Draining Kiss's coverage is pretty much redundant on Vivillon when compared to Psybeam. Psybeam will take a heart scale to get though, so you may not want it. As for Heliolisk? That lizard is ballin. I've used it myself, it's really good. Just don't expect Helioptile to do anything, 'cause it won't. It's better to just wait until the rest of your team gets to the level at which it learns thunderbolt and then grind it right up.

You'll get signed up to a nation and partake of weekly competitive based challenges for the glory of said nation. Additionally we've got the up and coming excessum league, which we currently know nothing about. I'm sure it'll be fun though. For general interaction with people, and a bit of battling on the side try jumping on the pokemon online reborn server. There are some awesome battlers there, but also a lot of noobs. Something looks a bit off about Vero's legs. I'm not sure how to describe it, but smeared is the first thing that comes to mind. These are fantastic though, keep up the good work. If there's the possibility of these getting added into reborn for hot days, I'd be all for it. Additionally, once you're done with the hot weather stuff would you consider designing some warmer outfits for colder days? Edit: This is just me but I think it's a bit odd that Vero would choose to keep his gloves on when dressing for a hot day.

They are still gym leaders, so yes that is what I intended. Otherwise it doesn't work out right.

Just go one gym leader per episode. It works out exactly right so I'm assuming that's been the trend.

First step? Beat the 7th gym leader. If you're that far through the game then you'll want to head to Tanzan Mountain. Go towards the left exit (the one that leads through to Route 1) but before you leave Tanzan mountain completely go through the cave on your right. The one Saphira came out of. Then you get to go through a series of strength puzzles which will ultimately leave you on the top of the Byxbision Wall. On your left is the Yureyu key, on your right is a Solosis, inside a hidden cave. The key is required to get into the back rooms of the power plant and evolve your Nosepass. If anything's unclear I'll elaborate further.
