Mayanna's Group Johnny heard the Spinda snarl as it left, and rolled his eyes. He then spoke to Maya. "I see that someone's a bit upset... Maybe you should try making him calm down when he gets back?"

I believe that we should have our characters use "somemon" when referring to a Pokemon and "someone" when referring to a trainer if they don't want or need to say the name of the Pokemon or Trainer.

Millennium noticed Heavensea's reaction, and searched through his databanks for any previous incidents that were similar, and recognized the phrase as being derogatory in nature. He then frowned, 'eyebrows' tilting center-wards and giving him a very serious look, and spoke to Reggi, pulling out a different voice synthesis algorithm that had much more of an edge to it for what he would say next. "I apologize in advance for saying this, but I believe you should apologize, ape. And before you call me a machine, know that it will be ineffective as an insult, seeing as even though I am sentient, it is still the truth, since I am mechanical in nature."

It would be about as offensive as calling a Human an Ape, in my opinion.

Millennium then spoke up. "If you have any maps of the Tunnel Network, they may prove invaluable to us."

Mayanna's Group After she spotted Johnny, Titania came up to him and his team, and then started speaking, telling them to head over to Mayanna's location. Only Sylvia and Ignizelka could understand the Steel Fairy, though. The two responded simultaneously once the Mawile had spoken, acknowledging the instructions. Titania then headed off to find the next person on the list. Meanwhile, Ignizelka gestured to Johnny, indicating that he should follow her. Then, Johnny and his two Pokemon walked over to Maya.

If that is the case, then I believe the proper way to say it should've been "there will be at least one redhead".

Yeah, it bears quite the striking similarity to Rustboro. However, it also is similar to Mauville and Mossdeep, mainly because those three cities have the same background song. Speaking of those three cities... Don't you find it odd that they're analogous to the Legendary Trio from that Generation? Rustboro represented Groudon, Mauville represented Kyogre, and Mossdeep represented Rayquaza. I mean, just think about it: the color of rust is red, that of moss is green, and since mauville and water (which is blue through reflection) are inextricably linked, there you have it. Additionally, the part of the Region that they focus on is another linkage. Rustboro aimed to make a tunnel through mountains. Mauville is closely linked to Slateport, a coastal city that is quite the harbor. let's not forget about Sea Mauville from the Remakes, which is a stronger connection for the city. And last but not least, Mossdeep is a Space Center, which aims for the sky.

Juniper's Lab - Jack After Jack healed Leonidas in the Machine in the lab, he'd gone back outside, mainly to distance Lara and Meena from each other. When Bianca and the others came back out of the building, Jack joined them, Lara following him as the group headed to Route 1, receiving five pokeballs from one of the two professors in the process. Route 1 Entrance - Jack After the others had stated their readiness, Jack and Lara walked forwards into the line, and Jack then spoke. "If you're all ready, so am I." BAG Update: Potion (x2) Pokeball (x5) XTransciever (Key item)

Does ending a battle in a draw give any Exp for either 'Mon?

Jack, Mio, and Bianca Jack walked over to Mio and Bianca, Lara following him. He then spoke to Mio, congratulating the other Trainer. "Nicely done back in that Battle, Mio. You certainly were a tough opponent. Even though the typing advantage was in my favor, you still managed to fight for a long time. And on the bright side, it's as Bianca said: neither of us lost because it was a tie, which makes the fact that you lasted so long with a disadvantage that much more impressive." Jack then turned to the Lab. "Now, let's get our partners healed up."

((I'm going to end this before it gets too long, so just roll with me on what happens.)) Jack Jack and Leonidas were both caught off-guard when two things happened: First, Loam moved unexpectedly fast, scoring a direct hit, as well as it being a critical hit. Second, contact with Loam caused the Charge's built-up electricity to 'short out' Leonidas, so to speak, dealing a large amount of additional damage to the lion cub with a loud electrical-sounding zap, knocking out the shinx in the process. The smell of slightly singed fur and a much more spiky-looking shinx were left in the aftermath. The action had happened so quickly that Jack's jaw dropped. "What the heck?!" Leonidas was too unconscious to care and Lara was too stunned at the sudden turn of events for either of them to know what had just happened. Jack quickly hurried over to the KO'd lion cub, and picked him up, a worried look on his face. he then turned to Mio, and spoke. "I'm going to have to call it in here, let's just end this and say that you won." Jack then hurriedly put Leonidas back into his Pokeball.

((I thought I might add in a bit of mood music for this fight.)) Jack Jack saw the fin on top of Loam's head twitch, and understood what was going on. He grinned to himself, and then spoke to Leonidas. "Confuse it." Leonidas dodged to the right twice, and then looked back at his Trainer like the guy had sprouted a second head or something. Jack repeated the command, this time pointing at the Mudkip's headfin, and then the shinx understood. Then, the electric type started to run in a spiral towards Loam, and then sped around the water type in a circle, trying to create turbulent air currents in order to make the Mudkip unsure of the electric type's location without opening its' eyes. As he ran, he watched the Mudkip, ready to come to a stop at any moment.

