I've used Toxicroak vs Kiki and it actually works quite well as a lead. Unfortunately yours doesn't have revenge, but if it did it could fairly easily one shot her Machamp without taking too much damage 'cause Machamp can't really touch it. My Toxicroak was one of my better members for Kiki, but like I said it needs revenge to be useful.

The idea with the speed EVs is not to make them significantly faster, it doesn't matter if they're slow or fast, it just lets them outspeed anything else with the same base speed as them 100% of the time.

I would personally put the last four for Arcanine, Gastrodon, and Armaldo into speed because putting them anywhere else doesn't really make a difference to anything. At least in speed you're not wasting them. If not running rocks on Armaldo then give it an assault vest, but don't go down that path as hazards are much more useful.

You don't need to train it. You can catch Mienfoo with fake out already on the set.

I don't see a real issue with either your first or third try, so I really don't know.

Try putting spaces between the spoiler tags and the text you want hidden.

Go catch a Mienfoo and use fake out on the Typhlosion turn 1. That gives you an opportunity to set up rain dance.

If you can get something that can set up a trick room (heatproof Bronzong with fake out support is a great way to do it) Swampert will sweep 5 out of her 6 pokemon for you. I'm sure you can take it from there.

Conversion 2? Then you lose STAB on Tri Attack, wouldn't it be better to go for more coverage? Iirc Porygon has an amazing movepool.

Depends on what you're facing. If you have to face loads of physical attackers then I'd probably keep it physical. If you want a proper defensive core on this team then consider running a physically defensive Arcanine with intimidate, 252 in HP and Def, will-o-wisp, and morning sun, while running a specially defensive Gastrodon. That'd probably work pretty well.

You don't have a specially defensive pokemon. I'd switch Gastro's EVs around so it can take special hits better.
