  1. Yeah, "Fire Emblem - Blazing Sword" was also my first title... since it was the first Title to be released in Europe and I was a HUGE fan of SEGA's Shining Force-Series. And to this day Lyndis is still my favorite Lord. I generally like fast characters... and I had hoped I could play her in Smash Bros.Brawl...but then she was just an assist Trophy... About that third path for IF/Fates. as far as I've heard you have to complete the other two stories first to unlock the third option, and we'll get 3 save slots for each story, so 9 in total. We start of with 3 save slots. when we finish the first story we unlock 3 more, when the second story is finished another 3 more + the third path. And my guess would be that the third path is gonna be the canon-path and ending.
  2. well... from what I think I overheard at the Treehouse event (linked above) it seems it is more like the Pokemon games. The Story is essentially the same, and that you make the decision on which path to follow ingame in the last prologue chapter... HOWEVER, your version (Black/Conquest or White/Birthright) decide which MAPS you will play and which Characters may join. So let's say you have the Conquest Version and a friend has the Birthright version and both of you choose to go with the Hoshido-path. The Story is the same but let's say for Chapter 5 you have a different map and two different characters than your friend. But that's what I THINK I overheard in the Treehouse event... it was kinda noisy there and a bit unclear...
  3. I'm not sure but I think I heard / read somewhere that Staves actually CAN break to prevent abuse (easy XP-grinding with 1 HP-heals etc) So only attacking Items break. also I've watched the Nintendo-Treehouse at E3 (live-stream not in person) and there they showed the first proloque map. And I think I recall seeing a "20" next to the Healing Stave of the Maid-Unit Edit: I just searched for it on Youtube and I am correct! The healing staff only has 20 uses: I don't know how to embed the Video here... it won't work with the Embed link on youtube... so here the link to the Treehouse for Fire Emblem Fates and if you skip to around 7:15 you can see it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NybBZaVRtAU
  4. I don't like / I'm dissapointed by the fact that Star Fox 0 is apparently a glorified re-make of Star Fox 64 / reboot... I've played enough of it and we already have a remake on 3DS... I expected a true Sequel to the Star Fox series...
  5. Ame said she would bring the last field effects in with Ep16... even though Titania has her Gym in the dessert, according to the map (which is outdated, but still somewhat accurate, I think) there was a Train-scrapyard. I think Titania's field will be something like a scrapyard-field, which boosts Steel-type moves and maybe even has an in build "Magnetpull" (because giant-scrapyard magnets), so that the player can't switch out his/hers/xems steel-types. and some Psychic-Moves deal additional Steel-Type damage, like on Radomus' Chess-field (throwing scrap-heaps at the enemy) maybe electric attacks get weakened because the scrap lying around act like lightning-rods and draw the attacks partially into them.
  6. Well... sadly I couldn't view Sony's Pressconference live (it was 3 AM here in Germany and I was asleep) but the first thing that poped up when I booted my PC was my Steam Chat with my Brother telling me that our favorite game would get a proper Remake at last! I couldn't believe it... so I opened up my browser and went to my gaming-news site... and there it was: the biggest top news - Final Fantasy 7 Remake for it's 20th anniversary... I watched that trailer like 10 times in a row to confirm that I'm not dreaming. Oh and - no need for a PS4!!! It is only TIME-EXCLUSIVE on PS4... so that means it WILL COME to PC and XBoxOne in due time This is the best morning of my life!
  7. Final Fantasy 7 Remake announced... my life is complete is now!

why "another one" all the other were re-releases not remakes...

and yeah FF8 remake would also be great

      Nagalfar

Yeah, my bad for that one, but i'm getting a little tired about all that FF7 hype, not only the remake.

It seems like there's nothing else to some fans.

That's a good universe however, i can agree with that.

Well, i suppose a FF7 remake is more interesting than a FF10 remake, if we talk graphics.

I want the FF7 series to continue, not to start over.

  8. well that means we can use the vast amount of Dark-Types to our advantage
  9. well... now that I got the new Smash Characters my friggin Digi-pad broke on my 3DS! GOD DAMNIT!

