Honestly, I'd have alot of fun with this idea though I don't think the coding would allow for more open ended match ups.

Weight seems to be a hard thing to distinguish in this game. I was under the impression that Radomus was generally around the same body type as you and Cain, given the appearance of his battle sprite, yet he's the only one who has troubles getting through that gear thing when you and #WeDemBoys go to fuck up that ditto using casual. It's been awhile, but I think he directly remarks upon his stature while trying to pass through the gear, but I might be mistaken. Is Radomus' weight different from what his Battle Sprite would suggest? Or is the scale at which you can compare characters body sprites to each other skewed in some fashion? Just curious. hi.

Post game, lone man, Kaiser. So I understand there are certain changes going to be happening, so it'd make sense this area is blocked off. However, I just want to verify its not some sort of bug. (If it is, feel free to move this post to bug report thread.) When going south of the grand stairway, you reach a certain point on the bridge where it officially is treated as you going into the next ward. (I can't remember the name, but it's the one you started in.) However by doing so, you freeze your game. Now my save file isn't busted or anything, but I'm just curious if this is supposed to happen, or not?

Should be noted that everything Pre-Charlotte is 14.6. Julia - 1 try [Florina Corey Shelly] - 1 Try because curse grotle is op Shade - 2 Tries because criticals are op, and then the return of green turtle swears. Kiki - 1 Try, because Torterra Curse Swaggers her out hard. Aya - 2, because my Torterra overleveled in the first match and apparently in double battles using a wide hitting move while 'ignoring orders' hits the user too, and he killed himself. G2 I just used a Common Candy after resetting so it had 2 levels to spare, and took out her nidoqueen since that was the most cancerous of her team to me. Then I dropped her Tenticruel's/Dragalge S. ATK with Vespiquen until it was safe to do some set up with Torterra so I could take them out. Plus Klink's (2nd form) [half] immunity to them was nice. Serra - 3 Times, 1st was because I let her Cloyster set up on me since I couldn't take it out in 1 hit, then it proceeded to hurt me something fierce until I figured it'd be better to just start over. G2 I took out Cloyster ASAP, and I got to her Lapras, and though it was toxic'd because I have a Drapion w/ toxic spikes, my only pokemon were Drapion himself and Arcanine; soooo- G3 I just rekt house, got all the crits, all the '12 hp survivals', etc. and I won. Noel - 2 Times, I was used to him opening with that kings rock skill link thing, and opened with the wrong pokemon. Once I took it down, I messed up and forgot how Porgyon's ability worked and lost most of my team to it. Once i got rid of it, everything was fine until I realized his last pokemon was immune to the toxic spikes. In G2 I fixed my lead and he swapped in Porygon during battle and it got killed by a earthquake. Radomus - 1 Try, Vespiquen put in work against that grass psychic thing he uses, a little bit of Torterra shenanigans, but mostly the main duo for this battle for me was Arcanine + Klink (I think he was in his 3rd form at this point), Arcanine because he melted up Metagross and Klink for the natural resistance, plus paralyzing Gardevoir slowed it to the point that I could outspeed and kill it. Luna - 1 Try, because it was 'Torterra Curse sweep' until he finally sacrificing himself in a vicious battle against her 4th pokemon, Tyrannitar. (Though this was mostly because I didn't know that the field killed our mons.) If she's the one with the dark psychic inkay thing, and not radmous, she superpowered my Vespiquen but got done in by the x4 super effective bug stuff. Samson - 1 Try, [Quick Claw Torterra Intensifies] Charlotte - Litterally spent like 3 hours on this fight. I put a Quick Claw on my Golurk, and initially tried it with Golurk/Drapion. Golurk's EQ left Typhlosion with like 1 hp left after moving force since quick claw, and it kills my pokes with that fierce field combustion. [insert me subtly destroyed by best girl Charlotte]. Then I changed my lead because I realized if my Beartic gets a Hail off, it cancels the field. So I put Torterra's Quick Claw on Beartic. It doesn't work this time, but it works in game 3 and cancels the field, which lets my Torterra take 1 attack and destroy the field. I have some difficulties with Rotom/Volcorona (or w.e its name is), the former because I have nothing good enough to hit it with, and the latter because it survives with just enough HP that it makes her use up a potion on it the next turn. Eventually Breakthrough, but lose because Torterra without the claw can't outspeed 9fast4utails. I use one of my Ability Capsules on my Arcanine to make it flash fire, because the combusted field triggers it each turn, and while this strategy works, the hardest hitting move he can dish out if Flare Blitz, and though he can't be stopped by her team when her last three are 9/Rotom/Vol, Flare Blitz Recoil only lets me take down 1 of her pokemon (or maybe two idr) and a hit from Rotom before Arcanine faints. I ammend this in the rematch by just throwing a Sitrus berry on it, and it does its job, giving it enough HP to take out Rotom/Vol, and just use a flamethrower on Ninetails to win the badge. Terra - Like 4 times, because she got so many crits it wasn't funny, and Nidoking, if not outsped by Golurk or Torterra, sweeps my team. On the last set, Golurk one shots Nidoking, she goes into Excadril, so I sacrifice Hariyama because whenever she uses EQ to kill one of my pokes she uses it as many times as possible unless I send in something weak to X scissor. So I bought some balloons before the fight and Arcanine floated over the EQ and sniped it with that pro tech Flare blitz. Normally I'd use Arcanine to deal most of my damage to Hippowdon or one shot it with Wood Hammer from Torterra, and while doing the latter, I just sac'd my Arcanine healing up Torterra from a previous WH. Normally Claydoll gives me the most trouble from her team, but I found out that Ballon Drapion means she can't hit you, so I just kept using Accupressure until Drapion ascended beyond that of a normal super saiyan and destroyed the remainder of her team.

