I always wrote less than the minimum and got good grades because my writing was good. Don't waste time with fluff. Fluff just means you don't know how to answer what was asked of you and you're hoping the teacher doesn't notice.

wasn't fluff, just points that I needed to hammer home. plus, professor said there wasn't any problem with writing more than that/no docked points, otherwise I would totally have made it shorter. I'm not about doing extra work for lower grades.
