Is eevee only available as a jackpot starter, and not obtainable anywhere else?

Is your Arcanine specially or physically offensive?
Because if its specially then it is probably the unneeded one, as you also have Delphox and Ninetails for that.
But if it is physical, then I recommend axing Delphox, even if it is your starter, because you have Gardevoir for Psychic attacks and Ninetails for fire, as stated before.
I still think Arcanine is the better one to replace though

I think it would be nice for Azumarill's attack stats to match each other in the very least, and for god's sake just give it a little more bulk.
If you wanna make Azumarill a little more bulky then eh that might fly, but considering that 10 point raise to attack is really a 20 point raise thanks to Huge Power, i think we can leave that at a nice respectable 50

Abilities still work
It can get Psychic and stuff via TM, but just give it to it naturally, as well as Amnesia to help its new special bulk.
Reason: I hate "gimmick" pokemon, they're annoying. And while Spinda isn't reeaaaally that, its fur patterns make me feel like they were tying to go for that. So, By making Spinda more special offensive and defensive, as well as faster, it can be a genuinely decent pokemon until late game, and the Psychic type just seems right to me. Maybe because it's main thing is teeter dance which confuses everyone, and I associate confusion with Psychic types

Torterra might not be competitively viable compared to a certain kung fu chicken with Speed Boost, but for a casual play of Reborn (or however casual Reborn can be), its still very good

The game availability list says politoed and kingdra are available to get, sooooo, where can you get the kings rock? Has anyone found it?
Kingdra doesn't evolve via Kings Rock, Slowpoke evolves into Slowking with it though. But I suppose thats irrelevant to this post

I'm curious what the plot of this game would entail if it's not "beat up Mafia, collect badges, profit". Maybe we could actually do what the professor wants us to do for once and collect all the pokemon in the region... but still that wouldn't fly if it was the end goal of the entire game

Damn why everyone writing essays out here?My favorite generation is 4, but I loved XD as well as the Mystery Dungeon and Ranger games. The first Ranger game especially, since I remember how much I enjoyed breezing through it one Christmas a long long time ago
