  1. Oh no rush really! This Staryu is good enough lol. But if you still want to trade, I will give you my shiny Beldum. It is nothing special though. Meh nature and IV Just pm me anytime you wanna do another trade so I don't clutter this thread with my reply haha.
  2. Oh, well if you don't mind breeding one with perfect IV for at least SpAtk and Spd with Timid/Modest nature, I don't mind waiting Otherwise, I am find with a trade now. I have a spare shiny beldum, hope it may be of use to you!
  3. Hi, if it's not too much of a bother, I am looking for a Staryu. Any chance you have one for trade? My id is Aldariel. The IV doesn't really matter but if you have one with 30/31 IV in Speed and SpAtk, much appreciated Let me know if you want anything to trade back.
  4. Hmmm. I see. Yeah, my suspicion is on my laptop too instead of the save file. It's just weird because usually I had zero lag playing Rejuvenation and Reborn in this laptop previously. Just when I've downloaded Rejuvenation v7.1 that I noticed this problem happening and since I'm not very tech-savvy, I thought perhaps there's something wrong with the RGSS player or... something lol. Alright, thanks, I'll try to clean up my laptop and find out what's wrong with it.
  5. Sooo.... I just realized that Rejuvenation v7 had come out. After downloading and starting the game, I realized that there seems to be an annoying problem. Everytime the music changes (such as moving from one area to another) or any sound effect occurs (such as bumping into trees/walls, initiating a trainer battle), my RGSS player will freeze/lag for around 3 secs. Strangely, when in battle, eventhough attacks produce different sounds, there is no lag (On further testing, some moves do create the lag). So I thought, is it something wrong with my Rejuvenation file? I tried opening my Reborn file and, voila, the same problem happens. I believe it's something related to my laptop settings as lately this piece of old junk has been showing worse performance but I'm not too sure so I attach my Rejuvenation file here just in case the problem lies in my save file afterall... Sorry, I'm not very good at technical stuff. The mini freeze/lag is really annoying and while the game is still barely playable, I would like to ask whether anyone encounter the same problem and/or know how to fix it? Thanks in advance. 7. Sweet! I like to imagine new mega evolutions lol. Here are some that I have done: Gen 1 - Mega Golduck (Water) <Golducite> Ability: Swift Swim HP/Atk/Def/Sp.Atk/Sp.Def/Spd: 80/130/85/130/85/90 Summary: A mixed attacker who has very high speed under the rain. Originally I thought of Hydration as ability but then I re-considered because Swift Swim seems to fit Golduck much better. - Mega Mr. Mime (Psychic/Fairy) <Mimenite> Ability: Infiltrator HP/Atk/Def/Sp.Atk/Sp.Def/Spd: 40/45/85/140/120/130 Summary: A fast Special glass cannon who doesn't care about screens or subs. Gen 2 - Mega Meganium (Grass) <Meganiumite> Ability: Regenerator HP/Atk/Def/Sp.Atk/Sp.Def/Spd: 80/115/150/90/150/40 Summary: Mega Mega! One of my favourite Grass starter <3 Too bad it is not very good I struggled with the choice of ability but finally decided on Regenerator so that Mega Mega can get in to tank hits and get out to heal back up. - Mega Typhlosion (Fire) <Typhlosionite> Ability: Fur Coat HP/Atk/Def/Sp.Atk/Sp.Def/Spd: 90/90/100/140/114/100 Summary: I always like the idea of Fur Coat and Typhlosion seems like a great candidate coz it is FLUFFY! Other than that it just hits harder on the special side. - Mega Feraligatr (Water/Dragon) <Feraligatite> Ability: Simple HP/Atk/Def/Sp.Atk/Sp.Def/Spd: 105/145/100/100/90/90 Summary: The choice of ability is really simple It can learn Dragon Dance, Hone Claws, Swords Dance, Power-Up Punch and Agility. The Dragon typing is so Kingdra won't be lonely. - Mega Delibird (Ice/Fairy) <Delibirdite> Ability: Refrigerate HP/Atk/Def/Sp.Atk/Sp.Def/Spd: 80/120/50/10/50/120 Summary: A Physical glass cannon. It can learn Fake Out, Quick Attack, Rapid Spin and Present! I thought Refrigerate would be an interesting ability as it makes Rapid Spin able to hit Ghost Type and Present can be very powerful although very random too. New Fairy typing suits Delibird well imo and it reduces weakness to Stealth Rock damage although Steel become 4x more effective. Maybe also make Delibird able to learn Play Rough? Gen 3 - Mega Milotic (Water/Dragon) <Miloticite> Ability: Multiscale HP/Atk/Def/Sp.Atk/Sp.Def/Spd: 95/60/100/140/160/85 Summary: My Pokemon bae <3 Still a bit