umm maybe try a search well go to the loudred wake up the abra , click him and move the cydaquil near the gate go to loudred and deafen yourself now go to the jigglypuff and put the gard to sleep go to the cydaquil and heat up the bars repeat the same process with vanillite and freeze the beams repeat the process again with the rock type poke' (minds gone blank) before u do all that tho , you should first move the lickitung under the ditto's cage and click for a free rare candy and then move the makuta under the ditto the ditto will transform into makuta and smash his way out of the cage

okay if you want to get rid of that field effect go back to the cave where that massive ice stone is in your way catch a spheal or seal (preferably spheal) evolve it to its maximum evolution and level it as much as you can ENSURE IT HAS BLIZZARD put your tankiest poke first then place your spheal/seal in the 2nd slot on its very first turn use blizzard on it , it will destroy the field effect and mean ninetails solarbeam will need to charge first giving you 2 turns to take it down before it destroys one of your poke's this is where you if you have em water poke's come into their own you can
