If in REborn it entirely relies on the coverage you need on the team. Eelektross luckily has access to a looooot of caverage move so that is pretty sweet lol. ((also with Coil as Et has mention the Acc boost from Coil makes Iron Tail and Bounce not miss so that is a nice bonus.))
Propably physical for now. Special ain't half bad tho, with Acid Spay, Flamethrower, Grassknot and a STAB. Levitate+GK makes it good for electric monoruns against Terra.
