well, it just ended up so that the Dragonair mopped the floor with him. a Level 33 Dragonair could easily do that to a Level 5 Oshawott.

only one thought ran through Kenny's head. oops... Kenny then Portaled off of the Table and onto the floor, escaping from the Starving Souls just before they got to him.

Otto heard a crash come from the direction of the Staircase to the First Floor. did someone just...? Otto then noticed a part of a cloud-like wingtip come down the Stairway. Otto panicked again, and then ran further along the Corridor, eventually reaching another Room. However, he simply rushed through this one in his hurry. He then headed into another Room, and didn't notice the Dragonair that waited for him, ready to hit him. WHAM! Otto was knocked across the Room and into a wall by the Dragonair's Dragon Tail, leaving a small indentation in his shape in the wall where he collided with the wall. Otto then slid from the wall onto the floor, and then got up. "Ow! What the heck! Why'd you do that?!" The Dragonair chuckled. "Well, you did enter my room, so you were trespassing. i was in all rights to knock you about a bit." Otto got pretty mad at this, and spoke up. "Well, you could've warned me first!" and with that, Otto ran at the Dragonair (Tackle). It responded by rushing at him after becoming surrounded with blue light (Dragon Rush). That's Dragon Rush! I need to act fast...! Otto then stopped and braced himself, and his Body Fur that wasn't indigo turned a light Pink as he altered his Typing to Fairy without even realizing it. Both Otto and the Dragonair were startled as its Dragon Rush simply phased right through him. "What?!" "Huh?!" "Did you just...?" Otto took advantage of the Dragonair's confusion and ran out of the Room, his fur returning to the normal Color as he left the Room. The Dragonair then gave chase. "Get back here!" Otto just kept on running, eventually encountering a dead end in the Corridor. as he ran and it chased him, they both left behind tracks that could easily be followed. Oh no... i'm trapped! Otto then backed up closer to the wall, unable to get around the Dragonair as it approached him. Then, it faked him out by pretending to use Dragon Rush again, but intentionally switching to Wrap before it hit him. Otto braced for impact when he saw it use Dragon Rush, unwittingly changing to a Fairy Type again, but he was caught off-guard when it used Wrap on him, and he flinched. He was stuck in the Coils, despite every attempt to get out of its' grasp, and he eventually turned back into a Water Type. Then, the Dragonair threw him against the wall, knocking him nearly unconscious and making him flinch again. Then, the Dragonair slithered up to him and used Wrap on him again. Otto was stuck in the Dragonair's Coils and unable to get out of the its grip. It then started constricting him, bringing him closer and closer to unconsciousness with each squeeze, and it eventually knocked him unconscious. Then, the Dragonair took him to another empty Room, dropped him in the Room, and slithered back to its Room.

you know what, screw meeting up near the end of the Dungeon! i'm going to have the Encounter on the Second Floor.

Kenny felt the Hand grab his ankle, and looked down, then letting off a small phrase. "get off of me, D*mn it!" Kenny then grabbed the Starving Soul by the arm, and flung it towards the Dishes, hoping to distract it long enough to get away from the Table. Kenny then put up a Barrier around himself and maintained it, getting and recovering form a slight headache in the process.

Kenny was left behind when the group he was with continued on in the Third Circle. he decided to Portal elsewhere, and found himself near a Giant Table, and saw some of the Starving Souls climbing it. He also noticed a Skeleton nearby, as well as Ethic and Annie. he decided to have a little look-see at the top of the Table, so he Portaled onto the Edge that was closest to him, becoming visible to Ethic and Annie in the process.

I'm on it.

That makes three of us who were very amused by it!

it's a Single-Target Attack, Pineapple.

