Not necessarily, look at Riven. Riven's a great example of a fighter that can go in and do a bunch of damage in a fast period of time while soaking in some damage of her own. Although Riven is champ that's a hit or miss, if you don't get fed it's going to hard to do any damage unless the enemy team is dumb and lets you free farm. But if you do get fed, you become an unstoppable killing machine that makes the enemy want to cry.

Yeah, Sol is in the middle of fights but I don't want a mage, I'd like her to be a sort of hybrid between a mage and fighter. A champ that gets in your face and smack you with large boulders and stones (a play style similar to Diana, you know, without the moon magic.) Don't get me wrong, Sol is cool and all but I just generally don't like mages. Of course there are exceptions since I do love Elise and Evelynn (though she classifies as more of an assassin than anything.) But again, those are champs that get up in your face and do massive damage quickly, that's what I'm hoping the new champ is. Sol is a special case considering he is versatile in many lanes but he is for all intents and purposes a mage. He whittles the enemy down with magic damage over time with his stars and burst squishes down with a giant cosmic blast , but he relies a lot more on positioning to be successful than to really be someone to jump in first to initiate a fight. (Unless, of course, he's flying in with a giant start that's going to 4 or even 5 man stun the enemy team but that rarely happens.) What I'm hoping for is pretty much a champ can jump in immediately and wreck peoples faces, causing massive chaos while being able to soak in some damage herself. If it turns out to just be another mage that stays back and just uses spells to whittle you down from afar, like Anivia, than I'm gonna be pretty disappointed. P.S. Although I know a lot of people have said that Sol jungle works, I have only seen one Sol in my games ever be successful in the jungle. So I just take that with a grain of salt as I've rarely seen it myself with my own eyes. Though his ganks are pretty funny.

And some sort of dash with her rocks, which will be interesting to see how it works. Though I am really disappointed that it's another mage right after we already got a new mage. I hoped it would be a fighter of some kind. At the very least I hope she's going to be a champ that's meant for the top and/or jungle like Vlad/Diana so it's not just another mid laner right after we got Sol. I want to see a mage that gets into the middle of a fight (which would fit the character since her power are rocks and rocks are meant to be sturdy.) Although, I do like the story behind her. A mage from Shurima that's actually against Azir instead of allied with him sounds interesting. Maybe this could be the beginning of a war in Shurima, Those who are allied with Azir and those who are against him (though I would still prefer to see more happen with the Frejlordian War instead as we haven't gotten much story from that in a while and I find the Frejlord characters more interesting.)

Lee Lee sat down at one of the table, her arms crossed while one leg was crossed over the other. Her face showed almost no emotion, as she did all she could to mask the annoyance at being in this situation. "What's there to work out? She hit me in the stomach, end of story. Either give her a punishment or don't make us waste our time" The girl said bluntly, her eyes only showed boredom as she looked straight ahead at "Rein". Suddenly, the room started to feel strangely stuffy to her. It felt as if some sort of invisible weight was pressing against her chest, making each breath more uncomfortable than the last. Her mask broke for a second as it caught her off guard and pure discomfort and frustrated annoyance could be seen in her expression. After a couple moments, she was able to get control of her emotions her face returned to normal, though hints of the previous discomfort still remained in her expression.

Accumula Pokecenter - Mysterious Explosion! Pokemon Center Panic! - Alecks and Alice The sudden blackout surprised the two siblings, the two looking around in confusion at what was happening. Apollo's flame on his backside casting a bit of light around the duo. It wasn't long after that the explosion completely caught them unaware, the loud blast scaring poor Raven and causing the psychic type to look around with worry in her large, blue eyes. Alice was the first to see Jason running towards the explosion, looking in almost disbelief. She bumped her brother with her shoulder, indicating in Jason's direction once she caught his attention. "What the hell is your friend doing? Who runs toward an explosion!?" Alecks wasn't sure how to answer his sister, but there was no doubt in his mind that he needed to follow. Whatever Jason was doing, he wasn't going to do it alone. "I'm following him, we need to find out what's going on!" He cried out as he began running in Jason's direction, not sure if Alice was going to follow or even if he wanted her to follow. "Damn it Alecks, you better not be turning suicidal or I swear I'll kill you myself..." Muttered Alice but followed her brother anyway, holding tighter to the worried Raven.

