    Well, I probably was unclear in my last post: I actually asked Johnny something but it seems like I left that area without giving him a chance to reply... I didn't express that properly: I still wanted to interact with the other trainer before leaving, but I wanted that to be just a quick conversation, so Lucas is basically ready to proceed and is already past the other trainers, looking back for a response. Staying in the same place for a longer time is not a part of my plan because Lucas had to follow Johnny's instructions/suggestions and keep looking for other people in the dorms without wasting time; and Johnny was already helping Aliah out.

    Male dorms When Grimace was told what his role would have been in that situation, he followed the instructions despite not really agreeing with the plan. He didn't want to split up and leave Lucas without a Pokemon, but Lucas himself told him that separation was necessary and convinced the Gastly. While Grimace was trying to exit the building from any slit or cranny of the dorms, Lucas headed towards Johnny and another trainer, Aliah. "Grimace is leaving this building right now, so I am now without a Pokemon. Anyways, you'll have to head in this direction and try to find other people that are trapped in here." "Are you alright?" he asked to the other trainer after a pause. He had no idea about what caused that mess. It could have been either a group of Gastly, who wanted to prank some people, or a more powerful and violent Pokemon like Spiritomb.

    Well, in my last post I hinted your presence. I might as well offer you to join the other group, but as I was the last to post and I am also waiting for response from the other trainers, I'm probably better off letting them do so, instead of me. That would mean: calm Aliah down and make him come near the position of the group (me, SIm and Johnny); is that alright?

    Dexter listened carefully to the mediator, sometimes whispering distracted "I understand" or "I see" as Astros was speaking. After that speech, he replied. "Well, it's likely that I'm feeling the same way as him. I failed; I could have done more but, being less experienced and more afraid, I didn't really help the others. I've been selfish there." The guy paused for a moment. "That aside, it's like I have no more a purpose in my life, other than to protect people and, more importantly, you. But I'll need some help... And there is another thing: have you ever seen a Beast resisting various strong onslaughts by Takeshi and other mages and being able to fight back, without really looking seriously hurt?" Looking at the mediator straight in the eyes, he whispered one last thing before waiting for a reply. "I made a contract with you: I can't take this role lightly."

    Well, as far as I know the wild encounters of an area don't change after acquiring a badge... so that section of the Railnet that could be explored before getting the first badge will always have Noibats. That aside, Klink is in the section that is accessible near Obsidia Ward's Pokemon center, and the rest of the railnet that is accessible after breaking or moving the rocks. Also, Welcome to the forums! You should introduce yourself in the Grand Hall.

    Male dorms hallway with Johnny and Sim It was very likely that Lucas was the least scared out of the three trainers after seeing those yellow eyes appear on the walls. After all, he met Grimace that way. The first thing that came to Lucas' mind, in fact, that a swarm of many Ghost-type Pokemon like Gastly, Shuppet or Duskull infested the place and were wreaking havoc. That scream that followed shortly after that, though, was something that wouldn't work at all in that theory, and that scared Lucas much more than the eyes on the walls. Shivering under the desk, without moving from his position, Lucas recalled that day, when he got to know the Pokemon that now was beside him, and was as frightened as he was in that moment, if not more. There weren't human-like ghosts or weird paintings... yet. He finally recomposed and replied to his fellow trainers. "Sim, you are right. We can't just get separated like this; but it's also true that we need some help from others. There is someone else in this building, isn't it?" Lucas said, looking in the direction that the scream from before came from. The Gastly wasn't really scared by all of that. Probably the scream was music to his ears (if he had them). Before being caught by his trainer, Grimace passed entire days pranking the unaware visitors of the Old Chateau (and Lucas), with similar methods. But was this really a prank? The ghost-type started to look around the hallway: he didn't really know what to do, and putting other people and Pokemon in danger wasn't part of his plan.

    Lucas tried to come closer to Sim and Johnny, giving the latter trainer's question an answer. "Well, either Gastly, or Sim's Abra, could go through walls, I think." The janitor seemed incapacitated now; so Lucas hoped that Johnny's plan, whatever that was, would work.

    There was something wrong in the dorms, but once Lucas entered them, he couldn't get out anyways, as the door shut behind him: therefore he decided to follow the instructions coming from another voice, like the other trainers, and ducked under a desk. Meanwhile, the whole building seemed to start shaking; the tremors getting stronger as time passed by. He was able to notice Sim and Johnny hiding under some other desks, and a man with a Geodude that was, most likely, talking with his room mate. Lucas let Grimace come out of his Pokeball, trying to tell him to stay quiet and not to levitate around the building: on the other hand, the Gastly chose to stay near his trainer and watch that weird situation unfold. As everyone was staying quiet, Lucas, who wanted to ask for some information, whispered: "What is happening?", hoping that only someone close to him would hear that.

