So i have a question to all hopefully you all answe.
how do i train the EV's? i being trying to do that here and do know how to start.

This guide should have what you're looking for, including a link to an explanation on EVs and most importantly a list of the EVs received from Reborn's wild pokemons. Long story short, you just need to look for a pokemon in Reborn that gives out the type of EV you want, and go fight them repeatedly with the creature you're training.