annoyed that ORAS didn't give Milotic a mega. Like, really??? Anw, Water/Fairy is my dream for Mega Milotic but seeing that it does not learn any Fairy move except Disarming Voice, I guess Water/Dragon makes more sense. Multiscale fits it perfectly imo and helps make Mega Milotic a tanky threat that cannot be OHKO. - Mega Flygon (Ground/Dragon) <Flygonite> Ability: Sand Rush HP/Atk/Def/Sp.Atk/Sp.Def/Spd: 80/150/80/130/80/100 Summary: Seeing that Flygon is known as "The Desert Spirit", I thought it would be apt for its mega to be amazing in a Sandstorm team. Gen 4 - Mega Luxray (Electric/Dark) <Luxrite> Ability: Speed Boost HP/Atk/Def/Sp.Atk/Sp.Def/Spd: 80/153/90/100/90/110 Summary: The Dark typing should have been there in the first place imo. Plus now Crunch is a STAB. - Mega Vespiquen (Bug/Flying) <Vespiquenite> Ability: Serene Grace HP/Atk/Def/Sp.Atk/Sp.Def/Spd: 70/80/80/144/80/120 Summary: Love, love, LOVE Vespiquen! Since she learns Air Slash, it gives me an idea to give her mega Serene Grace and nice Speed. Air Slash for the flinch, Sludge Bomb for 60% poison chance, Bug Buzz to reduce Sp. Def if one is lucky... I really hope Vespiquen will get a mega soon. - Mega Togekiss (Fairy/Flying) <Togekissinite> Ability: Pixilate HP/Atk/Def/Sp.Atk/Sp.Def/Spd: 85/80/95/165/115/105 Summary: Work that Extreme Speed and Hyper Voice! Pixilate can fix Togekiss' problem of being a special-inclined Fairy type without Moonblast. But the Mega Stone name is kinda horrendous - Mega Froslass (Ice/Ghost) <Froslassinite> Ability: Snow Warning HP/Atk/Def/Sp.Atk/Sp.Def/Spd: 70/80/70/130/70/160 Summary: I really wanna see Froslass join her hubby in the Mega club (Besides we need more Ghost Type mega). Snow Warning suits her design and background very well and 100% accuracy Blizzard is always good. Her speed makes her tie with Ninjask as the second fastest Pokemon and I think it's a fair compensation for her frailness. Besides, Froslass always strikes me as an elusive Pokemon and high speed illustrates that elusiveness. However, she has the same problem as Togekiss in the Mega Stone name department Gen 5 - Mega Stoutland (Normal) <Stoutlandite> Ability: Strong Jaw HP/Atk/Def/Sp.Atk/Sp.Def/Spd: 100/140/100/45/100/115 Summary: One of my fave doggy Pokemon! So many jaw moves, so Strong Jaw seems like a natural choice. Although sadly there is no Normal type jaw move. Why GameFreak, whyyyy?!? - Mega Gigalith (Rock) <Gigalithite> Ability: Analytic HP/Atk/Def/Sp.Atk/Sp.Def/Spd: 110/185/170/60/80/10 Summary: Slow is the way to go for this pile of rock. - Mega Scrafty (Fighting/Dark) <Scraftinite> Ability: Reckless HP/Atk/Def/Sp.Atk/Sp.Def/Spd: 90/130/125/45/125/73 Summary: High Jump Kick and Head Smash. Those 2 are really my only reasons for Reckless. - Mega Garbodor (Poison/Steel) <Garbodorite> Ability: Heatproof HP/Atk/Def/Sp.Atk/Sp.Def/Spd: 120/104/135/60/135/20 Summary: Ikr? What was I thinking when I even started thinking of a mega for this pile of trash?!? I mean when BW first came out I hated it with a passion but time has mellowed my hatred, I guess. Besides Poison/Steel is a unique type so that's cool. And with Heatproof, Mega Garbodor is basically only 4x weak against Ground Type with resistances towards 10 Types! I think it'd be interesting. - Mega Chandelure (Ghost/Fire) <Chandelurite> Ability: Levitate HP/Atk/Def/Sp.Atk/Sp.Def/Spd: 60/55/100/185/100/120 Summary: The ability is basically common sense. It's a floating chandelier for god's sake! - Mega Bisharp (Dark/Steel) <Bisharpite> Ability: Moxie HP/Atk/Def/Sp.Atk/Sp.Def/Spd: 85/160/100/60/80/105 Summary: The idea is to get Defiant Bisharp in against Intimidate or stat-reducing shenanigans, mega evolve then proceed to sweep. Although at 105 Speed, I believe it would not be too OP. Besides Prankster Will-O-Wisp and Physical wall exists - Mega Braviary (Normal/Flying) <Braviarite> Ability: Tough Claws HP/Atk/Def/Sp.Atk/Sp.Def/Spd: 100/150/90/70/90/110 Summary: Wow, I didn't realize that I have so many megas in Gen 5... Originally I thought of Gale Wings but a 150 Attack STAB Brave Bird priority seems a bit too much... So I settled with the typical but effective Tough Claws. Gen 6 - Mega Clawitzer (Water) <Clawitzerite> Ability: Mega Launcher HP/Atk/Def/Sp.Atk/Sp.Def/Spd: 84/103/117/160/106/30 Summary: Everyone's favourite lobster has gotten slower with more deadly aura and pulse attacks. I really like the idea of a hard-hitting Water Mega who works well in Trick Room team. Clearly I have too much free time. I might add to this if I have more ideas.