    With Sim and Johnny (male dorm) "My hometown is Eterna City, Sinnoh region." Lucas declared, this way answering to the two trainers he was walking with. "Looks like we are all from different, far away regions." he added, walking alongside the others towards the male dorm. The school looked like a lovely place, very well organized but also very big and with open places outdoor, a big forest that reminded Lucas of his beloved Eterna Forest, the woods near his hometown he used to explore as a kid, and where the Old Chateau was also located. The people he met so far looked friendly and seemed to share many characteristics with him... of course, they were his peers; trainers that like him wanted to become better and decided to come to Ymora Academy from far away places, even though they lived in completely different places.

    With Johnny and Sim "You are right, Johnny." replied Lucas quickly, before recalling Gastly, who seemed to agree with his trainer's decision. "Well, let's go there" he added, looking at Sim, who still had not stated what his intentions were.

    K_H, I was actually waiting for one of your posts before doing anything, but we (this way including Simon, in case he'll want to come) might as well go somewhere around the Academy. Actually I'd be interested in the "Rotom" thing, but going there without having my character know anything about it and finding an excuse is probably on the edge of metagaming

    Sim and Johnny "Wait... I've got Room 041 too." Lucas said, surprised; he wasn't sure if that was just a coincidence or if Gastly was actually trying to make him meet his roomate. "This is my companion Grimace, by the way. Nice to meet you!" he added, this way introducing the Gastly to the other two trainers. The ghost-type was floating nearby, proud to be the reason why Lucas met his roomate this quickly.

    I have finally posted again (after two pages of other posts). Usually I can post in the afternoon (maybe in the evening) but usually I can't come here on the forums for about fourteen hours (from the evening to the afternoon of the next day). This profile is like Abra. Author mentioned me in his post (page 3) but it's like we didn't even meet, as I couldn't really reply back (I wasn't active) and he "left" in the same post. Now that he is in the crowd I can't just come and talk to him, but I could do that another time and state that I have already met him somewhere else. Well...

    After the registration process was completed, Lucas had plenty of time to meet other people without thinking about the necessary procedures - he'd already taken care of them. The guy was about to head towards the male dorm as the crowd of people he saw before was becoming gradually smaller. Grimace of course was observing that situation with his usual grin instead of following his trainer... after all, it was the pokemon that deemed his future trainer worthy, that day in the Old Chateau. "Gastly, after all, is kinda right. I shouldn't be a loner right now; there are trainers to meet!" thought Lucas, coming closer to the group and seeing that some of the trainers had already noticed his Gastly. "So, my Gastly led me here... You have already noticed him, right? Anyways, my name is Lucas." he said to the two trainers that were left there: the third one, the one with Froakie, had already gone.

    Lucas' adventure had already begun the previous day. He left his home in Eterna City, in the Sinnoh region, with his companion Grimace, arriving to the far away Ymora region by plane after a rather long trip. The Gastly, who was kept inside of his Pokeball when Lucas was in the plane, was very excited to be in this new region that he'd never seen before, and the same, of course, could be said for his trainer. Despite all of this, Lucas considered his adventure officially started only when he overheard that "Welcome to Ymora Academy!", a warm greeting by an Academy staff member that he couldn't see easily. The number of students was constantly increasing: all of them formed a very big crowd and Lucas was in the middle, which meant he had to wait in line for a while. He totally didn't envy who was behind him. He let Grimace come out for a moment while he was waiting, showing the Pokemon the new location. They would stay there for quite a while, but it would be worth the effort. Not only the boy could become a better Pokemon trainer overall, but he could meet people from all of those distant places that were the other regions. Gastly looked enthusiastic. Meeting Lucas completely changed his life. At this time, he would be in the Old chateau trying to scare the rare visitors, alongside a lot of other Gastly and maybe a Rotom; that one Pokemon that gave the trainers some incentive to come in that building, and that increased in popularity some years before because of some perks it had. When it was finally time to register, the black haired guy noticed another trainer on the ground. Most likely, he fell while trying to get to his Pokemon - a Froakie was, in fact, near him. The boy seemed to apologize to the person that was directly in front of him - a hooded girl with a Vulpix - while some other people were coming closer to them. Lucas, rather than approach the other trainers and leave the assistant hanging, decided that the best thing to do was to register first, and think about everything else only when that was out of the way. Gastly didn't seem to agree with his trainer and tried to get closer, flying over the other people in the hall, but a glance from his trainer was enough to change his mind.

    As the other people said, it needs to be raining, but not thunderstorming: I think that is because it is considered as a different weather effect. Also, you will need Pokesnax. If I am not mistaken, in the north-west part of Peridot Ward there is a man who sells it.
