But magikarp is in the game.. Just better hidden than mew.. .. Apparently you need to find a time machine/jirachi/celebi/dialga and get/use them/it to travel back in time till march in the game.. Now you need to make your way back to the grand hall and get the magikarp, which once you take back to the future automatically evolves into a gyarados.. No need to bother training the Karp.. XD

Team at a Glance Pokemon Analysis Greninja: Honestly, I just put it in because it's my favourite. Though I did like that it could get spikes and obviously the whole Protean thing.