Acumula Town - "Rest and Relaxation!" - Alecks and Alice Once the twins got their Pokemon healed up, the two trainers released them from their pokeball. The newly reinvigorated Apollo took his spot on Aleck's left shoulder, fidgeting excitedly while taking sheepish glances over at Raven every once in a while. The psychic type meanwhile was in her trainer's arms once again, she almost could be mistaken for a doll. "Alecks, did you buy anything from the Mart?" Alice asked curiously a little while after they healed up their pokemon. "Yeah, I only got an antidote and two potions to add to the already three potions I have. Not sure how much I need but five potions seemed like an all right number, what about you?" Alecks replied as he eyed the messenger bag Alice had, it looked similar to his though it was black with a purple outline. "Nah, I think I'll stay with just three potions for now. Don't think I need to buy any extras just yet." Said the young trainer as she dug around her messenger bag. "By the way, are you going to buy something to have Apollo wear so he can stand out from the other Chimchars? Like a scarf or something?" "I thought about it but I'm not sure what I want to get him, I don't think we want scarf. Maybe like a hat or gloves or something?" Alecks muttered as he looked Apollo over, the fire type seemingly unaware of being inspected as he looked over at Raven and gave a small wave to try and catch her attention. The psychic type mimicking his actions and giving a small wave of her own with childish amusement.

Acumula Town - "Rest and Relaxation!" - Alecks and Alice Alecks thought about Mio's question as he looked at Apollo's and Raven's interaction. "Maybe Apollo finds Raven just as interesting, so he's also giving her all his attention." He mutters, not sure whether this could count as the two Pokemon getting along. After a while of this, Apollo catches movement from his peripheral vision and finally tears his gaze away from Raven to look at what it was. He managed to see Meena waving her paw at them and gave a small wave back of acknowledgement. Raven seemingly also finally broken from her intense fixation on the fire type to look around as they continued to make their way to the Pokemon Center. It wasn't long before they reached the Pokemon Center and the twins quickly made their way inside and got in line as they waited for their turn to heal up their partners.

Acumula Town - "Rest and Relaxation!" - Alecks and Alice Alice listened to Jason's recollection with interest, only speaking up once he finished. "Sounds like you had quite an exciting day so far. How are you and your Chimchar getting along?" She asked curiously, her gaze turning towards the fire type on her brother's shoulder. Alecks followed her gaze as he answered, "His name's Apollo and I think we're along fine, we still have a long way to go but at least we're growing stronger together. Right, buddy?" He asked his partner, only now realizing the fire type had all his attention on Raven and vice versa. "What's up with them?" Mildly surprised, Alice looked down towards Raven to find her staring at Apollo with her big blue eyes. "Gothita's are known to stare at other Pokemon and people, they are known as the Fixation Pokemon after all. She probably just finds Apollo interesting for some reason and is focusing her attention on him." The two siblings continued to inspect their two Pokemon's strange interaction with each other as they walked along to the Pokemon Center.

Acumula Town - "Rest and Relaxation!" - Alecks and Alice Alice accepted Jason's invitation and walked alongside her brother as the group made their way to the Pokemon Center. "Raven could use some rest, we got into quite a battle before I managed to find you, Alecks." Alice informed her brother, stroking her pokemon's head sweetly. "Really? I guess you both won and got some experience from the battle then, considering it doesn't look like Raven's fainted." Alecks said as he looked over at the physic type. Alice nodded with a proud smile, "Yeah we did, it was amazing having my first battle and everything. Raven really made me proud!" A couple moments later, Mio's voice could be heard directed at Alice and the twins looked over to him. "Oh, yeah you can scan her if you want." Amused smiles appeared on the siblings faces as they both noticed Mio's bleeding lip, they had no idea how or when he had gotten it but it looked comedic to the two of them. They were decent enough to try and hide their grins as Alecks spoke up. "Uh Mio, your lip's bleeding. You may want to ask the nurses at the Pokemon Center for a tissue or something." Meanwhile, Raven was paying little attention on what was going around her. Her big eyes fixated on Apollo, the blue irises seeming to stare into his soul. The fire type stared right back, his eyes refusing to budge. From anyone else's perspective, it could have looked like the two were having a staring contest.