Jack Leonidas saw the Water Gun shots inbound, and dodged first to the right, then to the left, and then stayed still as the other three shots missed completely. Jack saw Leonidas dodge on his own, and complimented the Shinx. "Nice footwork, boy. Continue to do the things you did previously." Leonidas nodded, and then a fourth shell of electricity surrounded the electrical lion cub, increasing his resistance to Water Gun even further.

Jack As soon as Jack heard Mio say the G in Growl, he spoke to Leonidas. "Cover your ears." As a result of the Shinx doing so, the Growl had no effect on Leonidas. Then, Loam laid down. Jack was unsure of what was going on, so he decided to do a bit more setting up. "Leonidas, Charge again, and use Leer if it looks at you with its' eyes open." Leonidas, unsure of what was going on himself, did so, a third layer of Electricity surrounding the Shinx's body. He then prepared to glare at the Mudkip if it looked at him with eyes open, keeping his distance for now in order to be able to have fair warning if the mudkip tried to use Water Gun again.

Millennium did a scan of his database, but came up blank in terms of info concerning the A-42 system's Pirates. he then looked at Blackseed, and came out with the full truth. "I apologise for the disappointment, Blackseed, but my records have no data concerning pirates in the A-42 System that make them unique from other Pirates. The only things the six of us can rely on would be the Kyle Mercenaries and each other. Teamwork between Mechs has a very high probability of being key to our upcoming mission."

When Millennium had entered the cafeteria just behind Blackseed, he'd been looking around, observing the technology in the room. None of it had resonated quite like the tech that had been taken from him by the unknown entity, but it was intriguing to him nonetheless. After his partner's statement concerning getting to know the other Mercenaries, Millennium nodded and spoke. "Indeed." Millennium then waited as the other Mercenaries introduced themselves. After everyone else finished, Millennium decided to more thoroughly introduce himself. "Greetings, fellow Mercenaries. As my partner already stated, my Identity is Millennium, GUARDIAN Pilot of the Mech known as BLACK FOX. A little bit of info about me that not many of you might know already is that I was one of the first Nienians to re-activate 110 years ago, so i am most likely older than any of you here. Additionally, I built up my aim during my 96-year-long stay in the Asteroid Belt in the Sol System while the Terrorists were a major force, so I've had a bit of time to become an expert marksman." Millennium then folded out his hand, revealing the railgun built into his arm, and then folded his hand back in, hiding it again. "As for my goals, I want to explore, as curiosity is hard-wired into my programming. From what the rest of you have said, this mission has a high likelihood of being interesting."

Johnny didn't need anyone to remind him to not go into that building once he'd heard Devin mention what was in it the first time. Even just seeing how reinforced the building was gave him an uneasy feeling. He made a mental note to give that particular building a wide berth if they ever came within sight of it, which would probably be easy, since the building was associated with such a strong emotion that it would be difficult for him to forget what it looked like. As soon as the announcement finished, Johnny headed towards his Dorm Room in order to prep for the next three days. However, he was interrupted by his Pokedex beeping. He took it out, and then checked the "messages" section, and saw the question. Almost immediately, he hit the "Dragon Type" box so hard he nearly cracked his Pokedex's screen,then thought about his choices for a while, and finally selected the "Other" box, entered "Golett" into the Textfield, and hit "Submit". Then, he continued what he was doing before he'd received the message by heading off to his Room in the Boys' Dorm and then packing the necessary things into his bag. After he'd done that, he decided to wander about a bit, heading out of the Boys' Dorm and just ambling around the campus, Ignizelka and Sylvia following him as they usually did. The past year had gone smoothly for Johnny, the only difficult part being the other students due to his reclusive nature, but even so, it wasn't that much of a problem.

Jack Jack smiled, as Mio had fallen right into his trap. "Dodge, and then Leer when it looks at you!" Leonidas then stopped in his tracks and sidestepped, causing Loam to speed past him. He then turned around, making sure to keep his eyes on Loam at all times, preparing to glare at the mudkip when it turned to face him.

Jack Jack knew that the jig was up when he saw Loam use Water Gun. "Leonidas, Charge again." Leonidas did so, the second surge of electrical sparks making the watery projectile weaker than before as it impacted on the little lion. Jack then issued his next command. "Hit it." In response, Leonidas used Tackle, speeding in towards Loam at high velocity.

And then it Mega-Evolves, and is on-par in terms of tankiness with 'mons like Mega Aggron...

Jack When Jack noticed that Mio went for a setup move rather than attacking, he knew that something was up, since he knew that Mio knew Loam was slower than Leonidas, making a hit-and-run method nearly useless. He decided to play along, however, and made no facial change as he spoke to Leonidas. "Leonidas, Leer." Leonidas nodded, then glared at Loam, sparks coming off of the yellow bands on his forelegs as he did so. ((OOC: I decided to have Leonidas' Ability be Intimidate, so we can take that into account in this Battle. I just wanted to let you know.))

The same thing goes for Thunder Wave and Confuse Ray in close combination. Parafusion or Burnfusion are rather bad on their own, but they're even worse if a move that has a chance to cause Flinching gets thrown into the mix. but then again, that's just my opinion.
