    Frollo is also probably the scariest Disney villain imo.

      isn't scar like the ONLY Disney villain that actually achieved his goal?

      I mean he ruled the pride lands for a few years until Nala met Simba again...

      Every other Disney villain I can think of right now were only close to achieving their goal...

      Frollo is hella (haha) scary, particularly because he is an easily recognizable character who exists in our world as well, as in the sanctimonious hypocrites who gain power and then actively betray the values they supposedly uphold. Not to mention that he embodies the idea of entitlement to another's body, which is always a scary subject. 

       

      Definitely my favorite Disney villain because he is extraordinarily natural and plain old menacing. Hellfire is probably one of my favorite Disney songs of all time too.
