Wow, learning from Commander's constructive criticism in other fan games gives me benefits for my fan game. I recently added attack animations to my game and it adds more fun in battle!

I'm going to assume that my last post in the Let's Go topic is gonna bring me some hate from genwunners (if we have them here) and I welcome it.

Just woke up and i just saw all of your Let's Go topics , i panicked , i thought games were already released Oo 

Well , idk what to think about it honestly. Pics looks beautifull , idk if story will be good aswell or it will be a simple remake. 

Thing is : with all fan games or rom hacks , do we really need them ?

I find it odd if someone compares Phoenix Rising with Reborn as a way of critiquing their game.

For example, Phoenix Rising presumably friendly, shows normal & non-murderous looking people, and gives a fresh start with new gameplay experience to enjoy. Meanwhile, Reborn is mostly dark, shows sadness & deaths, and gives a rough start as first impression.

I understand if this form of critiquing is used in poorly developed fan games, but in Phoenix Rising (which looks well developed in it's own style), it seems odd. That's just my opinion.

Is the protagonist's gender ever mentioned by the other characters in the story? I honestly can't remember.

May try out more new pokemon fangame. I would love to rerun reborn/rejuvenation, but I feel I should try other ones.

Dear like two people that saw my Pokemon Zenith topic, I've been putting in some more work for the project and things are coming along smoothly!
I have been taking a bit more time off to collect myself and consider new ideas and points for the plot.
These status updates likely won't be as "professional-looking" as the topic itself as I will be putting them out regularly and...just sort of want to be a little bit real if you know what I mean.
I've taken in the feedback and criticism and have been re-considering the "Tandor Pokemon" addition as my friends on Discord and some people on here have been telling me people would definitely think I'm trying to make a copycat despite my true intentions.
Overall though, the feedback and reactions have been positive and I'm glad people are already getting to see a bit into the story thanks to my little teases towards it.
As of now trainer sprites are still the priority, but I am no professional at making Fakemon of my own. Trust me I've...tried! Haha!
So instead, I've decided to incorporate more mega evolutions not only into the gameplay but into aspects of the story. I don't want to give too much away...but I can promise a few select megas for Pokemon that need them to thrive.
Such Pokemon include Farfetch'd, Lurantis, and Butterfree.
I hope for the few people that saw my topic, you're still excited for the things to come. I've added two more type specialists since I last made the topic, expanded the roster of characters ever so slightly. But do not fear, they will all serve their purpose.

Other than this...I have not much else to say, hope to get back at you all soon with some news during this spoOoOooOky season.~

Right now, it takes about an hour to finish in a speedrun or several hours for those new players. Once it's done, I may do a public release.

I also made two video trailers, one original song/lyrics piece, and other fun little things for my game. I'll stay under the radar, for now.

Anyone know if Pokemon Insurgence implemented a move substitute for Rock Climb? I have no clue where Venipede, Scraggy and Druddigon are btw.

Something's weird about downloading Pokemon Insurgence. My internet is fast but their website downloads really slow. I tried the mirror torrent but after that, winRAR keeps saying it's damaged or unknown format. Why didn't they just upload the game in MEGA?