Acumula Town - "Rest and Relaxation!" - Alecks Alecks looked around Town Square curiously, he wasn't sure whether he should be relieved that the rally was over or disappointed they missed it. Either way, it didn't look like there was anything else interesting happening now that the rally has left. He saw how disturbed Bianca was about the whole thing and it made him feel slightly uncomfortable. From the small time he's known Bianca she seemed to be jolly and carefree, watching her be all serious felt odd. "The fight was tough but we managed to handle it, how about you guys? Are ya'll all right? Maybe we should head to the Pokemon Center to rest up a bit." Hopefully resting their legs for will help lighten everyone's mood. "Who knows, maybe we can end up finding some ice cream or something along the way?" At the sound of frozen treats, Apollo's ears perked up and a large smile appeared on his face as he let out an excited yip. Alecks looked to the side at the monkey on his shoulder, an amused look on his face. "Can you even eat ice cream?" The fire type yelped excitedly again, he seemed willing to try it whether he could or not. Suddenly Alecks felt a slim finger tap on his right shoulder, the one Apollo wasn't on. Both he and Apollo turned their heads around so they could see who was trying to get his attention. Alecks' eyes widened slightly with surprise as he saw her. There was no mistaking the short pixie haircut her messy black hair was in, the right side of her hair being cut shorter than the rest. Some of her hair came down to her face to be parted to her left slightly over her left eye. Mischievous green eyes that rivaled his stared back, her lip turned up in an amused smile. "Hi Alecks, missed me?" The young man stared dumbfounded for a couple seconds before finally finding his voice and answering his sister as he fully turned around to face her. "Hey Alice, what are you doing here?" He looked her up and down, she was wearing the same thing she had been when he had left her earlier that day. A long cold shoulder top that went down past her hips so it looked as if it was too big for her. The charcoal colored top had a decorative skullified Misdreavus on the front that covered most of the front of her top. Her dark black shorts were slightly hidden by her top, with faded light gray spots decorating it seemingly at random. Her long legs were covered by black stockings that had small horizontal cuts on the front of it that revealed her pale skin underneath, the stockings ending slightly below her shorts so it didn't cover her legs entirely. Her running boots were identical to Alecks', being black with grey laces. Unlike Alecks' though, her face was decorated with silver piercings in her ears and one below the left side of her lips. As well as her having little makeup on except for her black eyeliner. After a couple moments, Apollo poked his partner's cheek and pointed at Alice's arms. Confused, Alecks' followed Apollo's gaze and his eyes widened once again in surprise. How could he have not noticed before, Alice was holding a pokemon in her arms like one would hold a small baby. He immediately took out his pokedex and scanned the pokemon as it stared at him with wide eyes, reading the information that popped up once the scan was complete. "Woah, where'd you find a Gothita?" Alice smiled and held the Gothita closer to her. "Her name's Raven, and it's kind of a long story. I'll tell you soon enough." She said as she and Alecks' examined the pokemon, meanwhile Raven was staring at Apollo curiously with her big blue eyes and barely paying attention to anything else around them.

Accumula Town – Entrance to Route 1 – Alecks Their journey so Accumula town was pretty uneventful. Alecks had leisurely ridden on his skateboard besides everyone else with Apollo taking his spot on Aleck's left shoulder the whole journey. After the chaotic fight they had just finished, they didn't mind just mindlessly moving forward and cooling their heads. It was nice to take a small break. Once they arrived in Accumula Town, Alecks gathered around with everyone else and watched the video message with his skateboard in hand. A slight frown on his face as he watched. He understood her points and might have even agreed with her but something about her gave him the chills, he wasn't sure she was someone he could take her word for. Alecks watched Brendan leave and gave a small wave of farewell to him as he left. They'd probably end up meeting up soon enough anyway. "Well, I'm not really that interested in the rally. But might as well check it out, it wouldn't hurt right?" He said with a small shrug.

Should we post now or do we wait a bit longer for Jory? (also, do I give the trucker her hat back now or is it just assumed Alecks gave it to her along with the crate?)

