since when the hell is a father supposed to doubt his eldest son? #father problems.....sigh, i feel i actually need help tho, but there is no one i can turn to.
I am an only child, and I also happen to be 24 and completely independent, by this I mean that I leave on my own, and I don't rely on my parents to pay my bills or buy my food. And still my father doubts me all the time. It the parent's job, I guess.
To put this in perspective: my dad doesn't trust me with collecting his pension at the post office because he is afraid that I would somehow screw it up, as I, in his words, am "not used to dealing with bureaucracy yet". I GO TO THE POST OFFICE REGULARLY TO PAY MY BILLS.
It is just what parents do. THey worry about you, but they don;t want to admit it... usually lol. So they just come up with stuff liek that to make it seem like they don't lol. My dad is definitely that way too, though to a lesser degree.