So now that I finally caught up to where I used to be, while I'm waiting for dat sweet 16, decided I might as well train some more pokes. So I finally got an Abra I like, and I'm going to get Solosis (or whatever the first form of that line is called); but I wanted to ask what general movesets do you guys use / And if they transfer through the exp share where do you guys grind EVs (Or is it IV? Idr) for those pokes. if u help me ill say nice things about u plz

Why doesn't Shelly have a bug pokemon named after the protag, but has one for all of your other friends, and yet has one without a nickname (maybe 2 idr), wtf. Did we send those Crustles to an early grave by sticking them in holes they couldn't get out of? Roughly how long has the in universe journey been? Can Sirius detect power levels with that doodad on his eye? Why did El first appear as a blind bum, but then later turn into a rock n roll super star? Do Hardy and his sister have accents? If you hadn't beaten that avalugg, how long do you think it would have taken for the people in ametrine to resort to cannibalism? (That's honestly what I was expecting to find, tbh.) Why do the scientists let these bouffalant and Tauros kill each other for a couple minutes in cow poon, instead of just getting more cows? Where the hell is the pikachu house? Why did lesbian steel and lesbian water put a couch on their roof? Did Cain ever show Hardy the right way to get beat? Who thought it was a good idea to super heat the floors of the gym to the point that stepping on the same tile twice would cause you to be launched all the way back to the start? How do Cain and Victoria know each other? When did Fern decide that a Dragon and Ground type would be good choices for a Ice gym? Why is Bennet so fking weird? Is the agate circus host to one of the oddest gym leader orgies ever? I mean position 52 doe? What's the extent of Samson/Seel-chan's relationship? How come the black protag has shades on his person, but not on his sprite? Whereas Fern has glasses, with green shades on his sprite? How come you never wonder why all of your friends except like Noel, Cain, and Victoria; are crazy or wannabe murderers? If you saved all the officers, will the police pay you because you've been doing all of their work for them over the region? Was Adrienn born with it? Or was it Maybelline? Am I the only person who dislikes G. Gardevoir? Is Charlotte best girl? (She is.) Does Taka do drugs? Does his dad do drugs? Did Arceus do drugs? Is there a pill called "Common Candy" to help you sober down from the effects of "Rare Candy?" Why is Titania trying so hard to be Erza? How come Amaria can take a superpower from Tyrannitar, but it 1 shots my Arcanine? Who is this mysterious 'Booty' that created Terra?

Thank you for listening to my collective naggings, just to try and make sure that things don't end on a sour note, I will say I have nothing against field effects as a whole and they bring a interesting side to the normal droll of battles, as to not appear ungrateful. dōmo arigatō misutā Robōto

We know its a game, which is why this is being brought up. I'm not sure who you're talking to when it comes to 'physical poison moves not affecting steel types', so I'll just ignore that. Ame did create field effects, and while they're a nice additions, they still follow the rules of pokemon - which is what I've already brought up with the short circuit field thing. Again I don't think this next line is meant for me, so I won't comment on it. No one is asking for ame to change the core mechanics by messing with immunities or changing abilities. All we're saying is Immunities work in a certain way, and if a field effect turns a typed move into a attacking one, then it should follow any resistance rules that apply to it, or atleast come with a explanation other than "well, you see, it turns into a spike which should hurt the thing it gets hit by". (This isn't really a snarky comment at anyone in particular, but I'm pretty sure I've gotten this answer 2-3 times in this thread and it literally doesn't make sense.)

Someone gets where I'm coming from, at last! lmao. Mostly an example of my argument is the above quote, (might have worded this line wrong) anyhow: Ignoring the 'they can't be poisoned', because they're immune to poison moves regardless of their shape or form. If you use Poison Jab on a Klinklang, regardless of the fact that the move is still a punch at its core, it's still a poison move, thus it has no effect on said poke. I would imagine this move would still keep its poison typing, seeing as stealth rocks kept its own typing, as well as it having the poison chance. I.E. 'Poison tipped spikes launched at the pokemon are still "Poison" tipped spikes' as much as 'Rocks' being launched from the ground are still just 'rocks.' though if they for some reason lost their typing, at the least add that into the field effects page. Even with the above said, if 'spikes or needles shooting out of the ground' still have some level of effect, regardless of typing, to the point of ignoring immunities, then shouldn't the short circuit field that adds electric typing to certain steel moves still deal damage to ground types (I.E graveler in this case), because moves like Gear Grind are 'metal gears hitting the opponent, they should still hurt even if something is immune to the electrical charge'. EDIT: Because this is my thread, also going to ask a question - Replaying the game because I lost my save data, and I'm at yureyu, are there any big story changes depending on who you battle? if any, spoiler tag plz.

See, but this begs to think about how does 'added effects' affect the attack itself, because then by that logic using Gear Grind is still hitting them with gears, thus some damage should be dealt to a ground type.

So just beat Aya. Wasteland field is literally 'meh'. Entry hazard thing is interesting, and I prefer having them attack me once than over the course of the battle, so kudos to that. However, shouldn't steel types be immune to toxic spikes? I don't see any special effects that state they're treated as anything other than poison. See, my problem with this is, steel types lose their immunity to poison, however in that short-circuit field, 'when a attack picks up energy' the ground types retain their immunity. #JusticeForSteel

I read the OP and the title so I get that Registrations are closed, but I'm curious, how are the Major Arcana's tied in - and by that I mean, how did you define which Arcana was tied to what card/group of cards? (Or was it part of the OP whenever this started?).

So after bravely battling viruses for a few days and having to reset my computer in the process, I lost my save data etc. Not sure if I feel like working my way back up with the 'exact' team as before, so how about some starter suggestions? (Inb4 no) For the record, i've already used: Emboar/Torterra.
