Quick claw is better, it has 20% sucess while Focus Band only has 10%. The easiest way is get a koffing in the wasteland, train it to lvl 40 so it can learn Destiny Bond.

The Vulture Fearow

Fix a bit, I finally find a way to copy color, they all use the same colors and shades now.

Ok my first try with my favorite common bird Inspired from red crowned crane. I know you want vulture theme but I think fearow look good in this color. If you want I can re do with color of egyptian vulture.