Alecks and Apollo Alecks saw Apollo's tense body slowly relax as he watched the scene unfold before them. From the looks of it, it seemed the fight was over. From what he could tell, the Watchog had lost the will to keep on fighting. Alecks let out a deep breath as he slightly relaxed along with his partner, the fight had been tougher than he had anticipated. But he knew they had become stronger because of it. He walked forwards and picked up the trucker's hat that had flown of the Watchog's head during the fight. Apollo followed behind him and looked up at the hat curiously. Alecks brushed some dirt off it before inspecting it curiously, the trucker would probably be glad to have this back. With a quick glance to the others and their surroundings, he spoke up so that everyone could hear him. "So...where's the food?"

Alecks and Apollo Alecks watched the others start focusing all their attacks on the Watchog, waiting for their chance to go in. Once they saw Gomez's Absorb start to bind Hog's legs, Alecks nodded to Apollo. "All right, guess it's our turn now. Apollo, use Flame Wheel!" The fire type was ready and eager to go, he was getting tired of this damn rodent already. At his trainer's command, he somersaulted forward with acrobatic ease as flames began to cover his body until the fire completely hid him from view. The wheel of flames speeding towards Hog alongside the charging sparks that was Leonidas.

Apollo and Alecks Apollo didn't have much time to react to the grass type flying straight for him, there wasn't much he could do to try and evade the impact in mid air. So he did his best to try and soften the blow. Cancelling his attack, he spread his arms and "caught" Gomez as the gecko flew straight towards him. The impact sent them flying back and they ended up falling out of the air and landing with a thud in the dirt. The two got separated in the fall and ended up landing slightly apart from each other, Apollo sitting on his rump as he tried to recover from the crash. Alecks winced as he saw the two crash into each other. Good thing they hadn't used any fire attacks, it could have been a lot worse. "Are you all right Apollo?" After a couple moments, Apollo stood back up onto his feet and nodded towards his trainer. The fire type's pride was hurt at having crashed into one of his allies, but he wouldn't let that stop him from finishing this fight. Slightly after Apollo had recovered, Alecks listened to Jack's skeptically. "Eh, it's a nice plan Jack but I don't think our pokemon will be able to restrain the Watchog. It's more likely to go awry and end up with some of the attacks hitting our pokemon instead of the Watchog. We just need to keep being on the offensive and wear him down, he can dodge all he wants but sooner or later he's going to get tired and sloppy." Alecks looked over at Apollo, the fire type giving his trainer an understanding nod. "Okay, use Ember!" Without hesitation, Apollo spat out bolts of burning flames towards the Watchog. The fire type had no problem with full on offensive.

Apollo and Alecks Alecks clicked his tongue in annoyance as he saw Hog dodge the Ember so easily. He was really fast, they needed to be careful about fighting him. Luckily, it seemed the others were beginning to attack together. Their only hope was to overwhelm Hog with their numbers. "Apollo, use Scratch on his back to keep Hog busy!" They couldn't risk using a fire move with Gomez's absorb attached to Hog's legs, they may have ended up burning them off accidentally. Apollo immediately ran forward and around Hog before jumping in the air and raising his left hand as he leaped towards Hog. Apollo's nails began to glow slightly white before his hand clawed down in an arc aimed at Hog's back.

Eh not exactly, for one it only affects allied champions and it allows the champions to remain invulnerable but to still be able to attack or use abilites (so very useful for towerdiving and teamfights). I'm excited to see the ult work in person, it seems like it can set up some really cool plays if used properly.

Rein, Emberly, and Lee - Office Area Lee shrugged her shoulders, "Yeah sure. Let's just get this over with." She replied in a bored voice as she stood up from where she was sitting. Putting her hands in her jeans' pockets, she followed Katherine and the tall girl to wherever it was they were being taken. The faster they could get this all sorted out and done the better. She wondered if Rein was going to end up getting a punishment or if would she just get a slap on the wrist and a stern look. Although Lee doubted Miss Katherine had a stern bone in her pretty body, she assumed it would be the latter.

