I wonder if we can also gain access to the roof as well or if there's an observatory in this building…" She spoke while having her face turned to the other two before pushing herself up off the bed. "But, I guess we can start from the recording studios and work our way up from there." "Alright, we can start with the recording studios if that's fine with Hiroki-chan."

    Just as Sion had inadvertently startled her new partner when she had suddenly sat down beside her, Lyre had inadvertently startled her. After all, someone asking multiple questions without taking a break to breath while simultaneously inching further in was definitely not a…normal thing for one to experience by any means. "I honestly don't know. I was pushed away before I could get to see much but from the looks of it, I would wager to guess that they are both alright. Lilith probably just passed out while Arya…I couldn't really tell."

    She cut herself off. Noriko definitely cut herself off. Perhaps there was something about the state of the faction she did not want to reveal. Or perhaps, there were some in the Protectors who took it upon themselves to harass random magi. Perhaps there was some inner conflict or tension within the faction itself. Whatever it was, Nagi knew she had to be wary. However, as of now, Nagi was in sort of an alliance with Noriko. As such, like with a client, there were certain boundaries she could not cross if she wanted to maintain that alliance properly. So, she did not question Noriko's pause out loud. She simply nodded at her last statement before watching Noriko heading off. She walked backwards to the edge of the roof while facing the other two. "In that case, I will leave you two to your own work. I need to prepare my own resources for this after all." With that, she jumped back over the edge of the roof, partially transformed her legs, and made her graceful landing. Without looking back, she placed her hand on the strap of her case and walked leisurely back to her humble abode to make some preparations.

    "Understood..." Sion was a bit disappointed that she could not do anything but the teacher was probably right that she would probably just get in the way by virtue of there being too many people assisting. She made her way back to her old position next to Lyre and silently sat down in the same position she was in before.

    Asking for a bookshelf was probably the best course of action. "Alright, I guess it's best to do that then."So, Ruri decided to stop dwelling on that leading to her ahoge going back upright. Seeing as Arya and Lyre had already left and Kagari had shut the door, she decided it would be best to unpack her clothes. She picked up the second suitcase which had all of her clothing she had and moved it over to the bedroom where Kagari was unpacking. As soon as Kagari had finished unpacking, she opened up her luggage and started unpacking her own clothes. Inside her bag was multiple variants of the clothes she was wearing now combined with her underwear, socks, and pajamas, neatly folded. She put her clothes into the next two shelves in the wardrobe beneath the ones Kagari used before making her way to the bed, sitting on it, and then falling back with her arms spread out.

    [[important Action]] The kidnapper, his entrance, his demeanor--everything about him screamed 'typical villain'. If it wasn't for the fact that there was a hostage at stake, Setsuna would probably be laughing. She tightened her grip on her bag. "Good afternoon to you, too. Seeing as we have my friend sitting there as a hostage, I would prefer to get to the point of this as quickly as possible. What is your demand? I doubt a kidnapper would actually take the care to meet someone for a hostage exchange unless he had a demand."

    "Fifteen or so, huh. That's nowhere near enough…I was able to fit over 40 into that suitcase. You'd be surprised how many books you could neatly fit into a single suitcase. I could try and work around that by stacking the books on their covers…oh wait, you did say horizontally…" She sighed as she realized something. I made a mistake. Bringing the entire main series was definitely a bad idea. I should have just taken the stargazing and astronomy books. "Oh well, I'll figure it out later…somehow…" Her ahoge seemed to almost deflate as it hung down.

    Ruri did not understand what everyone was talking about. Expressive ahoge? At this thought, her ahoge had stopped moving. Ruri rubbed at her ahoge, confused, while the others continued to talk. As soon as Hiroki had mentioned unpacking, though, Ruri's attention returned to the others. "If you guys want, we can explore the building after we finish unpacking. We do still have quite a bit of time before dinner, I think." Her thoughts then redirected herself to a question she never did get the answer to. "Oh yeah…Kagari, Hiroki. Did you guys happen to find a bookshelf? I have a lot of books in that bag that I need to put somewhere." She said as she pointed towards the bag she had rolled a bit inwards earlier.

    So I've been getting back into watching MMDs using ORAS models and I forgot how good these things were.

    The lights cutting out all of a sudden was definitely a bit jarring but nothing to be afraid of. The power would eventually come back on. While Sion did not like having to sit wide awake in the dark, the entire thing felt like nothing more than a jump-scare. That being said, what did cause Sion to be shocked was what happened afterwards. The flash of lightning caused Sion to widen her eyes. She was unable to tell what was going on but she found herself entranced by it. Even when the lights came on at some point after the lightning phenomenon had ended, she could not help but stare blankly at the spot where she had seen the lightning. Eventually, the atmosphere of panic and confusion registered in Sion's brain and she realized what just happened. Lilith had fallen unconscious and was being helped by Rein. She immediately got up. She had been a bit mean earlier and even though Lilith was likely not aware, Sion felt that it would be best to try and make it up to her somehow. So, Sion walked up to where Arya, Rein, and the unconscious Lilith were. "Do you need any help?"

    If you do watch the series, do not touch the movies until after you have watched the first three TV seasons. Also, find the DVD versions if possible. Yes. YuYuYu is my short hand for that series.

    You forget the corrupt government and unethical practices by said corrupt government and its top officials combined with all of the slowness that comes with such a large bureaucracy...as well as the ancient wars, unstable magical artifacts that can devour worlds, and so forth.

    [[Gen]] Setsuna got off a bus at a location near the given address. It was a fairly run down area on the outskirts of town. The appearance was so cliche that it almost hurt. Still, it definitely looked like the type of place where a kidnapper would hide. "I think here should be fine. Stay around here and focus on not being seen by this guy. However, if things start to spiral out of control, make sure to step in." She said to Gen.

    I DID IT! I don't know how someone like me pulled this off but I did it! Sion was visibly elated. "Uh-huh…thanks," she stuttered as she noticed and pondered her new partner and her obvious love for sweets. Lyre is an odd one…but she's definitely kind...far kinder than I am.