Otto walked into one of the Rooms in the Cave after traveling through a Thin Corridor, leaving behind a set of Footprints, Immediately noting that the Room was Rectangular in shape. Is this Cave what i think it is? if it is a Mystery Dungeon like one of the ones my Ancestor traversed, i REALLY need to be careful... then, as his eyes further adjusted to the darkness, he noticed a set of fresh tracks on the ground. Are these...? no, they couldn't be... could they? he inspected them a little closer, and realized that they were, in fact, the tracks of an Axew. They are! Mother of Arceus... Otto then followed the Tracks across the room into the next Corridor, only to find that it branched. Otto took the right Fork in the Corridor, which took him further away from the source of the Prints he found earlier. Eventually, he reached another Rectangular Room. this time, however, he saw that there was a Seel in the room, sleeping. OK... if this is the Mystery Dungeon i think it is, then that guy is one heckuva lot stronger than me... Aha! Otto then noticed another Corridor on the opposite side of the Room from the slumbering Pokemon. another Corridor! what luck! Otto attempted to get into the Corridor silently, but failed, and the Seel woke up. Otto panicked, and ran into the Corridor, leaving behind more Footprints that he could be followed by. RUN! The Seel looked in the direction of the Noise it had heard, only to not see anything. Thinking it was just hearing things, it went back to sleep. in the Corridor, Otto calmed down. Phew... that was close. Otto then continued on to the next Room, leaving behind even more Footprints as he continued. The next Room he encountered contained a Stairway that led down a Floor. There's the Exit! Then, he noticed an Omanyte in the Room, and it was awake. Oh boy, this is going to be fun... Otto then headed into the Room, and the Omanyte noticed him. What ensued was a race to the Stairwell, and Otto got there just before the Omanyte got within striking distance. Otto managed to get to the next floor safely, and the Omanyte stayed on the First Floor of the Cavern. Otto was a little rattled by his close scrape. that was a close call... jeez, this place is dangerous! Otto then headed to the Corridor in front of him, missing the Reviver Seed in the Room he just left.

Perhaps Artemis could only get glimpses of Otto until she finds him KO'd on one of the floors, and one of them has a Reviver Seed? Reviver Seeds can be found in Brine Cave, after all. Also, here's my policy concerning Higher-Leveled Opponents who have a Typing Advantage and at least five Levels on you: Try not to Aggro them, and if you do, run like heck and don't stop until you've lost them. In the case where Otto gets KO'd, he'd have been unable to outrun the Enemy, as well as being unable to not Aggro it.

Would you like to know what i'd love to have happen? I'd love it if Artemis caught glimpses of Otto in the Brine Cave, until we met near the end of the Cave near where the Pattern is in the Explorers Series.

Otto woke up after a while, and got up. He was slightly dizzy for a short while, but it soon faded. Ugh... Where am I? And what am I? Otto then noticed that he was, in fact, an Oshawott, and a small smile crept across his face, but he stopped smiling after a short while. As he smiled, another thought ran through his mind. It seems that I really am an Oshawott... This is going to be interesting. He then looked around, eventually getting his bearings. what he saw around him was a bit of Coastline, a Cliff, and a Cave Entrance in the Cliff Face. So, i'm near a Cave, huh? Well, i might as well start exploring it. As Otto approached the Entrance to the Cave, he heard a bit of noise near it. Huh? What in the world was that?! He walked closer to the Cave Entrance, more cautious than before. I'd best be careful. Who knows what might be in there... As he got closer to the Cave, he saw what had made the noise: a few Geo Pebbles had fallen from the cliff up above, clattering as they fell. OK, so the Cave seems to have quite the collection of loose Stones... I might want to take note of that. Otto then picked up the five Geo Pebbles and entered the Cave.

You know, I think that Grates like those in the Explorers Series might be interesting to RP with. [EDIT]: And my first Post is up! I used the IC Lines from my Signup as part of my first Post, but there you have it.

In the same fashion, i've changed my Beginning Moveset to Trump Card, Razor Shell, Tackle, and Aura Sphere. (By the way, the Oshawott Line might be the most well-known for Razor Shell, but Shellder and Cloyster can use it, too.)

My moveset would likely end up something like: Razor Shell, Aura Sphere (Normally Unobtainable. The Indigo-colored Fur and the Blue-tinted Scalchop have some significance, after all!), Scald, Trump Card (Egg Move), Fury Cutter, Aqua Jet, Ice Beam (TM Move), and Dig (TM Move).

I've taken Type Shifting. [EDIT]: Grass, for the name of the "Never get exhausted" Power, how about "Anti-exhaustion"?

i thought it was available, but i see it wasn't. oh well. guess i'll have to revamp my Char...