Apollo and Alecks Alecks could do nothing but dreadfully watch Apollo's flame wheel speed towards the grass type. It was obvious that the attack had too much momentum and power for Apollo to control it, he wasn't experienced enough to stop the attack or even slow it down. Thankfully, Gomez managed to barely make it out of the raging flames path without suffering the full brunt of the attack. Though the flame wheel just kept kept on speeding forward, the attack still too powerful for Apollo to control it completely. "Apollo! Stop! You need to control your fire before it gets too out of hand!" The fire type was barely able to hear his trainer's voice, the burning flames surrounding him as he kept on moving forward. Although the intensity of the attack made it extremely difficult, he tried his best to try extinguish his fires. Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, the flames began to waver as the wheel slowed. Parts of his body could now start to be seen as the flames dissipated. Apollo began to lose momentum and once most of the flames were gone, he tripped head over heels and landed on his back in the dirt. Eyes closed as he began panting for air, sweat coating his face from the exertion. Alecks managed to reach his fallen partner and knelt down next to him, carefully checking Apollo's body for any signs of injuries he could see. "Apollo, are you ok? Are you hurt?" Concern was evident in his voice as he waited for any answer the fire type could give him. The little monkey opened his eyes just a sliver to look at his trainer, before a small but smug smile crawled over his face. Alecks hadn't expected this, and couldn't help but letting out a little laugh. "Don't scare me like that again, bud." Alecks knelt there and wiped the sweat Apollo's brow as the fire type slowly began to regain his strength, they still had a battle to end. They came here for a reason and wouldn't accept defeat on their first mission. Not after their first defeat in battle earlier, their pride wouldn't allow it. Finally, Apollo stood up and brushed the dirt off his body as best he could before both he and Alecks' turned their attention back to the fight. It seemed like they had managed to get some distance between them and the others when Alecks' had chased the uncontrollable wheel of fire that was Apollo. They needed to get back in and help the others out, they couldn't afford to slack off. Alecks watched as the Big Boss Hog moved in the blink of an eye towards the unprepared Titan, his fist lashing out in a powerful attack. "Apollo, use Ember on Hog! We need to help out Titan, we have distance between us so we have that advantage. Let's keep it that way!" Hog was obviously more powerful than the others, if he got close to Apollo who knew how much damage he could dish out. Apollo wasted no time and let out bolts of fire straight at Hog, Alecks wasn't sure it would hit in time to keep Hog from landing the blow but at the very least it should be able to land if Hog keeps his attention on Titan. For now, they needed to keep their distance until they saw an opening to go in.

I love to play Ashe but I'm rarely able to play her since she kinda relies on her team to peel for her from assassins and whatnot because she doesn't have any real escape. And in my low elo, no one cares about the adc and will just leave me to die while they chase for kills, so I usually go an adc that has some sort of peel for themselves (Jinx, Trist, etc..) I do wish I was able to play more of her though, she's a lot of fun. :c

Speaking of which, I kind of want to get others opinions on the current boots. Lately I been building Swiftness on almost every single champ just because of the high movement speed and the low cost seems to make it much more worth than the other boots. The only other boots I pick up are Merc Treads when the enemy team has a shit ton of CC or Berserkers Greaves on my ADC's (but even then, I been leaning more towards Swiftness than Berserks). I was wondering what everyone else is building, and if you still prefer to go other boots rather than Swifties.

Lee crossed her arms and glanced over at "Purity". At least, that's what she thought the girl was called. But Purity introduced herself as "Rein", so could Lee have called her by the wrong name...? Even if she did, that still wasn't a good reason to get punched in the gut, not in her books anyway. Though whether that was indeed the reason or not, they were about to find out anyway. Now that there was a teacher here, she would want to know the whole story and hopefully this will clear everything up easily. She didn't want things to get any more complicated than they already were. With pale blue eyes, Lee looked Katherine up and down curiously. She seemed too young to be a teacher, but perhaps that would make things easier since she doesn't seem to be too strict like some older teachers are. Katherine seemed nice enough, so hopefully she was as easygoing as she looked. "My name's Jasmine, most call me Lee though." She replied calmly, trying her best to keep her slight annoyance at this whole situation from being heard in her voice.

Hmm, I thought it made the most sense that it was Rein that punched Lee (it being the first day, it's not totally unreasonable someone that doesn't know Rein called her Purity which got her annoyed enough to punch her in the stomach.) Though if either Kushor or Acqui have a problem with that (had a different idea in mind or what not) I wouldn't mind changing it.
