki: (flustered) This is the most awkward question I have ever been asked

Amber: I find you guys all equally attractive!
Nicki: (makes a vomiting face)

Nicki: I think everyone is cute in their own way (especially me)
Jason Grace: Last question. Who do you think is your biggest threat among the House Guests in obtaining the grand prize?
Nicki: Newt or Yahy for sure
Hypurr: Most likely the ones with a high profile

Jason Grace: Hello there, folks! Another set of competitive, talented, and unique House Guests will be entering the Reborn Big Brother House. In the coming days, they will be staying in the House to compete with and against each other - to make compromises and settle differences to find the Season 3 Big Brother Champion.
Of course, expect the betrayal, lies, and deceit, but don't forget to tune in to the tales of friendship and love.
Well then, let's welcome our House Guests shall we? Here they are, as they enter the Reborn Big Brother House!
Michel: Don't dare cross me, fools. I'm the best, and I know it. And i'm not afraid to show it.
Candy: Henlo peepos, it's me, your favorite candy~ lollipop I don't even know what I'm supposed to say in an opening statement and have watched an astounding number of exactly zero episodes of Big Brother so ya this will be fun :3 In anycase, let's do our best at the sports festival ... well not exactly a sports festival, but you get the gist. Donut underestimate this smol Candy!
Newt: My only objective in this game is to make Kiet lose.
Nano: My name is Nano4 and I will be holding you, the audience, hostage for the duration of this game.
Drakyle: ROBBERY BITCH!....wait what? im inthe wrong building...the doors locked..i can't leave...fuck...im stuck...right i guess ill just be here then.

Roswell: So, let's keep this short and sweet, shall we? We're all (hopefully) intelligent people here, we all know the aim of the game is to win and become the Champion, so that's what I'm gonna do. If I make some friends and have some fun along the way, great, but let's not pretend that everyone's just here for a slumber party. I'm going to be as strong a competitor as I can, and I expect nothing less from everyone else. So, shall we get started?

Jason Grace: Now that all 29 House Guests have entered the House, who do you think will be evicted first? Who do you think will be axed from the show? And lastly, who do you think is set to win the 1 million dollar cash prize?
Before that, the House Guests will begin the night with the first Nomination Night. They will be nominating 2 other House Guests and DM me about their nomination. The House Guests with the highest votes shall be up for Eviction.
Aside from this, the House Guests will also submit their Head of Household Selection Vote. This shall be submitted in the Game Thread without any context. They shall select a Head of Household who automatically nominates one of the House Guests for the next day.
(For more details, please read the relevant sections in the Opening Post.)
Lastly, House Guests, if they have any usable Night Actions, may use them to advance their faction.