  8. Mega Milotic! O-otherwise Mega Gardevoir, Gallade and Lopunny.
  9. This is interesting... So, here I go! Name: Forest Nymph Sylvaine Gender: Female Appearance: Young lady with long straight golden hair, wearing emerald flowing dress and having translucent golden fairy wings. Storywise, the protagonist is stranded in an enchanted forest after trying to escape Team Meteor (or whatever the villainous team is). While he/she/xe tries to find a way out, he/she/xe will encounter scattered remains of a diary belonging to Sylvaine. The diary details Sylvaine's background (She was the only child of a wealthy businessman who lived approximately 100 years ago. When her father fell terminally ill, Sylvaine took it upon herself to find a cure. She had heard that the petals of Lunarfire flower have extraordinary healing properties and embarked on a solo quest to locate the rare flower deep within Zarea Forest, much to her parents' dismay. Unfortunately, Sylvaine did not manage to locate the Lunarfire flower and she could not find an exit to the forest, thus becoming trapped forever as a forest spirit.) The diary also tells the protagonist how to navigate the treacherous forest in order to find a way out. The gym puzzle will be similar to the mysterious cave puzzle in Chrysolia Forest. The goal is for the protagonist to get to and activate four magical totems. Upon activating a totem, the protagonist will be confronted by a spirit of the forest, one of the poor soul who could not find a way out and thus trapped forever as a spirit inside of the forest, in a one-on-one Pokemon battle. After all the totems are activated, a new part of the forest will open up, leading to a small clearing in the middle of the forest where Sylvaine awaits. Type: Bug Location: Zarea Forest Field: Forest Field Battle Mode: Double Battle Opening: "A very good day to you, stranger. Oh dear, are you lost? Yes, yes, I know the way out. But... I have been waiting for someone new to play with for ages. And here you are... Oh, won't you please stay with us for a while? Just for a while... After all, time is infinite in this beautiful ethereal world." Team: 1. Illumise (F / Prankster) @ Damp Rock - Rain Dance - Confuse Ray - Helping Hand - Struggle Bug 2. Galvantula (F / Swarm) @ Focus Sash - Thunder - Bug Buzz - Sticky Web - Giga Drain 3. Vivillon (F / Compoundeyes) @ Life Orb - Sleep Powder - Quiver Dance - Hurricane - Bug Buzz 4. Accelgor (M / Hydration) @ Leftovers - Focus Blast - Energy Ball - Struggle Bug - Rest 5. Armaldo (M / Swift Swim) @ Assault Vest - Rock Slide - Aqua Jet - X-Scissor - Knock Off 6. Vespiquen (F / Pressure) @ Vespiquenite (Ace) - Air Slash - Sludge Bomb - Bug Buzz - Heal Order Mega Vespiquen (Bug / Flying) Ability: Serene Grace HP/Atk/Def/Sp.Atk/Sp.Def/Spe (Total) 70/80/80/144/80/120 (574) Sending out last Pokemon: "My oh my... Not yet, please, don't go yet..." Player Losing: "Splendid! Now you can help me find a Lunarfire flower! It's not too late, it's not!" Defeated: "In the end, everything slips away despite my intentions. Forgive me... father." Closing: "... Ah, yes. You battled superbly. I could feel your passion, your desire to live. Perhaps, it was the very thing I was lacking of which caused me to be trapped here in the first place. Your destiny awaits you outside of the confines of this emerald cage, <insert trainer's name here>. Take this Iridescent Badge, it will help you find your way out. Also, please do accept this (TM76: Struggle Bug). Think of it as a reminder of how you struggle to cling on to life and refuse to let this accursed forest claims you. It might be too late for me, but you belong to the living world, <insert trainer's name here>. Now, quick! Leave this place while you still can!" PS. I hope creating my own Mega would not be a problem. Vespiquen is like my most favorite Bug Type Pokemon and it's kinda sad that she's not very good. In my imagination, her mega form is similar to her standard form but she will have a more streamlined body shape with smaller 'skirt' / abdomen area which explains the immense boost in Speed. In her mega form, Vespiquen turns into a fast Special Attacker who can flinch hax with Air Slash or poison enemies with Sludge Bomb.
  10. In my Psychic monotype run, I didn't really find too much surprise as the Pokemons that perform well were those that I did have great expectations in (ie. Gardevoir, Gallade, Metagross, Espeon). But Jynx gets a special mention because of her unique typing, great speed and decent special attack. Not to mention Dry Skin is AWESOME. On the other hand, in my Poison monotype run that I've just completed, there were many surprises for me. Starting from Muk who runs an awesome Curse set (this thing solo vs Taka's team in the water treatment facility), Drapion with hard-hitting Knock Off and decent bulk (plus a nifty immunity to Psychic) and Weezing who is really really bulky on the physical side and learns Destiny Bond (bye2 PULSE Muk and Mewtwo). Also, the Nido royalty although they are not 100% surprising. I mean I know Sheer Force + Life Orb would hit hard but DAMN... Nidoking and Nidoqueen are definitely the two powerhouse of my Poison team.