  10. Ok... I admit... this one took me a while! I was considering: Rock or Fighting Reasoning: Rock - The City is famous for the fossils which were dug up... maybe he uses those Fossil Pokemon... Fighting 1.) Name = Walker + Sherrif = Walker Texas Ranger = Chuck Norris!!! (nice one ) 2.) Saloon is the Gym ... what happens in all western movies in a saloon? - a Fist-FIGHT with lots of broken tables and chairs 3.) Justice Badge = as Red_Chaos stated, may also come from the ability "Justified" which only Fighting-Types could have (with the exception of Growlith/Arcanine and Absol ... but they have it because of their background Growlith because it's most commonly the Police dog and how could you dish out a bunch of Justice best? - BY PUNCHING IT INTO PEOPLE! WITH A ROUNDHOUSE KICK! So... yeah I go with Fighting
  11. Not really hated, because they are somewhat necessery... but always confusing: Health Potions! Argh! I've been stabbed a hundred times by enemy swords, clawed by monsters bitten by Zombies, Burned alive by Dragons breath... let me just take a sip of this potion and all my gaping and bleeding wounds will heal INSTANTLY (or over a VERY short amount of time) That there are so many ill and crippled people in RPGs... WHY don't they just take a health potion? these worlds have literally NO NEED for a doctor profession, because you can buy these things infinitely in every shop in the world! or take the 3D Mario Games (64, Sunshine, Galaxy) - he gets wounded by all kind of things... but as soon as he grabs a COIN he heals these wounds... another thing RPG-related: MONSTER dropping GOLD-COINS (or the RPGs currency) after they are defeated... how did these monster get the gold-coins, and where do they hide it?? (I'm not talking about humanoid enemies but the REAL Monsters, like dragons, or demon-dogs or whatever) and the WoW-Quest syndrome: I'm on a collecting quest... I have to slay monsters to get hold of their eyes (for whatever reason)... sooooo Why didn't the 4 eyed-Monster I just killed have ANY eyes???? I'm certain I didn't strike the head! WHY????
  12. ahhhhh... glad to see he actually gets his Shinkuu Hadouken... but a bit concerning that he gets two Ultra Smashes ... Ryu = Broken incoming
  13. Well if we go after Street Fighter 4, which he is most likeles based of, because of the Focus Attack / Ink-trails... granted one of his Ultra Moves is Metsu Shoryuken... but his SUPER and his Ultra 1 ARE Hadouken - Shinkuu and Metsu Hadouken. Ryu might be referring to his Dragon Punch as his strongest move... but it is KEN who perfected it (BURNING DRAGON PUNCH), and Ryu perfected the Hadouken! And in SF 4 ... like WHO Chooses the Shoryuken Ultra over the Hadouken one??? Where as Ken has TWO Shoryuken Ultra / Super and one Hurricane Kick Ultra - Super = Shoryureppa - U1 = Shinryuken So... yeah... Ryu IS the Hadouken Guy while Ken is the Shoryuken guy... edit: Shing gets it
  14. WAIT A MINUTE!!! Ryus Ultra Smash is "Shin Shoryuken"??? WHAT??? That is KEN's Special Move! Ryu was always about the Hadoukens and Ken was the Shoryuken-Guy... Ryus Ultra Smash NEEDS to be "SHINKU HADOUKEN"!!! and BOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! - towards No Guile's Theme
  15. To be fair... Wolf actually played a little different! Diagonal Claw attack and all... but yeah... I wasn't a fan of THAT either... sooo just because I didn't complained about it above, doesn't mean that I was fine with it.
  16. well... I don't trust Leaks until they are officially confirmed... but it seems rather legit. nevertheless I don't like Ryu being in SmashBros. but maybe I'm just sceptical because it's somewhat Third-Party like Snake was in Brawl (where I was extremely sceptical back then) and Roy... SERIOUSLY? ANOTHER Fire Emblem Character that is a 'clone'??? C'MON!! Marth, Lucina and Roy... THREE characters that are essentially the same... It was ok in Melee to have Marth and Roy... they were only two FE characters that were around outside of Japan... but now with FE's global success... we have 5 FE characters from which 3 are clones... so essentially 3 Characters... That slot could've better be filled with the return of Snake, when they bring Ryu around and Sonic who stayed

  18. It is because it is CUTE AND FLUFFY! Just look at it! - giant cute Baby-Doll-Eyes! - That Fluffy fur around it's neck - those itty-bitty tiny little feet!
  19. OH MY GOD! IT IS SOOO FLUFFY AND CUDDLY!!!! I bet it's evolution is therefore more sinister... but IT'S SO FLUFFY I'M GOING TO DIE!
  20. yeah but different weapons have different stats, if I recall correctly like Bronze Sword has no chance to critical hit, but gives you a bonus to evasion. Iron Sword is your standard in everything Steel Sword has bonus to crit but less evasion or stuff... so sending in a Unit with the wrong weapon might be fatal when the enemy starts swarming him/her
  21. Pokemon Shuffle - Giratina up to level 50 was easy... but Level 50 caught me a bit off guard...

it is sooo unbelievable how many unlucky top row freezes I get... GEEEZUZ...

  22. As far as I know it is often played with: Gigadrain - Leech Seed - Sleep Powder - EQ / Sludge Wave / HP Fire (for coverage) But for that set you would need to breed, since it doesn't learn Giga Drain by Level up... LS, SP, PD, Synth sounds about right for a Venausaur without breeding (hopefully you have that Chlorophyll) And sorry... but I just have to:
  23. Well it is more of a second chance of getting it, if you accidentally defeated it... and for those parts where your snag-machine doesn't work
  24. but wrong and wrong makes right AND You said: I guessed THE RIGHT THING! maybe wrong reasons = not your complaining about so many dark-types... maybe it's your love for dark-types And Galewings is like one of the most OP abilities for such a "weak" Pokemon to make it very valuable "[it] makes up for it with a lot of useful abilities and out-of-the-box tactics" sounds pretty Galewingy to me and about wrong time = I'm just the first to decipher all your little hints, and that just makes you angry! because there are no more secrets to hide from us! FOR YOU it's the wrong time (like immediatley after) Don't hate me because my deductions are flawless! *suddenly hair like Mega-Ampharos appears on me while a spotlight shines on me and a gentle wind blows through my fabulous hair* :Kappa: (why haven't I realized earlier that we have a Kappa-emote here???)
